I bought an Indoor/Outdoor rated Harbor Breeze, Key West, ceiling fan last in September 2006. This ceiling fan is over our spa, securely installed over a lattice patio cover (with Plexiglas over the top protecting the fan from water from the elements. We had some recent winds and several of the fan blades snapped off and cut my spa cover in several places. As well as 4 out of the 5 fan arms either bent, twisted and 1 even split 2/3 if the length down the arm.
I have searched and searched for replacement arms, decorative outdoor replacement blades; they apparently do not coexist. I have tried looking for a Harbor Breeze web site, nothing. I looked on Lowes web site and at several stores. I have given in up hope of finding the same finish as the fan I have (brushed/antique pewter), and have considered spray painting new arms, but there are no arms to fit decorative outdoor blades.
I am frustrated that I spent $180 on this fan and my only choice would be to buy a new one? Why by a new one when even though this fan is rated Indoor/Outdoor it held up very poorly. The blades shouldn't have snapped off, and the arms shouldn't have bent or split.
I need some help.
I signed my contract middle of August and paid in full! I am still waiting for my door to be installed. It is the only door I have to use for my backyard. Excuses everyday by both installer and Lowe's. They took my money fast enough though. I will never use Lowes for anything again. I will also tell everyone I can to never use them
found a fridge on 10/17/2022 because mine quit.Said have it delivered by 10/19/2022 there were 3 in stock but they wont deliver until 10/26/2022. Why on the website does it have a date that says have it delivered if they cant.
In June 2022 I purchased $3500 of carpet and hardwood at Lowes in Denver, NC. The Lowes associate gave me a rebate form at the time of purchase stating that the carpet qualified for a rebate. I read the rebate form and I had the option of mailing the rebate in, or filing for the rebate on line at the Lowes rebate center. I chose to file my rebate on line on June 25th, to be delivered in the mail. I received a response to my submission ftim the rebate center on June 27, 2022 stating "Thanks for taking part in our Lowes installed carpet rebate" and they were currently processing my submission and it typically takes up to 6 to 8 weeks, but once it's processed we'll notify you it's on it's on it's way. I also received a confirmation number to check the status of my rebate.
On July 24. 2022, I received an email from Lowes rebate Cente stating "Good News!" Your $200 Lowes gift card from your Lowe's installed carpet Rebate registration has been processed and is on it's way to me, and thanking me for being a loyal customer.
A month passed and I checked on the status of my rebate withe the confirmation number provided at the time of my submission. The status showed " rejected" I called the rebate center and was that they had been experiencing computer issues and assured me that my rebate was on it's way. I decided to check on line a week later to see iif the computer issue was resolved and the status had been updated to Accepted. . After a couple of months I called to check again with the rebate center to see if my rebate had been sent out. I was un informed to just be patient that I needed to wait at least a couple of more weeks. I waited an additional 3 weeks and nothing. I called back again to the rebate center and the customer rep said they were referring my issue to their Tier One team and they would get in touch with me via email, The same day I received and email from Teir One requesting a copy of my Lowes receipt for the purchase of the carpet. I replied to their request and submitted a copy of my receipt. After a week I never received a response from Teir One. I contacted Lowes rebate center again and was in formed to continue to wait. It's been 13 weeks from the time I received the email on July 24th from Lowes rebate Center, and I still haven't received my rebate. Why would a large cooperation like Lowes give customers the run around about a rebate offer as a thanks for shopping with them and not honor it?

The transition was installed April 5, 2022
They came up on August 3, 2022. They were in probably installed. The installer didn't put tract to lock them in he use colk. Now they want us to pay for the correct transition but why did he put them down if they were wrong size. We have been trying to get this matter solve since Aug 24.

Had fencing repair materials delivered ($80.00 delivery charge) after a 3 day delay for a broken truck and the slats are coming apart before I even get them installed.
Bought freezer went out 2 weeks later. They refused to take it back. No corporate complaint center. Local branch useless. The freezer is an upright Samsung. Water/ice inside brand new microwave
I purchased my microwave from Lowe’s 6/22/22. It arrived in Oct. 2022 and was installed. When the freezing temperatures hit MN in Dec. I saw water and ice inside of the microwave and cupboard over the microwave. I called Lowe’s. They sent the same person out who said he was not qualified to fix it. Purchased 60 bags of mulch 5/20 to be delivered on 5/30. I had to call 5/30 to find out where my mulch was and was told truck broke down and could not deliver. How ironic the same thing happenend to me last year for the same reason, same store & was pushed to end of line for delivery line. As of 6/3 I have not heard from Lowes.

I purchased 4-5gallons and 4-1gallon cans of paint to get the 50% off second can and they matched the 5 gallon cans to the 1 gallon can so only gave me 50% back for each gallon cans. If I bought only5 gallons and none of the 1 gallons I would have received 2.5 as much back….what a scam!

I have no idea why you would fire a person that was trying to stop a theft. I would fire the other people that didn’t help her. It cost all customers more when people are allowed to shoplift. I will start driving the extra 1/2 mile to Home Depot or Menards. Hope everyone else does the same also.

Wouldn't honor rebate of 5 gallon pails because I also bought extra 1 gallon cans. They didn't tell me to get two separate receipts, one for the pair of 5 gallon pails($312 + $312) and another receipt for the pair of 1 gallon cans ($52 + $52). Both pairs were eligible items.
