I am Prashant Giri an employee of IBM.I would like to bring your notice about the bank's game.I made a transaction of Rs.3000 through my HDFC debit card to PNB ATM(Surya Nagar Ghaziabad) on 21st may.After entering the withdrawal amount, screen displayed me please wait while your transaction is processing, after 30 sec it shows me time out, and my session is closed.I repeated the same thing it happened again. No transaction slip generated for both the transactions.After that I tried with corporation ATM, it shows me insufficient balance.I have checked my balance with PNB ATM again it shows me your balance is Rs.18.At that moment I tried HDFC phonebanking number but it got disconnected two times.After that I went to HDFC branch Vaishali Ghaziabad, they told me to wait for 24 hours the amount will automatically credited to your account other wise come next day and fill chargeback form.Next day(22nd may) i filled the form, and as per suggetion by bank executive I register a complaint in phone banking from the bank phone.After two days I recieved a call from HDFC side, the person told me that PNB claims that you made the successfull transaction of Rs.3000.I asked him how it is possible, I do not got the amount, he told me that you made, and disconnect the phone.On very next day I goes to same HDFC branch they told me the same.After my argue they told me that they forward a mail to PNB and ask me to wait for 10-15 days.In meanwhile HDFC debited Rs.25 from my account and my balance goes to Rs.-6.I m not understand that game of two banks and I am suffering a lot because its my honesty and hardwork income and how i can see that two banks grab my income by this kind of way.
Please help me in this Matter.I hoping positive from your side.

without any confirmation, they are Field boy collect EMI,

HDFC bank, NAC Manimajra, Chandigharh (U.T) branch had opened a corporate salary account [protected] while i was serving with IBM Daksh Business Process Services Pvt Ltd.
That more than one & half years have elapsed i have left the service & the account in question has become inoperation as there has been no salary credit since then. However, i visited your branch & requested them either you close my salary A/c or convert the same into saving A/c so that it can be maintained further. Your Manimajra branch bank officidal refuesed to covert the A/c in to saving A/c being corporate salary A/c and further stated that if there will no salary credit for consecutive 03months automatically this will become inactive A/c you need not to bother & advised me alternatively to open a fresh saving A/c as this A/c cannot be designated as saving A/c. Meanwhile, i again visited the bank & contacted the official in this regard but they did not pay and heed to my request. However, i opned a fresh saving A/c [protected].
That i wrote a letter to Mr. Seshan Ramakrishnan, Head Retai Liabilities Product Group HDFC Bank, Anhderi(E) Mumbai, & copy endorsed to Manimajra Branch requsting him to close the corporate salary A/c & issue necessary instructions to your NAC Manimajra Branch, Chandigarh in this regard but nothing could be done so far. I presumed that the A/c would have been closed as Monthly statement of a/c was stopped by your bank.
That an irony to your poor banking system, that a sum of Rs 1591/- on account of bonous was erroneoulsy credited in to this inoperative A/c by the company which has been completely deducted by your bank arbitarearely on 28-11-2009 due to an illegitmated levy of charges for non- maintenance of AQB. This is not understood as how the corporate salary A/c can be maintained when there is no any slaary credit into it. Is there any logic to levy charges due to non-maintenance of AQB. your Manimajra Branch has clearly told me that A/c cannot be closed as still there is a balance of Rs 33/- to paid by me.
From the above, it can be seen that there is no any lapse on my part at any stage. Therefore, you are requested to waive the whole charges levied by your bank on inoperative A/c and arrange to refund my all credits which has been illegitimately deducted by your bank. However, i feel very much incovenience for such a despotic decision of your bank.

My name is Ranjan das & I have a salary account with you & my account number is [protected] I am writing this think because unfortunately my debit card got lost in past three month ago. As per the banker & phone banking I block my debit card & apply for new one, the banker told me you will get your debit card within seven or eight day’s in your mailing address but I didn’t got the card, after I again visit the home branch to check my debit card status, the banker told me your mailing address was wrong that is why you not received your debit card also told me change your mailing address to resident address then you will get your card in home within seven working day’s but I didn’t received the debit card, then again I visit the home branch then banker told me come after ten working day’s will provide you card in the branch after fifteen day’s I visited home branch and the result are same. Then the banker told me gives us two or three day’s we will arrange it. After three day’s the result are the same I am not getting my debit card.
Request you to look into this matter so that I will get my debit card.
