I'm really mad about the customer service me and my husband are getting! I've been taking my *** there for five years, and we just bought a 2022 *** On *** at *** we took it in for a scheduled appointment 'cause of safety recalls! At first, they said it would take 5-7 hours. The loaner we got was way smaller and dirty, but we didn't complain 'cause we wanted to be nice. But then, we didn't hear from a service advisor on Wednesday or Thursday, so we called on Friday morning at 8 and they said the parts would be in by 10. At the end of the day, I called 'cause they didn't update me. The service manager is nowhere to be found. The customer rep was so rude. Today, my husband called again but nothing happened. When we got there with a year old and a *** old, they hadn't done anything at all! Having supply chain problems is one thing, but not communicating and giving terrible customer service is totally not okay, so we're gonna go to another dealership for our service needs!

While he was showing us the car he was courteous and took the car to get it detailed while we filled out loan papers. When we went to the parking lot to get in the car he told us that he had not seen that but they would take care of it ,to just bring it back. I called a few weeks later and he told me that they could not repair the paint when it is raining. I asked when could I bring it in and he said on a Wednesday after 10 am when it is not raining. The COVID 19 crisis happened and I had to wait. May I made an appointment to have oil and tires rotated along with the paint. When I went to pick up the car I was told they could not fix it because the paint was chipped and would have to be sent to there body work specialist. I asked if they were paying for that and was told no. I called Chris T and asked him about it and he told me that was not what he had said and that they were definitely not paying. I asked him was he kidding and he said NO. The service department had told me to call back after I spoke with the salesman and they refused to take my calls or return them.

I talked to my sales guy and he told me to talk to the general sales manager Frankie ***. He quickly arranged for a loaner car to be brought to me. I got the loaner on ***. I've had the loaner for more than two months. I've tried to get updates because the company hasn't been communicating with me on these dates: *** Since ***, they've been telling me different things about what's wrong with my car. They said it was the alternator, then the wiring harness, then the ECM which is like the brain of the car. They said they replaced or fixed all of those things, but I still don't have my car. I tried to reach out to the general manager Quinten *** twice, but he didn't pay attention to my concerns. They keep giving me different information about my car and I always have to ask for updates because this company isn't professional and doesn't follow through with what they say. Right now, I'm still paying for a car I don't have. I have copies of ongoing conversations with Frankie and all the promises he made and dates he gave. They said the company would pay my first car payment, but they never did. Frankie gave me a bunch of excuses about why it didn't happen and promised to mail a check. On Friday ***, they said my car would be ready to pick up that day and they would deliver a check. But I still haven't gotten my car or a check or any communication about an update. I reached out to Frankie today to ask about the check because my next payment is due this weekend. He said he would look into it, but of course, he never responded.
