I have sent 3 emails to Headspace but have not had a response. I explained that my chiropractor had suggested I try meditation but after trying it, due to current things in my life it is not for me at this time. I checked on my iphone under subscriptions but Headspace did not show so I assumed there was not a chargeable subscription. I contacted them immediately when the payment came out but have heard nothing back, obviously £49.99 is a lot money for something I cannot use.
I notified cancellation of my subscription in September 2019 with effect from January 2020. This was acknowledged by Nina from Headspace in September...”we’re sorry to see you go etc...”
In January my subscription was taken again. I have emailed help at headspace and info at headspace but so far ne reply and no refund. Does anyone have a phone number for Headspace Customer Services?
