They told me I could return it
I ordered the dress to try on with knowing they had a return policy.
I got the dress and took it out of the bag. Immediately knew it was a no. It looks absolutely nothing as pictured on line. Okay no worries I can return it right…. Wrong. I have been going back and forth with “ customer service” for two weeks now. Them replying send pictures, which I did of the dress and the advertised dress. They reply oh I am so sorry take it to a tailor. I tell them a tailor could not make the dress they sent me look even close to what is pictured online. They then said sure send it back. It’s over $100 to ship this back to China in the allowed time to return which reis exactly what they want. This company is terrible and I would tell any bride to skip them and go to Azazie they are great. I’m so upset while planning a wedding over $200 and time and stress of this company.

I ordered some shoes and when they came they were too big. So I contacted Hebeos and they responded telling me to "send a picture" so I have 5 times in one week, yet they keep saying I need a pic to show why I am returning them, and I have sent multiple pics. I feel like they are stretching this out so I can't get a refund which is absolutely ridiculous. I wish there was a number I could call. I just threw $80 away because they are not accurately doing their job.

Ordered my daughter a prom dress, the color she chose was the “color as shown”. I paid for expedited shipping, the dress came two days after the latest promised date. It arrived the wrong color and a completely different dress. I contacted the company to return it, the told me it is the same color in the picture I sent them and made no comment on the fact that it looks nothing like what we ordered and then told me the best they can do is a 13% discount. They have not responded to me since. I contacted PayPal to get them to help me. What an awful company!

I purchased a dress for my wedding. I received the dress in a small bag. It was wadded up and appeared as if someone had tried it on prior. The dress was not the quality I expected after reading the description online. I have tried to contact the company multiple attempts and they only responded asking for photos. I sent photos and asked to return the item and for the refund process. They will not return any messages. This is beyond frustrating to think I was scammed out of $208.00.
Desired outcome: I would like a refund as it’s within the timeframe of their return policy and the dress is completely in tact with tags and the bag it came in.

I ordered a dress January 2nd and I still haven’t received it and I’ve now moved. I was in contact multiple times with them and they kept telling me to be patient. I now demand a refund and they decide to finally take some action and locate the dress, apparently. They asked me to confirm the shipping address and I told them I’ve moved and want a refund. They said i see but then we are out of the money and dress. Well, I am now too on top of having to spend the money on a different wedding dress when this one never showed. They “guarantee” fast and trusted shipping and customer oriented services and they’ve fallen short in every way possible. This place is only worried about making a buck. I would never recommend anyone take a chance on this company. This is the worst experience I’ve ever had with a business. This is absolutely a scam. Head the warnings.

I ordered a custom sized dress, in the "Color Shown" on the website. We received the dress in a completely different color, not shade, BUT COLOR. I reached out as soon as I opened the package! The panic and anxiety I had about ordering a dress online, slapped me in the face! When my daughter got home she was distraught, but I made her try it on anyway. It was also way too big. I measured the dress, and compared them to the sizes I sent and the dress was way off!?!? Why even bother sending and paying for a "custom order" if they are just going to send a stock size! I sent them pictures of how off the colors were, and they tried to tell me I selected the wrong color. I have screen shots and videos of the website and color of dress that comes up when "picture shown" comes up. They then tried to send me an invoice I had never seen with the different color of dress, and I sent them back MY OWN invoice... from them, with the correct color. I assume from all these horrible reviews that they won't be doing anything about the issue. So sad they keep doing people like this. Should have found this earlier. Guess I'll stick to the good ole US of A so we KNOW what we're getting. They are SCAMMERS, and horrible business people!

Ordered a wedding dress (standard size) on 3/5/23 and want to return it due to loosen beads and the poor workmanship of the dress. Already received the push back from Hebeos not allowing the return although their return policy clearly indicates you can. Already contacted my bank to get the money back. Let see but definitely don't order from this website/store. It's a fraud and scam!
Prom Dress
I ordered a dress for my daughter for prom. When we received it, it was too small and she did not like the way it looked in person. I contacted their customer service for help to return the order. Their initial response asked for a picture of “the issue.” I explained there was no “issue” just the sizing and the look of the dress didn’t seem the same as online. Their reply to this was to take the dress to a tailor and they would send me a 70% coupon on a future item. Not sure how things are done in the UK, but most US and other online companies would honor such a return request without hesitation. At this point, I am beyond frustrated.

I ordered a bridesmaid dress. The dress arrived, it fits horribly at least an 4 inch gap that won’t close. I ordered larger than my size. There is no size on the label. I emailed them immediately asking how I can return and get a refund. They emailed and said “ most dresses do not fit so will need to get tailored.” Are you kidding me? Multiple emails back and forth, they will not give a refund or an exchange they tell you to go to a tailor! It does not say this anywhere on the return policy. This dress cost $195.00. AVOID this online scam!

We received the dress. It was poor quality and didn’t look/fit right on my daugher. We immediately emailed for a refund. No one got back to us. Emailed 8 more times. Finally someone got back to me and said they don’t accept returns and I could get 10% of my money back.

Now they are saying I can send it back with me paying for the shipping back to China, but the return label states California as the return address. They said I should keep it and take 20% back. Hello I like to file a complaint about 2 gold bridesmaids dresses size 12 that I ordered the dresses from and each dress were priced at$99 each but for some reason I did not want the dresses and I paid $240.00 and now when I want my refund back they only want to give me $42.00 back no that's for the shipping and handling I didn't pay $240 just to get back that small amount I deserve to get back my whole $198.00 and I paid this with my card the total of each dress was $99 which was the amount of $198.00 and total out to be for $240.00 and I want what I should be getting back for the dresses I deserve all my money back regardless of how much I have paid for

I ordered a wedding dress from Hebeos, I am on a weight loss journey also. When I ordered this dress, I ordered a 41 bust; I currently wear 38. I wanted to have extra fabric for alterations. When I received the dress from the waist down, it was a bit big. However, the top was waaaay too small. If I had to guess, it is a 32-bust. I immediately took the dress to a seamstress to see if it could be altered in any way. To my disappointment, the seamstress told me there was no fabric to let out to make the top part bigger to fit me. After going to the seamstress I contacted customer support through email. About 2 days later, Hebeos responded with I have 6-24 hours to respond with pictures. I could not submit pictures in that time frame due too my fiancé was with me the whole weekend, and tradition is; the groom is not supposed to see the dress until the wedding day. On Monday, I went to the email to prepare to send pictures, and I notice another response email stating, "thank you for the pictures; please kindly take your dress to a seamstress" WHAAAT? I had not sent pictures. Why did I only have 6-24 hours to respond they took at least 48 hours to respond to me. I sent pictures anyway and stated the reason why I had not sent them over the weekend. I pleaded for understanding and requested a response. Now I cannot get any response from Hebeos, and I am out almost 200.00 dollars. I do not! recommend this company. They do not stand behind their products and are a total rip-off.

We ordered a bridemaid dress from this website after reading that there was a 14 day return policy. Dress was not custom. When we got it dress was cheap looking and exposed entire vagina. Order number U30221015224205203. I ordered a standard size, non custom dress on 10/15/22. Their website states standard sizes can be returned. It was too small. I emailed them and at first they had me send pictures of myself in the dress which I thought was weird. Then they told me sometimes standard sizes don't fit everyone and to take it to a tailor. How am I supposed to get a tailor to add fabric? If I wanted to exchange I would have to buy the new dress first. That's just so they can get more money. It's cheaply made and I want my money back from these thieves.

I ordered a dress to try for my wedding in June. It was NOT custom made! I questioned the sizes and specifically asked about a refund if it did not fit. The dress did not fit! I was told twice by two different people that the dress could be returned (I have the proof). Ordered a wedding dress and initial order was the wrong size so immediately sent them an email requesting a different size and included the measurements including bra cup size. Per their website if you change your size within 3 days of order, they will comply. I got a response, no worries the order would reflect the correct size. Specifically sent measurements as they say "custom altered" all over their page. Their standard size did not reflect a large enough waist size. The dress came and would not zip. Contacted them about a refund and they replied "Since your dress was made in a standard size and strictly inspected before shipping out, would you please tell us your actual measurements of bust, waist and hips? We need to check if the wrong size was chosen. " I sent them a reply and copy of the email requesting the different size that included measurements and sent them the measurements again. Their response "Thank you for your cooperation. Compared with our size chart, your actual measurements do not match the size you chose. It’s such a pity that you did choose a wrong size. We are so sorry to tell you that it cannot be returned in this case because our dresses are all made to order and cannot be resold." Well, if the dress is made to order, and they were provided the measurements, why doesn't it fit? Is it made to order or standard size? Per their website return policy "Sizing or Fitting Issues
As all of our dresses are hand-sewn and customized, the finished gown may vary by approximately one inch in either direction of the specified measurements. To ensure that your dress will fit you perfectly, our tailors have reserved additional fabric in the seams to allow minor modifications." This dress is more than 1 inch off. That being said per their return policy " Size Deviation
If your dress size differs from the specifications of your order by more than one inch, you are encouraged to find a local tailor to make adjustments. In this case, we offer limited alterations reimbursement" and finally "Item is the size you ordered but does not fit
Please understand that items that do not fit properly but in accordance with the specifications you ordered cannot be returned or exchanged. Your option is to look for a local tailoring service at your own cost. Please note that if your order specifications differ greatly from the final sizing request, resizing may not be possible." They are a scam! They make ill fitting dresses that are not hand altered and customized at all and pocket your money! This is internet sales fraud at it's finest and I will be contacting the justice department regarding this.
dress material not as picture shown
I ordered this dress as the picture on the website looked nice and there were lots of good reviews. After receiving the dress, the material was not the same as the picture shown (which is lace) and what I received was not lace. Furthermore, I later found this same picture advertised on a local bridal boutique and realised Hebos stole their photo and made a cheap knockoff with different material. In my opinion this is false advertising as Hebos should advertise their own photos of the actual dress they make and the material they actually use.

2 wedding dresses
The dresses are poorly crafted and look nothing like what is pictured. Cheap zippers and horrible customer service I totally reeled scammed out of my money. The best excuse I got was the dresses are hand made and can sometimes not look like the picture but isn’t that what I paid for. Do not buy from these people. I thought going cheaper was the better way to go but it ended up costing me more in the end. I even sent them pics of missing details and shabby details and they said at first a 10% refund then to 10% off next order as if I would ever order from them again to send it back on my dime and it would be a 30% restocking fee or sell them on my on. I’m sure they have ruined many a brides big day. 1st pic is what I was supposed to get. There’s no u determined detail and the cheap sequins and spaced out bling detail are gross at best
