Hebeos I ordered a dress and I am very upset about it

I ordered a dress for my daughters special day her quinceanera and the dress i got i am not happy with i wanted a white dress with a little purple on it they send me a purple dress with silver on it. It don't even look like the other dress i wanted. I have to buy another dress. I am not happy with it at all. All they told me is to go get it altered and they will give me a little back but i am not happy with the dress at all.

Hebeos service

I ordered a dress from this website April of 2018, I also paid for express shipping so that my dress would be back in time for prom, which they said it would be, then the next day after I purchased my order they emailed me saying my dress wouldn't make it back in time, after I purchased and paid for express shipping, which was $20 extra. I paid $202 altogether. When I found this out, I canceled my order and asked for a refund, it is now August of 2018 and I still haven't received any news about my refund.

Hebeos wedding dress

I received my dress last Wednesday. I tried it on immediately and it did not fit, the tailoring was not cut and sown. It was just rolled and tucked over and sown. On the dress its self there are small and big runs all the way around and pokadots on it that wasnt shown on the site. Hebeos asked for me to take pictures, i asked with it on so you can see it doesn't fit? They said yes. How embarrassing but whatever i just want my money back. I sent the pictures now they said they suggeste to get it tailored and they would give me %15 refund. How do you get it tailored if its too small. This is my wedding dress NO i want a full refund and a package to send the dress back. I DO NOT WANT IT!

Hebeos dress cancelation

i want to cancel my order and they have not answered and are not going to give me my money back for a dress i have not even recieved there also is no phone number to contact them directly. and i also am trying to chat with them on there website and now all of a sudden no one answers but when i was going to order the dress they were available to chat

Hebeos horrible service

My dress arrived too small in the bust despite following the sizing guide. I requested a form to return the dress and I was asked to send pics (which I did) and send my measurements (which I did). We went back and forth for DAYS. Their return policy says to contact them for a return form. THEY DO NOT DO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES despite what their policy states.

i ordered a dress in pink. they messaged me about the length i requested and i noticed that it said "color shown", the dress was pictured in red. i told them that i was very worried that my dress would be red instead of the pink im ordered. they assured me there was no problem. a day or two later they messaged me stating that it was too late to change my order! i replied that i was not changing my order i merely wanted what i had already ordered. they insist that i ordered the dress in red. i told them it was bad enough that they made this error but to blame me was absurd. i sent a very long, detailed message to customer service and also asked if it were possible to speak to someone on the phone. no reply! i literally checked with them everyday to make sure there would be no problems because i needed this dress to wear to a function and would be recieving an award in front of hundreds of people. a lot of good that did! i will stop now because i am to the point where i am about to use very bad language! what a bunch of A-HOLES!

Hebeos dress hadeel judeh

Ordering a dress from Hebeos was the biggest mistake I made. I received the dress on 6/15 almost a month after I placed the order on 5/23. Unfortunately, the color I
did not like as it was not as pictured. Plus, the fit was absolutely not flattering and too loose. So, I followed the guidelines and contacated support services to initiate a return. Oh My GOD... the process was so frustrating, ridiculous, and time consuming. I must have sent 10 emails requesting a refund. They asked for a picture of the dress, then measurements of my waist, bust and hips. Then asked me to do alterations. This was their solution and specifically notated in email that I cannot get a refund. Such bad business ethics. I could not even talk to a live person. At that point, I realized I was not getting anywhere obtaining a refund. So, I contacted my credit card company and disputed the charge. Now, they will have to deal with Chase.

This business is absurd. It is ridiculous to have to send 10 emails to request a refund. What kind of online store doesn't have a business address nor a phone number. I realized in the beginning that contact information is not available. However, I honestly thought that upon receiving the order, I'll have contact information not a robot. Bad Bad Bad business model.

Please do not order from Hebeos

Hebeos my dress condition

I ordered my dress and got professional measurements to then find out that when my dress arrived it was absolutely massive on me and didn't fit it was also a completely different fabric and had a massive slit down the front which it did not have on the website. It was sewn very badly and didn't look worth £100 I have tried to message them for a refund and return however they have not replied to my multiple emails. My prom is in 1 week and I do not have a dress as it doesn't fit and is awful.

Hebeos a dress

The dress I received from Hebeos was completely the wrong style, design, color, and even size we ordered. How they can expect a customer to order one dress and then send another one with similar features but not the same dress in any way. It's ridiculous! This dress was extremely expensive too. Then when you contact their customer service they give you the run around and won't send you a return address even when you send them proof of how the dress they sent is nothing like the one they advertised on their website. The worst customer service I have ever seen. I sent them an email the day the dress arrived and they refuse to help me. I will never buy from them again and plan to let everyone I can to stay away. I can't believe they are in business with the way they conduct themselves. Pictures below: 1st one is what we ordered, 2nd is what we got.

Hebeos prom dress return

I have requested a return as the dress I ordered is to long and I am not satisfied with the item. I have provided a photo and order number as requested. It was requested I measaure my child to ensure I did not order the wrong size. I do not find this acceptable. I ordered a size 10 the same size as my daughter. I am now being ignored in emails and although I have requested a return address I am still being ignored. The item has not been worn and it is in its original packaging. I would like the return address so I can return the item and get a full refund please

Hebeos product not received, refund not received

My daughter ordered her prom dress from Hebeos (Order No.OU30180416004308025) on 4.16.18.
She tried to cancel on 4.19.18.
Hebeos replied and said the dress was under tailoring and if we wanted to cancel, we would be out 50% and that we should confirm the cancellation.
We did not want to be out $100 so we did not confirm the cancellation.
On 4.24.18, Hebeos emailed that the dress was still under tailoring but that it would arrive by 5.1.18.
On 5.2.18 my daughter emailed asking about the tracking and delivery.
On 5.3.18 Hebeos replied that the dress was stopped because they thought the order was canceled.
The event was on 5.12.18 and there was now no way we could get a dress from Hebeos in time as well as have time to have a local tailor make adjustments.
Many emails have been sent to Hebeos trying to resolve this but they won't acknowledge that they asked for a confirmation of the cancellation or that they sent a status update that the dress would arrive by 5.1.18.

Hebeos order not received

I ordered my dress over a month in advance for my prom, everything was going fine but the company never contacted us during the period. When they finally sent the tracking number I tracked my order to find it was being shipped back to China as they refused to put my full address on the package. This was completely unnecessary as they had both billing and shipping address linked to my account and they are the same address. Now it is a week before my prom and I have no dress. DONT ORDER FROM THIS SITE. Also, another point to mention, I had to put my order through twice first time was using PayPal where they took the money but never placed the order.

Hebeos dresses

We ordered dresses from them and they did not look right they were crooked we have been trying for months to get a refund back from them they do not provide a phone number they keep saying please provide measurements and pictures and address and phone number we provide the address and phone number And they still keep saying please give us more information I've contacted my lawyer and they will be calling them these are for my wedding and this is it extremely tough stress on me

Hebeos customer service/dress

I purchased an expensive dress. I measured myself, had my husband measure me AND David's Bridal. All measurements were the same and within the size 10 guidelines on the sizing chart for the dress. I get the receive the dress and it doesn't fit! I contacted them via email and they WONT do anything to make it right! My money was wasted for this wedding I'm in. They don't even offer military discount. I will never be doing business with them again

Hebeos prom dress

Do not order from hebeos, although you can put your own measurements, they do not do it right, personally my experience has been horrible. I paid extra for my dress to get here before a certain time and it came after. When I finally got the dress it was huge! The dress did not look like the one in the picture. The cutting of the dress was nasty and unevenly made. The top was open in the middle and one boob was showing all the way will the other one was somewhat covered. I've tried to reach out to them and they responded the first time, after that - they asked me for pictures you know to make sure I wasn't lying. I immediately answered back and sent them the pictures after that I haven't heard a peep from them and they don't have a number for you to call them so you have to wait for them to respond over email and that takes days or maybe like they've done to me. A month.

Hebeos prom dress to small/horrible customer service

I ordered a prom dress for my daughter. Going off the measurement chart we ordered a US size 6 which were within her measurements. It was a two piece dress and when we received it, the dress part fit perfectly but the top was entirely to small. She was unable to zip it up. We couldn't even get the two zippers on each side to come close to touching much less zipping. I immediately contacted Hebeos customer service per the instructions and was told to take it somewhere and get it tailored. There was not enough material on the top to let it out even if I had wanted to. I explained to them that I ordered the dress according to the suggested measurements. I was told that I ordered the wrong size which I clearly did not. The customer service emails I have been receiving are like they are coming from a bunch of five years olds. I will never use this site again and I will warn everyone about them.

Hebeos late delivery/horrible customer service/unwilling to accept return

My daughter found her dream prom dress on Pinterest, I searched around and found it on Hebeos.com. She was so excited, we placed the order, paid extra for rush delivery because we purposely didn't have them tailor make the dress in case it needed to be returned. We were planning to have alterations done locally. The dress was promised to be delivered 4.18.18, the dress didn't even ship until 4.19.18 and was actually delivered on 4.23.18. Her prom was on 4.28.18. Not enough time to
have anything done to the dress.
When we realized the dress wasn't going to make it in time we had to rush out and purchase an different dress, she was devastated. I contacted the company the day after it was delivered to initiate the return procedure. Ha ha! This is a complete joke. They refuse to allow a return. I explained in detail my situation in email after email to their customer service and I keep getting the same reply, "you ordered and received the right dress". Which to their credit is correct, we did receive the correct dress and it was beautiful, but with the delivery being so late and not as promised the dress is/was unusable to us. No matter how many emails I send, they will not allow me to return the dress. I am a single mother and had to save and save to buy my daughter this dress, the replacement dress I bought has to be put on credit. It is very difficult to have to bear the burden of 2 prom dresses. They do not care about the financial mess they caused me. They do not care about their customers! I have never in my life been treated so poorly by a company and so disrespected.
Hebeos.com is a scam.
Please learn from my mistake and steer clear of this company.

My daughters prom dress looked nothing like the picture on there website. She couldn't even fit her neck thru the dress. It wasn't glitter gold like the pic of poofy at the bottom like the pic. I even paid extra money for expedite. I requested a refund the same day I received dress and all they sent was a stupid email saying...

Hebeos shipping

I ordered a prom dress 4/13/2018 and paid extra $19.90 for expedited shipping by 4/28/2018 + $17.99 additional shipping + $120.00 for the dress total of $157.89. I contacted the company 4/23/2018 to ensure it would arrive on time because I noticed it wasn't shipped yet. They messaged me back and said they are shipping it that was 4/28/2018. I asked for a refund on expedited shipping for which I did not receive. Not only did the item arrive late 5/1/2018 than the prom date 4/30/2018 it didn't fit. Now the company doesn't want to honor their own refund policy on shipping. They are refusing a refund because of size but the initial problem is delayed shipping. If the item would have arrived on time I could have had it altered and ready for prom. They said we can alter it however prom is over and my daughter is an only child. We have no other use for the dress. Order #U30180413013158412. I have several email messages referencing our conversations that I can send. Please help me get my money back I am a single mom and my daughter is going to college in a few months. I need all my money to support her funding.
This company doesn't have a customer service number or a address listed on their website that I can get someone directly to talk with.

Hebeos dress of the wrong color as advertised

I received my order and not only was it cheaply made, which maybe would've been fine since it was for a one-time wear, but the color was completely off. Not the RED that was posted on the website, but a burnt orange shimmer color, almost iridescent. In any case, I followed their protocol and contacted their site within 24 hours of receiving my order. This is almost a week ago and I have not heard back from them. I have sent several emails since then, daily and still no response. It is extremely frustrating since their is also no phone number, not to mention that they advertise their site from the UK and my dress came from Singapore, as well as the "live chat" is automated and does not give answers pertaining to your specific question. There is never a live agent available.

Hebeos prom dress

I ordered a prom dress for my daughter on 10 April-dress was not required to be altered as I knew I'd have to have it done after my daughter tried it on. I paid extra expedited shipping to have it here by 28 April. When I did not get a shipping notification a few days before I emailed (there is NO WAY TO TALK TO SOMEONE OVER THE PHONE). I was told a few days later the dress was still being tailored. No apologies for missing the timeframe and no estimate when I'd get it. I notified them to cancel the order. They ignored that request and shipped it out several days later anyway. Long story short-they refuse to respond to my requests for return/refund information and I'm out $159. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM
