HERroom/ HISroom this company did credit card fraud on my credit card, I received a FRAUDULENT ALERT on my cell phone I cancelled the credit card. When I called the company HERroom/ HISroom they refused to place funds back on credit card. Their phone number is [protected] they are also located in Dallas TX.

When I called this number the same female answered the phone, who said her name is Pearl, that I do not believe. She became very nervous when I began to ask question about the fraud charges on my credit card of the amount of $48.30.
I notice when you see their advertisements regarding their under garments, they switch the name of their company around HISroom / HERroom or HERroom / HISroom. This company should be investigated, I have seen so many negative reviews on this company. Again, I have never ordered or heard of this company. I do believe the person that answered the phone is the same person that is with the ANDRA GROUP
Desired outcome: MY MONEY REFUNDED BACK TO MY CARD, AND MAKE AN ARREST FOR MAIL FRAUD AND CREDIT CARD FRAUD
Credit card thieves. FRAUDULENT ACTIVITY, this company his room her room placed items on my card unauthorized. My bank caught it and sent the activity to my cell phone. You are really stupid if you deal with this fraudulent company that steals off people's phone
