Mixed Feelings: A Personal Take on Skims
As someone who values quality and comfort in clothing, my experience with Skims has been a mix of highs and lows. While I appreciate the innovative designs and inclusive sizing options, I can't ignore the issues I've encountered. The cotton rib tanks, which I was excited to try, turned out to be disappointingly short and see-through, unlike what I expected from a brand of this caliber. Returns were a hassle, and the customer service experience left much to be desired. On the bright side, the loungewear pieces I ordered were cozy and well-made, living up to the brand's reputation. Despite the setbacks, I haven't given up on Skims completely, as I believe every brand has room for improvement. If you're considering Skims, approach with cautious optimism and be prepared for a mixed bag of experiences.

I guess it was pretty good, not sure about cost for value though! The fit is good which is fav part. The material is decent.

I personally think the SKIMS underwear is nothing different from what you can get at any underwear brand. However, I do really like their Fits Everybody tops and bodysuits.
Quality: The tops are a different material from the bodysuits and are more see through because they are one layer. Therefore, if you tend to go braless, I would recommend only getting darker colors in the tops. The bodysuits are double lined and feel really compressive!
Sizing: I would size down if you're between sizes for the tops and stick to your own size for the bodysuits. I'm usually a size 2/4 in tops and the XS fit great in the tops, S in the bodysuits.

I placed an order from this company and it was processed with one item being in the wrong size. Generally their website says there is a $6 restocking fee; however, since this issue was on the company's end. I requested a full refund. When I contacted customer service to request a return with a full refund, I was told I would be charged the restocking fee. No one attempted to even understand the issue. Will not be ordering from them again.

I ordered two items from their company. I received one of the items that I ordered in one box and someone else's order in a box addressed to me but with someone else's receipt and address. I explained in detail what error occurred however the customer service team made it my responsibility to correct their error. They gave me 3 resolutions: send back the wrong item and we'll refund you 6.00 ( I'm still missing a 70.00 item) contact UPS was the second option ( they shipped what you sent them.) and then finally we'll refund the money back to after pay and you contact them for a refund. Unacceptable!

LIARS Bad service
I purchased 6 bras in various styles so I could try them, knowing I would pay a reasonable restocking fee of $6 to return whatever I didn't like. It took 11 days for my order to arrive. When it finally showed up I immediately tried the bras on. My first impression was how cheap the material was. They are thin and there is no support. I went online not even 24 hours after the order arrived to submit the return request and was told that 4 of the 6 were not returnable as they were final sale. This is absolutely not accurate. They were not marked final sale when I bought them. I had zero experience with Skims before so I wouldn't know if I liked them or not therefore would not purchase a final sale item. I have talked to customer service and was told to DONATE THEM! Because I can just throw away hundreds of dollars?! LOL I spent $257. I can return $80 worth., TERRIBLE COMPANY. You can't call anyone over the phone to change an order. You can email or text and they will respond with an auto text saying "we will respond shortly" but that will be 12 hours later and they just send you a link to their website saying they can't help you because they can't keep up with the volume. Seems like they don't have enough staff to support the demand of these items which doesn't make for a good business. Would not recommend chancing anything with them. Customer service is extremely limited and they will ignore any questions you have about canceling your order. Read their policies well, they won't change an address if you make an error, they won't cancel an order, and if you don't like your items they charge you 6 dollars to return them.

They just took my money even without my permission! I had 2 items in my bag, and when I clicked to go back, the page became froze. After a while it started working again and then I'm getting message that they charged me! I had my card in the system because I made another order a few months ago. In my case I got a delivery confirmation but never found my package. I tried to go through the process of filling a claim because in all honesty I REALLY wanted the items but when I went to file a claim UPS sent me to USPS for which I did not have a tracking. At that point they didn't even give an explanation for the run around that just said they would refund me. Never received the refund and now no more responses to my emails which apparently is the only way to contacts them. What a scam. I still want to try their products but just am not going to risk having to deal with their customer service. If you order, know this is a risk.

I loved the cotton plunge bralette at first! I ordered three more myself and recommended it to all of my friends. But then I realized that the bras shrunk a great deal. Now none of my friends and I can even fit into our bralettes comfortably. I am a size small and have always been a size small. I have always washed it correctly, cold water, air dried. I found now that the strap underneath my boobs rolls up and it is so uncomfortable. I am so irritated because I bought so many of these because I loved it and recommended this product to so many friends... until I washed it. I wish the product wouldn't shrink so much or have known to size up.

Ordered only 2 items that came up for $81 dollars on 5/28. Under the promise that processing and shipping takes 2-4 business days. Here we are 7 business days which is 12 days total with weekends and I haven't even received a TRACKING NUMBER for my package. They are lying and saying that i ordered during a sale period (WHICH I DIDNT) and that's why it's a delay. But it's ridiculous, how does a company that is RAN by a famous & wealthy celebrity with the money to mass produce and ship products have a delay as long as 7 business days? It sounds like a scam. I requested a refund back twice because this company obviously isn't worthy of my business and they have refused and just continued to reassure me that it will be shipped out. I don't care if it gets shipped out anymore, i want my $81 back.

I had ordered a variety of bras, tops etc. Every piece has its own sizing. None of the pieces are consistent in sizing. I had to return everything I received. I COULD NOT return everything in one package! I had to return every single piece separately and pay shipping on top of that for every single piece! I received one refund and it was the price before hst! I had to write another email for the remainder of the hst that I paid as well. I placed an order to give a surprise gift to my wife. They eventually charged my credit card, but still haven't shipped the order. I have tried to contact their "customer service" 7 times to ask about the status of the shipment. They haven't once returned my text messages or emails. Its a disgrace. I placed an order just yesterday, saw it was not the accurate size and immediately emailed them (directly from the order acknowledgement receipt first, then via their website) and have heard absolutely nothing back. I've requested a reconfirmation first, then to simply cancel the order, then questioned whether or not anyone actually works in customer service. Still nothing. Needless to say, very frustrating. When the item gets shipped, I know I have their non-existent customer service team to try and work through the disputed product for the return and reimbursement...what a joy that will be. I don't suggest working with this company or supporting their product for the mere fact that communication and transparency are lacking severely.

On 5/30 i received emails stating my order was delayed due to high volume orders. I again sent an email stating that i still don't understand why the address couldn't be changed as the order hasn't even been processed. Monday 6/7 i received and email that my order was shipped with its tracking number. In an attempt to change the address, the tracking number didn't even work. I attempted again today 6/9 to track and change the address. I was unable to. UPS states that some packages aren't able to change delivery options, and MY PACKAGE fits that criteria. I'm overwhelmed with the lack of support. I find it strange that you can only communicate via email and they are so lackluster about simple things as changing a delivery address. Every options i gave was shut down and the options they gave me simply won't work. I'm very disappointed and i want my money back. I will NEVER order or recommend this site.

I paid a lot of money for an item that did not hold for more than one wear. Sad, disappointed and will never order again from this site. First let me begin with Soft Lounge bralettes;
I ordered three total. Two of them have very short adjustable straps. Because the sizing chart provided via your website is a complete joke, the bras are so extremely small, I loosened the straps all the way, which in turn left the cheap plastic adjuster digging into my shoulder. The one that did not have adjustable straps, has armholes small enough for a toddler. What a complete disaster! Not to mention the material, while soft, feels super cheap. Upon inspection, Made in China. Go figure!
Now on to the Soft Lounge boxers.. I purchased three pair. Again, while the material is soft, it feels extremely chincy. The stitching is loose in areas, and on one particular pair, the logo on the front is sewn upside down. Hahaha how ridiculous.

Terrible customer service
Terrible customer service. They ignored my emails. I asked to cancel a preorder and they told me no, despite their policy saying they could before it shipped. I was given wrong refund information from another representative about the status of my return and when I followed up immediately after, they ignored me. I had to reach out to social media to get my refund completed, but I'm missing $9. I had email proof from their representative that they'll make an exception for the $6 shipping deduction, but both help at skims dot com and their Twitter account ignored me. As much as I spent on them last year, I would deserve a little respect.
Returns here are a nightmare as well. I got incorrect information on a return and a rep mixed my return orders up (I had maybe 3 returns out of 30 orders). If and when I make another skims order, I will do it via Nordstrom or Net-A-Porter. Do not buy from this website directly.

The reviews and complaints here are laughable. How is SKIMS responsible for a lost package once they ship it out? That is something that would need to be filed with the carrier NOT SKIMS. I've had multiple packages that were lost by the carrier and I've always had to file a claim through the carrier so that the carrier could reimburse me. Anyway - I love SKIMS. I have ordered from them probably five or six times and have spent upwards of $600 on loungewear. Everything that I have ordered has been just as described and has been great quality. I have never had any issues with customer service. In fact, I was two months outside of the return window timeframe and they still allowed me to return some thing as a one time courtesy. Every time I place an order it has been shipped out by the next day. Maybe I'm lucky, but I haven't had any negative experience with this company after ordering from them multiple times. Their customer service is extremely responsive via email and on their social media platforms.

This was a gift for a family member, and not only was she excited to get SKIMS, but I was excited to give the gift. I expected the item to be here on time. But, I waited just to see if the shipment would turn up, and it did not. I have checked with my neighbors and looked in unusual places. Not only was I disappointed with the time it took to process the order, but now the experience as a whole as been bad. UPS has said I need to file a claim with SKIMS directly. I have tried to get help to remedy this situation, but have got nothing but the run around, and played phone tag. I have spent my hard earned money with Kim Kardashian's company, and I expected better service than this. For someone who is so wealthy, she needs to consider getting better customer service. Based on that alone I do not recommend SKIMS. I cannot vouch for the quality of anything, as I have yet to even see the items.

There is nowhere for me to leave a review on Net-A-Porter and I can't leave one on the Skims website either. So anyway, I am here to write my review. Based off of my measurements and the size chart, I should be a size XS. I am 5'4, 130 pounds, average/slim build, and a 34C. I almost ordered the XS on the spot but figured it'd be smart to read others reviews more in depth. Good thing I did. I ended up ordering a medium. And I'm glad I did. It still fits very snug. An XS or S would have been way too tight and uncomfortable. I think it's horrendous how off the Skims sizing is. Do better. Looks cute though... when you get 2 sizes larger than you actually should be... Shouldn't be called "Fits Everybody" if the sizing is so off. It doesn't fit everybody in their correct size. It's definitely not a confidence boost if you were to order your correct size based off of the Skims size chart and then it squeezes you, is uncomfortable, and unflattering. Make sure to order a few sizes larger than what the size chart says for this particular item.

As requested by SKIMS I sent them pictures of the shirt with the hole in it They emailed me back and indicated that they would like to offer me a 20% refund plus a 20% discount code for use on a future purchase if I would like to keep it. I emailed them back and indicated I don't want to keep this defective shirt. They then responded as follows "Once you have been refunded for your return and placed your new order, please let us know and we would be happy to refund you the return shipping fee from your return as well". So in order for me to get a full refund they are requiring me to buy another item. I don't want to buy another item I want a full return- I don't see this policy disclosed on their website. Since then end of September I’ve been going through a none stop parade of emails with skims about their horrible shipping errors. Every email is signed a new person and I believe they can’t read . Endless “ packages” being sent with the wrong things such as size or missing items. I ask for refund they go missing for weeks . I’ve ordered from skims for years this has never happened. Now I’m going through my bank since they don’t care to refund me for what wasn’t received.

Returns submitted for 2 orders SB11232481 and Order #: SB11238072 . They were mailed on Aug 31 and received by Skims per tracking on Sept 26th.
I have still not been issued a refund as of October 13th. I have sent 3 emails about this situation asking for the refund to be issued and the response from customer service is the refund will be issued 7 business days after receipt even though it has now been 14 business days.
The amount I am owed is over $500 and I am not getting anywhere with their customer service.

I placed an order two weeks ago for a cute romper. It has been saying awaiting courier pick up for 10 days already with no activity. When I reach out to skims costumer service to see when it will move I get the run around and no answer. One stated it got returned back to them, one stated it will ship soon and they keep transferring me to their colleague and no one ever comes back. Awful costumer service, it’s very sad because I will never shop there again, and I love fashion, I expected the company to be perfect, it’s sub par at best.

I received a Skims body suite in black in January 2023. It was a late Christmas gift since they were out of stock during the Holidays.
I have only worn it about 10 times and noticed there is a small hole on the left side by the breast.
I am so disappointed and am afraid to wear it. It is not a cheap item and to have a hole already is so disappointing.

I ordered something in June and it was sent to the wrong address so my package was sent back to sender. After I noticed this happened I emailed skims and they told me a refund would be applied after they received my package. That was 2 months ago. I have emailed back and forth since then. They have given me many different times to wait for a refund to come back but nothing has been given back. At this point I would take store credit. I just want something or a response. I spent over $100 and as a broke college student that’s a lot for me.
Agree wholeheartedly, please refer to my terrible experience below. they did nth to help resolve the issue besides telling me they are not responsible. being a long time customer of revolve and shopbop, i am just not used to the terrible service at Skims, they seem like a broken company pretending to be something, nothing legitimate about this company who can't even take ownership of their faults and stuff. completely immature company. i swear to god will never purchase from them ever again at least not with them directly, i do not want to ever speak or deal with the robots in their customer service team.
Ordered was not delivered and refuse to follow up
I have the most terrible shopping experience with SKIMS. My order was not delivered to my Shipping Address! I got an email from SKIMS notifying me my order was delivered, but since I did not receive it, I had to check on the USPS tracking site which shows it was delivered to a PO box. I called USPS and the agent also confirms the same.
I wrote an email to SKIMS to notify them the issue (they do not have a support hotline that you can call, unbelievable!), asking them to deal with USPS to locate the package and have it redeliver to the Shipping Address. SKIMS' agent have the audacity to reply they are no longer responsible for the order shipped to my address and told me to make a new order! First of all, there is no where on their site which mentions they do not support Freight Forward Address, nor there was any error message at checkout. They happily accepted my order and charged my card. Then they somehow have my order ship to a PO box and told me they are not responsible for it when it was clearly not my Shipping address in the first place. They failed at fulfilling the order and refuse to do anything about it when it is their fault! IF THIS IS NOT FRAUD I DONT KNOW WHAT IS! To top it off, I wasn't even asking them to resend a new package or refund, I simply ask them to follow up with USPS to have them to redeliver to the correct address.
At this point I do not care how good the product is, but the aftersale experience/ customer service is beyond ridiculous and makes me question the credibility of the company...
I am saving every piece of email correspondence and tracking evidence, in case they do not reply I would proceed filing a dispute thru my credit card company. Such a pain and waste of time dealing with SKIMS, beware!

Missing item from order and no communication at all.
I placed an order with skims & received my package but one of the items I ordered was missing. I then went on their website to contact them. The options shown under contact us are: 1. chat-there is no button on the site anywhere. I tried to locate it on multiple browsers & devises.
2. Text-I sent a text message and got two auto replies. One saying my question was in the queue and to chat if I need faster help. The other was sent 2 days later asking me to take a survey on how well they answered my question.
3. Email- I sent an email & got an auto reply that my concern was added to the queue. No other response.
There is no phone number listed on their site that I could find, so I will try the one on here & the one Google gives & see. But it should not be this challenging to communicate an issue with an order.

I feel like I been scammed :( Hi within the past two hour today Friday May 8 at approximately 4am central time I have noticed a suspicious withdrawl from Skims. On Tuesday May 5 @ 10:36pm I made an online order (Order #: ***) for a size 2x/3x Sculpting Body Suit Mid Thigh in Onyx and also a size 2x Waist Trainer in Onyx. No sales rep or customer support available. My total cost of payment including taxes and shipping is $176.80. I paid online at *** using a *** debit card. No withdrawal was made to reflect that that date probably due to processing time However on the following day Wednesday May 6 there is a suspicious withdrawl documented in the total amount of $257.95 from Skims. The only withdrawal made from Skims according to my bank account statements. Can someone please explain why Skims has withdrew $257.95 from my account instead of the balance it was supposed to be $176.80. I would like the difference paid back to me free of charge as that was not an authorized withdrawal on Skims part. I would still like my order delivered as I have been wanting one for a long time and am a fan of Kim and the Kardashian family and support them. I Would just like the money that shouldn't have been taken from Skims. It may not be a big deal to the company as their wealthy but for me it will help me with groceries and basic needs.

I filed a dispute with my bank because I never received this package when I was overseas the bank did not approve my complaint and not credit me back the money so when I returned from Europe recently I contacted the company directly and they did find out that it was dropped off somewhere else and credited me back to the original payment method which was on a charged off closed account that was closed in December. I asked many times to be compensated and not have it sent back to that account because it had fraud on it and was like negative some thousand dollars until it was resolved and it is still being investigated I have no connection no way to view the account so I had no idea this was even happening until I called the bank. The company will not refund my money to me properly in the form of store credit or to another one of my cards. I have no way of accessing the money they sent to my account and I didn't even give them permission to do it. They just did it regardless and said basically nothing they did nothing to help me so I am out *** and I received nothing and my bank will give me nothing because the account is being investigated for fraud. I would like compensation somehow. This is ridiculous I've been arguing with them for weeks. They have no direct contact number so you have to contact them via email and from reading reviews others have been as frustrated as I am.

On March 5, 2022, ordered six items for women. On March 12 received the package. Opened the following week to find two pairs of children's pants and none of the items I ordered. The company has no customer service phone number and at the time had a chat option on their website. I chatted with a representative and advised of the issue. She requested I send a picture of the items received and a picture of the packing slip so I did. She then told me that she could not send the items that I did not receive but I could reorder the items on a new order. She also advised me that they would not refund my money for the items I never received until I sent back the children's pants that I received in error. I sent back with the *** return label sent to me on 3/21/2022 and it was delivered on 3/24/22 per tracking. After several days I did not receive a refund so went to the company website to inquire and there was no longer a chat option, even though it clearly states in the Contact Us portion of the website that there is. I tried texting and emailing and never received any response so I filed a dispute with my credit card company. They refused the dispute so we are now disputing again. I also wrote reviews on each item that I ordered and never received but they were never published to their website. It is now almost 80 days after I placed the original order and I still don't have my money back. I have tried multiple times to contact the company via their only option texting and only auto generated responses.

I have order from skims twice now with both of my packages being lost! This website has scammed me! I have contacted support and they tell me to go to ups and ups won't help. Their return process is fraudulent. I have USPS proof that I sent the package back to them and they have refused to refund my money (i have the receipt from the post office to prove it). I purchased a Sculpting Bodysuit MID SAND S/M a Waist trainer and some high waisted panties on 5/28 online. I received it 6/3. On 6/6 I reached out right away to SKIMS Customer Services because I wasn't getting an option for return or even store credit. I emailed them and they responded with automated message instructing on how to get store credit. It didn't work on the website so emailed them several times that I needed help and no one has contacted me. I want a refund or a bigger size or store credit. By the way I am dissapointed with the material of the waist trainer (I've worn it 2x and its already folding on the size not good quality material for the price, the panties are horrible don't fit correctly around my crotch area not worth the price! Hi there, I ordered two items (***) from the Skims website on May 26 and received them on June 3. I ordered two similar products and intended to return one or both. For this reason, I double checked the return policy as well as the return details on the product pages to make sure I could send back. After receiving the items, I decided I'd like to keep one and return the CORE CONTROL BRIEF size s/m. When I try to initiate the return through their website, I get a notification that the item is ineligible for return and that it is a final sale item. The item being final sale was not communicated at any point in the purchase process. I would not have purchased it if it was final sale. Additionally, there is no mention of the item being 'final sale' on the product page on their website, in the order summary in my account, or emailed order confirmation and shipping confirmation. Attaching screenshots for reference. I've emailed customer service to request a return, but have only received an automated response. I bought two items online. I printed one label and returned both on January 22. Customer service emailed me, apologizing for the inconvenience and explaining that returns are automatically processed. They mentioned that items not listed in the return authorization might delay the refund but assured me it would be processed. I replied, clarifying that both items were in the package despite one label. They acknowledged the oversight and assured me the remaining refund would be issued within 8 business days of the first. They advised that future returns should be submitted together. They asked me to follow up if I didn't receive the second refund confirmation after 8 business days. I have contacted the Skims customer service 3 times since receiving my product last week asking for a refund with NO response. Return and refund was requested for order SBXXXXXX. I had requested a return via the Skims return website and was given a notice on the page that indicated that I would receive an email with the return label (I am not able to wear this as my skin immediately itched and became irritated when i tried it on). Every day since, I've been checking my email for this supposed "return label". I ordered 2 "Core Control" shorts. My skin isn't normally irritated by products but when I tried one of the shorts on for fitting I noticed my thigh becoming irritated within seconds. I quickly removed it and requested for a refund as I'm unable to use these products. It's still neatly wrapped in its original packaging, while the other is unopened. I attempted to redo the return request since I haven't received a return label but the website now says that these items are now ineligible for a return saying the products have "already been returned". I checked my account and there's no refund so, no, they're not at all returned. I even attached a photo of what the page says when i attempt to return again. I sent two emails to ***@skims.com as indicated on their website and even filled out a separate customer service form since last week. I'm not sure what else I can do. I paid with my debit card through after pay app. I ordered 1 bra and 1 bodysuit. Both of which didn't fit accurately based on their website measurements. I issued for a return, but due to Covid 19 it took me a bit to be able to print it. Once I finally did, they closed my return window, the day before I was going to drOp it off. I had the package in my car and was ready to drop off that coming Monday (4th if july weekend, so couldn't do it sooner) . Because I just returned to work July 1st and was able to print it that week. So I emailed them, and they extended my return window thankfully. I then, got the package in the mail that next day, tuesday, I have a photo of my putting it into the mail box. The package now included both items because I was finally able to return both and not just one. Both still not worn or ruined. I waited and waited and finally got confirmation of my return from Both skims and afterpay, but for only the bra. So that's about 62$ missing, for an item they have , I don't. I emailed them, and they barely ever respond in the first place, so I know I'll be waiitng for it this time too. There's no customer service number, only email, so it makes to even harder to desl with. I just want my money back, I gave back both items in new condition and didn't wear, just as asked. That's a lot of money to miss out on because they have poor customer service .

Non responsive customer service. Email inbox is not accepting messages but Skims directs all communication to email. Order never arrived. No response I ordered my first order from Skims several weeks ago. Received order confirmation and after a long delay, I wrote to them to inquire about a shipping date. It was shipped late. The package never arrived. I gave it several days and emailed Skims per their guidance. Their email inbox was full and repeatedly gave bounce back messages. I then went to social media to reach out to them for help. They accepted my information and said they'd pass it along. I received an email that basically asked me to wait additional days and then write back. I attempted to reply to them and again, their email inbox is not accepting messages. There is no phone number to call. I went back to social media to reach them and it took days for a reply. I wrote a terse message and finally received a reply, again via email, that I again responded to and received a bounce back that their email inbox is full. I attempted to re-order my original order and communicated this to them. They committed to ship it in 2-4 days. It has been over a week. I wrote to them via email to inquire about the status. The email bounced back. I went back to social media to ask for help again. They emailed me back. I again attempted to respond and the email bounced back. I've tried other email addresses that I have, and all receive bounce back messages. This is unprofessional and frustrating. I am only coming here to seek resolution and receive the products that I paid for!

I tried contacting Skims through their customer service text messaging system without reply for days. I tried contacting them via Twitter and Instagram, also with no response. I finally sent an email and by this time I had filed a return for the item to be sent back. I contacted them with the intentions of having the correct item sent to me expedited or seeking for them to re-ship the correct item at no charge while they awaited my return. I was finally contacted back on 01/25 stating that they could not re-ship and I would be refunded upon receipt of the return to them. They offered me 20% toward my next item. I had to re-order the item to be shipped and asked they please give me reassurance the correct item would be sent and to apply the 20% discount to this new order. I waited days with no response even with follow up emails and texts. Finally they applied the discount but did not reassure me this order would be correct or expedite it. I understand they are having high volume of contact due to the holidays (as their automated email stated.) My new order came today and it is the wrong item AGAIN. I would like the company to send me the correct item at no charge as I have been through the hassles of return, lack of communication or resolution. Now i have a second package with the wrong item. I also now have hundreds of dollars tied up in financing due to these issues with them with no correction in sight. Please help me to rectify this situation.

On April 25, 2022 I ordered on line a sculpting body suit from SKIMS. When it was delivered I didn't like the material. I have never worn it. I started my refund process on line and was surprised to learn that I am only offered a store credit, not a refund. When I tried to click on the box that says "credit" or "refund," the website only allowed me to click on "store credit" and had a note that this item was ineligible for a refund. So I did what was the only option offered, which was click for "store credit" but I have no desire to purchase other items from this company. I double checked the information about this particular item on the web and there is no mention that you can only get a store credit and not a refund. I then read the overall return policy on the web, as well as the full Terms of Service, and - again, no mention that you can only get a store credit and not a refund. I believe this to be misleading, as it leaves my only option is to keep an item I do not like or does not fit, or to return it for a store credit I will never use. Oddly, the company's on line policy does state that there will be a deduction from refunds for shipping. But I find no mention that the company will not actually refund your money if item doesn't fit or you are dissatisfied. My order # is ***. The price for the "Sculpting Body Suit with Snaps" was $62.00. With tax and shipping my total paid was $71.72. I seek a full refund, NOT a store credit. In the reviews on the website another customer mentioned her item didn't fit and she "had" to give it away, leading me to believe this is not an isolated incident of refusing refunds without proper notice to the consumer.

Then, on *** I ordered (7) the BODY BASICS CREW NECK BODYSUIT *** (8) BODY BASICS SQUARE NECK BODYSUIT *** and (9) BODY BASICS TRIANGLE BRALETTE *** I didn't send anything back with this order BUT...BUT BUT BUT..I just HAND WASHED THESE TWO bodysuits for the first time and the seam that is sown around the are entire bodysuit is frayed! I am in tears here thinking I could shop from home with everything going on and when I try to reach out to this "company" they aren't interested in anything except keeping your money.
