So, I made an order from Hips & Curves a few weeks back and boy, was it a mess! The package got returned to the warehouse because of some mistake on their end and nobody even bothered to let me know. To make matters worse, one of the items I ordered got sold out in the meantime and they offered me a gift card instead. But guess what? I haven't received that either!
I mean, seriously? Why couldn't they just correct the package and resend it? Instead, they added it back to their inventory, sold my stuff and now they can't even replace it. What a joke! This kind of service is just unacceptable. I wouldn't recommend anyone to shop from Hips & Curves. It's just not worth the hassle.

Unfortunately, I never received my package and had to call again on March 26th. After calling multiple times, I was finally able to speak to someone who told me that my package had not yet shipped. She said that she would put in a request to the highest person at the warehouse, but it would take 24-48 hours. This would make it Monday and I needed the package by Tuesday.
In the end, I had to cancel my order. If you have plenty of time to wait and don't plan on needing to speak to customer service, then go ahead and order from Hips & Curves. However, don't believe their lie of 7-14 business days on shipping and their customer service is a joke.
Overall, I was extremely disappointed with my experience with Hips & Curves. It was a waste of my time and I would not recommend ordering from them.
