I cancel the order but they shipped without any e mail or phone notice.

DON'T ORDER YOUR MERCHANDISE HERE. After ordering a tennis racquet for a friends birthday which qualified for free shipping, then spending more for second day air - I tracked the package to discover that an order placed on WED is not delivered until the next TUES - wow - 2nd day air is more like 7 day air. I called the manager of the business who was extremely rude to me. By the time the gift gets here the person's birthday will be over and the person will not be here anymore, so I will end up having to ship the gift to them.
On the 2nd day air option, it specified MON - SAT delivery on the website. Hopefully the seller will correct that. The part that makes me furious is giving someone $200 bucks and then having to listen to them treat me rudely. I don't think so - they can have the racquet back - I am returning it. I refuse to give people like this my money. I will NEVER order here again. And this is an understatement.

Wait... what? Holabird Sports offers free shipping on orders of $69.95 or more and there's a flat rate on orders less than that, though I'll admit I've never had an order that didn't qualify. I'm not even sure how this review has any merit... how do you make money on free? Two years. No problems.
Atrocious Customer Service
1. They are 2 days late with a shipment ( I have a flight to leave the country for a few months) thats why I allowed for the extra day
2. I call their customer service and they say it will arrive a day earlier, just before my flight
3. I call UPS and they say that the information I got was a lie and in no way would it get their the day before
4. I call them the say this and explain to them how angry I am for wasting my time and they don't accept responsibility for messing this up.
In conclusion, their incompetence causes them to be two days with a shipment, they waste hours of my time trying to fix their problem and they lie to me...
.Seriously... wth is going on here...
