We've been a customer for a number of years. As always, the technicians including Diego (this visit) made every effort to be Timely, Responsive, Knowledgeable, and Professional. Very impressed with the company and would recommend Howard Air!

From start to finish everyone was very friendly & knowledgeable. I was able to get an appointment quickly & the repair was done the same day. Theron explained in detail the A/C issue & repaired it swiftly. Their team is very professional. Thank you!

A fantastic organization! Install was done by competent professionals who know this business well. They stayed well past a normal work day to make sure the systems were functioning as designed. I would recommend Howard Air to anyone considering a new system or needing service on an existing system.

From start to finish, 5 stars all around. Flexible with scheduling conflicts, friendly and courteous office personnel and the Technician Shawn was great. No big push for upsale or unit replacement like all the other companies in town - they solved the problem without dragging me through a complex sales pitch.

We just had our 2nd maintenance appointment since we moved into our current home. The communication, timeliness and quality of the service were excellent. Wish I could suggest an improvement that could be made but I can't imagine any way the service could improve over what we have received since moving here.

Howard Air is always great! *** was early and got things done quickly! He walked me through the inspection and made a recommendation for an air filter that would work better with my system. Howard Air used to maintain my old system, they installed my new system and I will always use them for my AC and heat needs in the future.

Had tune-up service done today on both units. Kent was the tech and he was on-time, professional, friendly and got the job done. Reviewed some of the needs with us and explained the diagnosis very well. We went with his recommendations and are happy with the results. I would recommend Howard Air to anyone that needs a reliable, professional to work on your cooling units!

Took the day off work to have scheduled service performed. Had an appointment for 7-noon. I called at 11:50am since no one showed up and they stated the service tech was experiencing cell phone issues. Someone would be out within 45 minutes to an hour for the appointment. I get called at 2pm stating they were on their way and would be another 30-45 minutes! Very unprofessional.

Their response to my concern was met with an eagerness to serve and make sure our Trane was maintained as if it was their own. Erik, the tec, is a professional expert. He was able to discover the problem behind my concern and returned the next week with the part, completing the repair with professionalism and a great attitude (replacing the part on a white roof mounted system in 100 degrees with a smile:). Thank You!

Service spot was on time and technician called 20 minutes before he was scheduled to arrive. Very polite and professional. Took his time and completely tested and cleaned the A/C unit - since it’s a split system he had to go into the attic which isn’t fun in July. Work completed in a timely fashion - observed all virus safety protocols. Explained all details of service and testing results - excellent experience as always.

Technician quoted me $230 after finishing up a 20 minute job to replace a $30 capacitor. Then, after coming back from his truck with the formal quote, the price was actually $350. Expressed my concern to the technician and he did not acknowledge the verbal quote or offer any discount to the newly quoted price. I called the office to share my concerns and they offered no reconciliation either. Do not recommend using this company for your service needs unless you are okay with paying unreasonable prices.

I have used Howard Air in the past and been very happy! Up until i found Howard Air, I never trusted anyone I was using and had bad experiences on the commercial side of things! Once again, Howard Air surpassed my expectations, solved the problem that the builder of my home couldn't solve, and did it for a pretty insignificant amount of money. Carlos was professional, on time, got to the point, fixed it, and got me a detailed report of what he did. I wish all companies operated like Howard Air! Thank you!
