I have never dealt with so much run around!!
I have been dealing with HSN for days just to make them cancel my order! I have ordered some items a long time ago and my order never showed up and they cannot provide me any information about it! They refused to cancel my order and refund my money, but I did not give up and continued to fight. Spoke with many reps and they all were very rude and sarcastic. Really nasty people who did not want to help me at all! But in the end they finally agreed to refund me and promised I'll get the money in few weeks. Well, I hope they said the truth.
product poorly made - iman luxe suede soho chic bag
I purchased the bag from HSN. When the zipper broke they were great at exchanging it in June 2015. Well now the outside zipper broke. One would think a product would last longer than 10 months. I would accept this if the bag just cost $20, but it didn 't. Very dissatisfied and will NEVER purchase an IMAN product again.
I can't create an account!
I joined www.hsn.com because of their great prices and items. But first I had to make an account. When I added my personal info it said wrong address. I tried again, but there was the same error. Tried to contact customer service, but never got a reply! Then I tried to make another account and the same thing happened! I don't know what was wrong with my address! I'm doing online shopping for years and never had problems with my address! Well, bad for them, they just lost a customer.
I had the same issue. Come to find out my 24 yr old daughter who still lives in my home has an account with HSN. apparently she has not been paying her bill on time. So HSN will not allow any orders to my address. My wife and I have great credit, between QVC and Evine we spend around $5k per year. HSN had some nice products so we figured we would create an account. I spoke with customer service, no help. My daughter actually moved out several months ago yet my address is still on the naughty list. HSN loss they miss out on two good customers

This website is the worst ever! I was a loyal customer for ages, but now I'm officially done with HSN! I moved about 5 months ago and changed my address on my account. After that I ordered twice and every time they sent my things to my old address. I emailed them several times and they said something that made no sense. First they said that I have to change the address on my profile and when I said that I already did they said how sorry they were. How is this even possible? I'm so disgusted! Never again! I'm out of here!

I ordered this in sep '15 and before i finished paying flex pays it stopped working. I am disabled with als--in a wheelchair and thought this was light to use in my chair. I called hsn they didnt want to help me by replacing it. They referred me to an 800 warranty number. I am done with joy products and hsn. Now not having much money, i am forced to buy another. Shame on joy and hsn--my life is hard enough--dont need this. Karma!
joy mangano travel ease quilted luggage set - navy
Luggage comes with a 10 year warranty. After traveling with this "marvelous" claimed luggage, the duffel bag handle ripped off after the second trip. I have retired outside of the U.S. When I called several times, I was informed that the warranty is moot outside of the United States. Also was told that I can still use the luggage by using the "pull out handle". The Color was also not available but I can try calling before the warranty ends. Or I can have it shipped to someone in the United States, and they can bring it to me in the country where I am now. I then asked if I can have a refund for the damaged item, "no" can I have it repaired and would they reimburse the cost. I was told "no". I tried to resolve the issue reasonably before I turned to this place. I was given a Reference Number: [protected], not that it helped. I requested I left s few messages and did not receive a call back. I did speak with a couple of ladies and outcome is described above. Not exactly satisfied as it does not resolve my issue with the luggage. It may not seem as a big issue to some, but I do like to keep what I own it good shape . I would have like to speak with Ms. Mangano, but of course that was not available to me either. Refund for the duffel bag; to my Credit card or a check or replacement to the country I reside. Ordered a blender on October 15 for $250. But I never got my blender and their tracking system showed no update. Contacted the HSN and they told that my item is already shipped out. I was told it will arrive on November 3. I waited and waited, but the same happened. I called them again and was told that item will be delivered on November 25. Another excuse. Well, it already December and I don't know where my blender is. I contacted them the third time and was told they guarantee a refund. After that they stopped answering my calls and messages. Until I pushed I wasn't allowed to talk to a manager. He told that maybe they will give a refund, but they still need some time to discuss it. Well, I understand the meaning of that statement. They don't want to give my money back, but I'm ready to take strong actions. This is not the end!
my order still has not arrived
I purchased a very expensive Bose sound system from HSN and paid extra for expedited shipping as it was a present. The order confirmation indicated I would receive the unit in 3 days. After 5 days had passed I contacted HSN about the order and was told it had not even shipped, and I was not allowed to cancel the order! It is now ELEVEN days after my order and it still has not arrived. HSN is not a reputable organization and I will never do business with them again.

This is monica brooks i called hsn on yesterday and the night before concerning this issue. My hp all in one pavillon i purchased from a show that aired on 9/20/2015 on hsn and the facetime feature and hp support are not available to me. I have been unable to access this feature without any help the the vtech support i also purchased, the hp support or hsn's ability to resolve this with hp. I have been shuffled back and forth from one transfer by hp to another on this feature that was clearly advertised as a part of this bundle package with this pc. I also was told that i need to purchase more tech support by hp for this feature. I took this instructional home and it did not work on my pc the directions are clear but the options are not on my pc. I called hp last night and was transferred 8 times and then told i would have to purchase a higher level of tech support from smart friend. I did not purchase it since i purchased the bundle through hsn. I think this issue should be escalated and hsn should be contacting hp on my behalf at this point. I have a case number with them but i don't have access to it right now but they can use my telephone number to pull up the case, [protected]. I really want to hear from hsn at this point so i can decide if i will send the pc back, exchange or they will work with hp to get this resolved. Thanks monica

In March I purchased a 3pc set of Joy Mangano luggage from HSN. My purchased was made for an upcoming trip in June. I used the luggage once and the handle ripped from the duffle bag. I called HSN and they sent me to a "warranty" company, of which HSN owns and Joy is the president of...kind of fishy. The warranty company sends a label return the label, but I am NOT issued a refund, I am issued a HSN credit that I only have 30 days to use! After reading the reviews over 200 people complained of this same issue. Joy Mangano should be ashamed to have her name associated with such poor quality luggage. To STEAL money from hard working people, you sold defective product, YOU JOY WERE PAID. I on the other hand have no usable luggage on no money! DO THE RIGHT THING AND GIVE ME BACK MY MONEY! I bought your product in good faith, faith that you made a quality product, that faith has been shattered.

Farris nuts & berries, $49.95 for three 1lb containers. Advertised as large nuts, not the ones I received! Not happy with purchase, tried to return, was told not refundable. There is no mention of this product not being returnable. I am out monies while hsn keeps their piece of the pie. This is a scam by hsn and farris. Sick of false ads.

All adults are blocked at our home address, when only my account was closed.
To say that I have ordered thousands and thousands of dollars worth of merchandise from hsn is an accurate statment!
I have never purchased any item over $79.00, ex a ring $79, 00 and didn't like it but returned it within! A week. Yes I have returned jewelry for size purposes.
Mind you I am not kidding I have purchased maybe $10000.00 worth of merchandise. My whole home is hsn stuff that I love. I used to tell everyone about hsn!
But
They suddenly blocked my account with no warning, no letter of warning, and all my accounts were completely paid because I used a credit card.
I have written about 5 long letters. I have called and spoken with a few supervisors. I sent certified mail two times to the corporate office. I have called the corporate office.
They say I returned too many items and that is why they closed my account. The one supervisor said to me I am lookng at your account and you do not return too many items. I agreed! I normally bought 2 or 3 of an item and kept at least 2, sometimes returned one for size with all its tags attached and in the original packaging with all the inserts.
Over 75 percent of time I returned items unopened! In saleable condition.
They canceled my account
They blocked my address.
My two grown daughters who live with me have their accounts closed because we share the same address!
They have not been able to purchase any of their items that they love for make up, acne products, jewelry and they are none to happy.
So now 3 unhappy customers are telling everyone not to order from hsn for how they treat their customers instead of having 3 happy customers.
I used to use ebates.com to place my order and save an additional 3 -4 %. I sometimes wonder if I got kicked out because of that, because I was a faithful customer for years!~! 3 of my computers are from them, etc!

Some of my most favorite things that I own came from hsn.
I told everyone I was a walking billboard for them,
Until they closed my account to my shock and amazement with no warning
And blocked my entire address and other family members accounts.
Now I cant tell enough people don't believe them when they say you can return something!
And know they will lie and say your account was canceled for returning when you know you didn't do what they claimed and had their supervisor to tell me also.
this happen to me too. they said my friend who owes HSN $285.00 claimed to lived me but she lived across town HSN blocked my account and when I called in the customer services keep telling me I am able to order, my account is cleared and charge me for the item when I check on my item keep telling me my items are processing or cancelled.

Hsn made very large claims as well as kept extending the warranty to 75 years if I remember right. Cookware you could pass down to your children they told us! What a pack of lies by hsn. Mine did not last 6 months before the non-stick finish failed. I did get one pan replaced before hsn stopped selling and ultrex closed their doors. What was the deal here hsn? You owe your customers replacement sets of another design.

Just bought LG 840 phone, I've tried to get my 1500 promotional minutes added to phone, but to no avail. I've had my phone for a week now and no service and no one to complain to. All avenues to resolving this issue are closed.

Signed up for Account Assure benefits in the event I lost my job. Paid for over a year for the benefit at $30 per month. When I was laid off they made one "courtesy payment" and then couldn't get them to do anything else - all the while they were still charging my card $30 per month. Called the number and was told the "benefits department" didn't have a number to call - the so called customer service rep. told me they would "try" to call me back in 5-7 days.
Account Assure is a SHAM ! Save your premiums and put in a savings account - you will be FAR FAR better off !

i ordered vitamins in june 2010 it was on auto ship and i was never told of that. when i seen the charge on my credit card months several months later i called they removed item and credit my account, then again i seen the same charge on my credit again months later and i called and was told that i had auutoship. and i cancelled that and had funds replaced in my account and now two years later and months of cancelling and talking to hsn and fedex. i was assured the situation was resolved and now i get a letter stating that they sent the charge to collection. i am highly upset. i have been speaking to hsn and even fedex regarding how i cancelled the order and i moved and how i never received this prioduct. now i hav a collection for someone else who took this product from the last address i lived. i am not happy with this goin on my cred for i have done alll that was asked of me. my moving should of been more than enuf to see i was not there to recieve order. im will never do business with hsn again . order number [protected].

And because it was purchased through HSN credit card issued by the world financial capital bank they refused charge back for me and I had to pay the whole balance for the products I returned. World financial capital bank sucks and beware they will take the side of HSN only. I also provided the tracking number that I returned those items but still wfcb took HSN’s side. Beware customers using HSN.com and their credit cards.
I have recently applied for a capital one credit card and received a letter from you asking for a security payment of 29.00 i have gone to www.capitalone.co.uk/secured to make this payment and there is nothing on the page for me to do this, if you have to log in i have forgotten my username and password and now dont know what to do i have till the 10th february 2012 to do this, the piece of paper i wrote my details on was throw away can you plse advise me what to do or how to make this payment if possible asap thankyou
