Bell and Howell outside color changing lites, don't work
my complaint is more about there refund / replacement policy. I odered bell and howell disc color changing lites in Sept/2022, early November two of them don't work, I paid 60 dollars for them. I called customer service on Nov 9th to asked my options,there are not any after 2 months, they could at least give me a credit. so if something breaks or don't work after two months, they don't care, your stuck. at least walmart gives you 90 days. I just threw away 60 dollars, plus shipping and handling and taxes.

HSN balance VS Synchrony
During Nov or Dec 2021 I made a purchase using my HSN flex pay. I missed a payment and when I called to pay I asked was I paying the full balance and was told yes. I assumed that the agent was including all charges (remaining balance from purchase, late fees, etc). I didn't open anymore mail from HSN because I was told that I had paid. Then after I received a letter in a different envelope and opened it I learned that I had a balance that was 3 months late. When I called Synchony, it was then that I learned that they don't know what your balance is but only what HSN sent them for that month. Niwvmy credit is in horrible condition over less than $20.
Desired outcome: I think that the reporting of several months of delinquency should be removed due to misinformation and misrepresentation.
Flex pay billing
Twice now I have experienced overdue payment on my flex pays. They were not billed to SYNCB when they were due. I was told to speak to SYNCB and was
told my account was in good standing, call HSN! Charges were put through
manually and then an email came from HSN stating there had been an INTERNAL ERROR, sorry.
This time charges between July 28 and August 1,2, & so far 3. Had to be put through manually, MANY by me. I wanted to order something only to find out "here we go again". Once again, I called HSN and the remainder of charges were put through by a CS. I wanted to speak to the billing dept, but she said I have to call SYNCB. Quess what? My account is still in good standing, call HSN.
I am really P#$@%# now. Get your act together!

Samsung iphone
I purchased the Samsung I-Phone for an incredible price. Set up was somewhat difficult but, the phone for my beautiful wife was a Monstrous disaster. In fact, day 3 no and still on hold after 1.5 hours, as we speak. She wanted her # switched over, OK No problem. Turned out the commercial said![protected]@-# snap, no issues. Well, there are issues. If you want your old phone number, it has to be released by your former carrier. "NOT WHAT THE SHOW SAID WAS A SNAP!.
I told the nice women that We have NO TIES TO VERIZON, WE OWN THE PHONE! Hear me, we own the phone. Still need this release as if it was an "It's OK, and we approve" kind of deal. Not happy from something that cost so little, but it's the hype I have an issue with!
Having said that I did and still do give HSN HIGH ratings on ALL Their PRODUCTS! This one and am thoroughly PO'ed about. In the future, please beware the INCREDIBLE Pain in the [censored], just to carry over a freaking telephone #! WTF...
In case you have wondered, ... I am not very happy, especially as a longtime customer. Did not see this TECHNICAL B.S coming!

Order a Mojo phone, wanted to have my phone number transferred to this new phone. Customer Service man from across the ocean didn't know what he was doing and after one hour of him putting me on hold to talk to his boss for assistance, I finally had enough. I hung up and found my phone not working at all called back and found out all my 1500 free minutes for all three, text, phone, internet were deleted by this man and no phone number transferred. I had just received this phone the day before. When I called back to find out why my phone was not working I was told by a woman Customer Service from across the ocean I had to buy minutes, I said it came with 1500 minutes for all three, she said no, you have to buy them, I said no, they came with the phone, she said you used them all up, I said I just received the phone yesterday, what happened was Mr. Not Knowing what He was doing, deleted all my free minutes and they were transferring me everywhere and disconnecting me, as I was trying to get my minutes back, last straw was told NO YOU NEED TO BUY MINUTES. NEVER AGAIN. SENT THE PHONE BACK. ORDER A NOTHER PHONE AND COULDN'T RECEIVE OR MAKE CALLS, PHONE DEFECTIVE, sent that phone back also.
I purchased the Mo Jo trac phone beginning of 2023. I called three days after I received the tracfone to transfer my old tracfone phone number to this new tracfone. I called tracfone and got I a new employee, he didn't know what he was doing, kept putting me on hold, after a while I asked to speak to his manager. I got to speak to this manager and he told me that all my free 1,500 minutes for all three were gone, and I needed to buy minutes, I stated this is a brand new phone, he didn't want to hear anything kept repeating you have no minutes, I sent the phone back was no good and I was not buying minutes, when they have someone helping and not knowing what they are doing and this manager blamed me stating I used all the fee minutes. So a few weeks later I order a Samsung Galaxy tracfone, guess what you can't answer any phone calls. The phone rings and rings and when you press the phone icon nothing happens. I' m sending this back I am finished with tracfone, by the way, I called tracfone on the Samsung problem, he tried to help but said I am transfering you to my manager, he can help you with this problem, I said thank you, guess what, disconnected, they are notorious for that when they can't fix something they hang up on you. They were never like that, I have been buying tracfones for many years and had my long time phone number transfered to new tracfones and it worked, these past two years are awful, beware.
I also bought many phones from HSN but the past three years their customer service is atrocious, they do not know what they are doing, they can hardly speak English, can't understand what they are talking about. They have taken my last phone purchased in March and deleted my 1,500 minutes, 1,500 internet, 1,500 text as he was trying to keep my former phone number, when I went to use my phone the next day, only had it for 3 days, I couldn't do anything. I called their customer service and they said I need to purchase minutes, I said I just bought the phone and the guy I called yesterday to transfer over my phone number THE PERSON deleted everything that came free. The woman hung up on me trying to transfer me to a supervisor, I have had it with HSN, I needed a phone sent it back and received a new phone, same thing happened deleted my free minutes trying to do something, she told me I used them up overnight, NEVER AGAIN, WILL BUY FROM HSN FOR ANYTHING, I CAN WRITE A BOOK ON THE JUNK I HAD TO SEND BACK. DO NOT PURCHASE THE PHONES, CUSTOMER SERVICE IS HORRIBLE.
Flex Pay
HSN advertises Flex-Pay as credit card payments with no interest. If you purchase the HSN item with a HSN credit card, it advertises and additional month of Flex-Pay. But, it's all a SCAM. The HSN credit card DOES charge interest. When I questioned it, "Julian, employee number 127190" a Customer service representative said that Syncrony, the HSN credit card charges interest even if you purchase the item on Flex-Pay. He said it has always been that way, for the past 10 years. He said you can only avoid the interest if you pay the item in FULL at the first payment.
Desired outcome: Refund of interest paid from inception to date for Flex-Pay purchases.

HP Laptop
HSN Does not deserve any star. They are a bunch of liars. All they do is taking customer's money. I bought an HP Laptop 17-CA1009DS from HSN for $705.24, on 09-28-2020, now I cannot connect my laptop to my WIFI unless I am standing right next to the router. When I call them, all they told me was, we can't help you. You are out of warranty. I went on a called HP they told me I have to pay $300.00 to fix the connection problem. I will never buy anything from HSN or HP again. I will make sure no one in my family or anyone I know, buys anything from HSN or HP.
BS. How are you going to force me to give you a star that you don't deserve.

I had a coupon code that was from capital one. It was for 20$ off. It took the 20$ off when I used the code (I have a screen shot of that) however when I went to check out it did not apply the coupon. I spoke to 3 different people and each one gave me a different answer. One answer was that capital one will take it off of their card. Well that will be all well and good however I paid with the HSN card and not a capital one card! I don't think you people really know what to do about it.
Desired outcome: I want the 20$ taken off and my monthly payments to be 18$ instead of 21$!

Received this cardigan in the mail 1 month after ordering. It is very poorly made and the material looks like soft paper!
I immediately packed it back into the packaging it came in and emailed the company that I wanted to send it back with a full refund.
After multiple emails I still don't have their full address and keep getting statements like "give it to a friend or family because it is too expensive to send back." This item probably cost pennies to make and then passed on the cost of shipping - free shipping - I don't think so!
Don't EVER buy from this company - I will never buy again from them. Their return policy is vague and never mentions they don't take returns!
I have contacted my bank and the Federal Trade Commission to files complaints.

tHE ISSUE is resolved. I want others to know about HSN and its falsely advertised refund policy. They state when you return an item, and it is received, it is immediately refunded back to your point of purchase, if you decided you want a refund. Of course, if it's going to a bank account, you have to wait for your bank to credit your account.
Well, they received the item I send back and it sat there doing nothing from Tuesday to Friday. That's NOT IMMEDIATE BY ANY MEANS. In fact, it wasn't done when I called, the representative did it manually. Do not trust HSN to keep their own policies. They want their money on time, I want my refunds on time.
Trexonic Portable Televisions
HSN is promoting false information or not disclosing certain information in regards to the Trexonic Televisions. The problem is not the television, the problem is that HSN is giving false information. HSN claims that this TV can locate hundreds of channels and you can take it anywhere. Customers that have purchased this item have reviewed that they do not get channels because HSN misled them with false information. The truth is that these televisions have a very limited range with their antennas. They only reach 10-15 miles barely. They need to disclose this information in their promotion that not every location in the US will get a lot of channels. Some people that live in the countryside will not receive any channels. It is not the product's fault but it is HSN spreading false information that the manufacturer does not claim.

I have been a great hen consumer, in fact, I have gotten 13 friends to join hsn, and never tried to get the $50 credit on any. I have never been late and always paid more than minimum, now right before che, they reduced my credit, I only found this out while my family was here and I tried to order a christmas present for my niece, so embarrasiing¡! I never received any info regarding reduction. Now my credit score went down over 26 points and it took me from good to fair and totally screwed my utilization on report from 50% to 99%, I worked hard to get increases... If this is not restoed, all of my christmas gifts are being sent back, and 6 of my 13 friends, thus far, have agreed to do the same. So incredibly disappointed

Ultrex cookware
Purchased many peices of Ultrex cookware with lifetime guarantee from HSN. Non stick coating peeling and chipping off. HSN says Innova company liquidated wonder why?/? HSN will not honor the guarantee although their hosts said many times the product was guaranteed for life. I guess we cannot believe the hosts when they say a product is guaranteed for life. Susan T. from HSN told me they will not honor this guarantee. Does not say much for honesty of this company. I used to buy alot from them but wont anymore.

Shipping delays & communication regarding delays
I placed 2 orders on September 9, with estimated delivery September 19. I received a phone message around September 15 (?) that delivery would be September 22. Nope - no delivery, yet. I contacted HSN through your "chat" service 3 times. It's my understanding that the orders have even shipped yet! Why the delay? Why no communication from HSN? I'm extremely disappointed!
Very cheap no quality designers on hsn and no quality petites
I shop QVC and Chaco Canyon on HSN. QVC owns 30% of HSN and has brought over only the decent merchandise of HSN to the Q but the Q has beautiful clothing high quality and petites in all the best quality clothing.
hsn sells cheap very cheap ugly clothing that doesn't come in petites but I don't care because it is so low quality I would not purchase it any way.
qvc is like shopping high end and hsn is like shopping a dollar store that is defective merchandise that should be sold for.50 cents. night and day. I am hoping qvc purchases all of hsn so quality can be distrubted through out both networks.

I have a Triple Minutes Contract with TracFone. They are now refusing to allow Text and Data service to me. I have tried to resolve this with TracFone (impossible) - they advise me I have to purchase another contract to get Text/Data. Not what I signed up for. I have had these phones for many years and never had to go thru this. I filed a complaint on the phone with HSN but never got any resolution, no contact about this.

I had the free minutes deleted twice on a new trac phone that was delivered the day before. I called their customer service rep who tried to bring over my phone number from another trac phone and all of sudden I was told I had no minutes left on my phone, I said I just received it yesterday and never used it the man was trying to bring over my phone number from another trac phone and then was told repeatedly I needed to buy minutes, I said I just received this new phone, they kept repeating you need to purchase minutes. Never again.
Customer service
My first complaint is about customer service. I placed an order on 7/2/21 for a Tablet and was told I would receive it in 3-7 days. Today, 5 days later, I checked and it is still in packaging (it has been in packaging since 7/4/21). I called customer service and a very nasty woman(I'm afraid I did not get her name) told me it was in packaging and I will get it by the 14th. When I said that it was considerable longer than 7 days she said if I don't receive it by the 14th to call back. Besides the delay ( this is a gift for my granddaughter) her attitude was terrible to say the least.
My second complaint is the last two returns I have made I have has to call to get the refund. I returned a pair of shoes on 6/15/21 which according to the tracking order was received by your agent on 6/20. Since on Order History it was still listed as delivered I called on 7/1/21 and spoke to an agent who checked and issued the refund. This is the second time I 've had to call about returns, but at least the lady that time was nice.
I am 72 years old and this is the first customer service complaint I have ever made. The woman I spoke to today was just totally disinterested and definitely shold not be in customer service.

I'm still confused why when I ordered a HP laptop on 5 flex pay I get a confirmation then the next day they canceled my order twice. I called Customer Service and was told to call Security, I called them thinking that it had something to do with my recent move the earlier that month. I gave them all my current information which I am still using the same card and had updated my information with them. I was told by security that everything should be fine and I could go ahead and reorder. Which was canceled again. I had wanted this HP laptop because it was on the 5 flex pay which Is how I buy things that are a little pricey for me since I'm disabled and a senior and have limited funds this way I can get the things that I want. I have by doing this for a few years now and brag on HSN to all my friends and neighbors that it's the way to go for all of us on limited income.
I have bought Wolfgang Puck Stainless Cooking Set $250; WP Pasta Pot; WP Steak Knife Sets $70 Hoover Carpet Cleaner $170; Ninja Blender; Ceramic Knife set; Bissell Air Ram Cordless Vacuum Cleaner $250 ; Fleur de lis Dish Set $250 just an example of my purchases on flex pay so why now when I moved the movers stole/ misplaced my laptop and several other items so once again I turned to HSN to buy a laptop and had my order canceled twice and no one can give me an answer except for that I can reorder it. For one, it is no longer on the 5 flex pay and secondly after placing the order twice now my $ is pending on my bank account and wouldn't be able to place my order. It just really irritates me because I don't spend my money lightly and had spent hours making a decision and was really excited once I had made my decision and ordered. I had anticipated it arriving on my Birthday to get an email the next day saying order canceled with no explanation. I just don't understand. Hopefully someone can give me an answer why? Same experience as a first-time customer. Saw the HP laptop with free printer advertised for President's Day sale on 02/21/2022. Applied for and was approved for an HSN card. Received order confirmation. Three days later received email stating my order had been cancelled. I called customer service and was told I had to speak with the verification department (which is their fraud dept). Their dept. said I didn't respond to an email the verification dept. sent me. So, they cancelled my order three days later. I was already approved, and my new order was approved. Doesn't make sense. Sounds like an error by HSN and they have lost my business.

YOur website has big ISSUES...said 6 times it could not save my information (entering address etc) then finally it did, then it would not apply their advertised 20% off first order, then it did and then it said my credit card would ot go thru and my credit card is in EXCELLENT standing and I have a fica score of over 800 so that is nonsense! This site stinks. A rep called I was not home said to call to take the order, the rep I called was clueless, the Chat rep said she could not take an order, so nuts on them no way am I doing this again. TERRIBLE customer service...THE WORST!
