Perfect customer service. H.T.M. Contractors was so gracious as we had to change our delivery and pickup dates a few times. We rented 3 dumpsters over a 3 week period! The delivery and pickup guys were always courteous and professional. So refreshing to work with people who care. We have recommend H.T.M. Contractors to others. Five stars.
We rented a dumpster from this company
We rented a dumpster from this company. When they delivered it they destroyed our rock mailbox. We tried to find a fair solution with them, but they have utterly failed to take any responsibility. They are pointing to a part of the contract that they did not point out to us that they feel relieves them of any responsibility for any damage that they do to the property. They charged us full price for the dumpster and refuse to pay for any damages. Be very careful if you work with this company.
