Rebooking with extra charges due to airline cancelled flight
Last January 2021, I booked 4 air tickets for November 2021 from Cebu to Canada (via Tokyo) thru Hutchgo: Cebu to Tokyo (Philippine Airlines) and Tokyo to Toronto (Air Canada).
I received email last week that Tokyo to Toronto flight was cancelled by Air Canada. Emailed Hutchgo to provide us an alternative route since it was the airline who cancelled the flight. I suggested we take Cebu to Canada (via Korea) since there are no other direct routes available. Hutchgo is charging Hk420 per ticket for the price difference and taxes.
Rebook my cancelled flight due to ECQ
I want to rebook or refund my cancelled flight due ECQ ni manila because of this pandemic but the service fee is to high it cost HKD450 this amount is more expensive that my original flight amount. .very disappointing travel agency
Refund for Flight Ticket
I booked a ticket on Hutchgo to travel on Oman Air Business Class KUL LHR return in March 2020. Due to the pandemic I cancelled my travel plans. I was informed that I would get a partial refund of USD1510.66. Refund was promised to be credited between 3-6 months. It is now 1 year 3 months and I still have not obtained my refund and Hutchgo is no longer responding to my emails.

I'm lead by Skyscanner to this site for booking, but when the payment is already processed, the site displayed error but still deduct the amount from my bank.

airlines details amendment needed
I had raised inquiry to amend my details within ticket but there is no reply to any of my 7 emails. I have never seen such a customer service where they charge hefty amount and even when you agree to pay, they will not give damn about the customer. They also overcharged me for conversion charges once i paid (my paying currency was myr and they accepeted hkd which let me charge heavy conversion charges).

I tried to checked my Flight details to airasia website. But unfortunately when I tried to input all the details including my name my departure And PNR or booking Number. It always says invalid. I dont know what to do So I email the hutchgo but didnt reply . PLEASE REPLY TO ME ASAP.
I accidentally closed the tap after the payment has been submitted. I can no longer go back to the tab where I should finish the booking. My bank already confirmed that the payment did go through. This has happened yesterday July 13,2023 around 6pm-7pm.
I paid my ticket but i did not recieve any confirmation, my father died and i need to go to him ASAP, they did not give me my e ticket.
Update:🖍️ They reply on my email, they said they will refund me and still waiting for 2 days now. I will update here soon if I already got my refund.
