Missing products
I purchased two HyperPack Pro backpacks from Hyper in December of 2022 via an Indiegogo campaign. The campaign was successful and Hyper shipped products out to backers, however, I never received either of mine.
I have been contacting Hyper for two months now, but they still haven't sent our replacements. Basically, they've stolen $514 from me and refuse to provide any solution.
I recommend people avoid purchasing anything from Hyper.
Desired outcome: At this point, I just want a refund. I'll never buy anything from Hyper again.

I have ordered a ring set of 489+35 delivery. I want size 17 in female category. Silver ring is 17 but the golden ring is bigger than 17 and i m unhappy with this order.
