i have called Hyundai Finance 800 523
and they continue to hang up on me and Progessive Insurance.
i have tried contacting them at least 20x this past week and each time when i do reach an agent/representative they hang up...this is total BS Service and there is no other number to escalate the complaint to.
i am dealing with 2 major issues yet Hyundai Finance is so incompetent and the CEO/CFO need to listen or observe there service they are putting out:
Issue 1:
- ACCOUNT NOS - [protected]
- 2021 SANTA FE
- Vehicle traded in on November 18
- all i am trying to find out is has Columbia Automotive/Acura in Cincinnati Ohio paid/purchased the vehicle. i am being told by the dealer this should now be out of my name - Timothy Ichinose. I need proof!
Issue 2;
- ACCOUNT NOS - [protected]
- 2023 TUCSON
- My wife's (Theresa Ichinose) vehicle was in a serious accident and Progressive Insurance has been trying to speak to someone at Hyundai Finance to settle this account. But they called me since Hyundai Finance keeps hanging up on them too...
