I paid for a £0.99 day pass, thinking it was a one-off on 25/07/24. Then, on the 26th, they tried to charge me £49.99, and thankfully there wasn't enough in my account to proceed with payment. I went to settings to deactivate the subscription, and it said it was valid until 28/07/24...no idea why? Then I rang them to cancel and the Indian woman on the other end didn't understand a word I was saying and then proceeded to try and get me to transfer a trial until 04/08/24, and I refused, and she said that she would keep the trial on iamnaughty.com and I just have to ring back before 04/08/24 to cancel because they would 'love my feedback'. I got into an argument with her but she didn't understand and was reading off a script and was asking someone in the back what to say. I said I don't want a free trial at all and will be suing if she goes through with this. She then said 'Okay since you don't want it at all I'll cancel your subscription and you'll receive a confirmation email'. An email came, but I was suspicious so I emailed customer support to make sure everything was kosher. They kept sending me ticket IDs and never responded. I got fed up. I wanted to deleted my account but was worried if I did this I wouldn't be able to get back in if they started charging. My account kept showing as 'Full Member' rather than Free, which was concerning. Today, on 28/07/24, they tried to charge me £49.99, and again, thankfully, there wasn't enough in my account. I ran straight to m emails, but they didn't reply. I tried to ring, but the AI picked up and then hung up. I checked my account now said Free Member and was confused. They won't respond at all. I'm so worried. Update: whilst typing this, they emailed me to say my profile has been removed?
Desired outcome: I've frozen my card and told the bank to send a new one - will they still be able to charge me?

It's stressful when you're hit with unexpected charges, especially after thinking you'd only signed up for a day pass. Dealing with customer service that doesn't understand your concerns and just reads off a script only adds to the frustration. It's understandable to be worried about unauthorized charges, especially when communication from their end is so poor.
Thankfully, it seems your profile has now been removed, which is a relief. However, keep an eye on your bank account and continue to monitor for any further attempts to charge you. Stay vigilant and don't hesitate to take further action if needed. Hang in there, and hopefully, this ordeal is finally over for you.
