I ordered Yugioh single from which came through this website, IDeal808.com. It took over a week to get my order, after I paid for expedited shipping, and then I had missing cards! I have tried contacting IDeal808.com and TCGplayer about this and I have yet to get anything back. I am furious and I warn everyone to stay AWAY from this online store. They will rip you off!

Any issues with refunds, deliveries, etc. are handled immediately and most certainly in a professional manner. Our Feedback ratings on eBay, TCGPlayer, Amazon and within our very own site feedback system displays PUBLICLY ratings over 99% satisfaction. Our office phone number, customer service email, and store address are widely advertised throughout the site and on the Internet so there should be no means by which you could not contact us for support.
TCGPlayer is 3rd party selling site, if you contacted us through them and you did not get a response you may want to take the issue up with TCGPlayer. Thank you - Ideal808.com
