IHookUp.com This racket is absolutely criminal

Complete scam. This racket is absolutely criminal. Its technique is to lure clients in on the notion they will meet interested other parties.

Apparently their terms of service explicitly say that they reserve the right to use decoys/bots to gin up interest.

AVOID THIS SITE AT ALL COSTS. THEY ARE COMPLETELY EVIL.

Regrettably, most "dating" sites that sell you on the notion that there are women out there just waiting to have sex with married men do not deliver. After spending HUNDREDS of dollars on AshleyMadison.com, I have come to the conclusion that they must be using paid decoys. AshleyMadison.com charges on a per message basis. This adds up very quickly.
At least the other sites have a low monthly fee and do not charge per message.

IHookUp.com This site is totally a scam

This site is totally a scam with replies to messages that have nothing to do with what your message said.

First and foemost ihookup is NOT a 'dating' site. It's a hookup site, or a 'casual' dating site, or as I like to refer to it - it's a sex site. Read their ads, it's all about friends with benifits-no strings-romp in the hay type relationships. If you're expecting something more than that join Match.com or eharmony. That said, I've joined several hookup / sex sites over the years and over time have learned to spot the scammers very easily.
Tip #1: The first thing that tips me off are the profile pics. If the majority of profile pics on the site are headshots that show the person's face, then that site is loaded with fake profiles. The legitamate site that I'm currently with (adultfriendfinder) is comprised of mostly body shots - Some tasteful, some not. In other words, most people who join these sites looking to either cheat, swing, or just have some nsa fun aren't willing to put our mugs out there for all to see. Even those of us like myself who are single aren't willing to post our faces because even though we are unattached, we still have family, friends, coworkers, and others who don't care to find out about our most personal sexual exploits. So if the hookup site in question is full of recognizable face pics, it's bull.
Tip #2: This tip applies mainly to guys. The ratio of men to women on these sites is ridiculously high. And WOMEN ALMOST NEVER CONTACT MEN. Even on a sex site. I'm a good looking guy who's in shape, and I never get contacted. So if you join one of these sites and instantly start getting Messages from different women saying they want to meet you, it's complete bull. This happened to me a couple of times before I even uploaded a photo of myself. The good looking ones are inindated with emails every day so they don't need to initiate contact and they don't.
Tip #3: If he or she looks too good to be true, he or she probably is. If they're a perfect 10, it's a fake profile. Most of us have 'flaws' for lack of a better term, especially as we get older. And any pic of a supermodel worthy member in a perfectly lit professional looking photograph is probably something the scammer pulled off the internet. And most of these scammers by the way want you to watch their webcam or send you a link for some kind of porn site - all for a fee. Or send money to help them or their family out or some type of hardship, with the promise of meeting up soon for fantastic blow your mind sex. Don't fall for it.
Tip #4: Read what their profile. That is of course, if they write anything at all. The general rule is, the more they write about themselves, the more likely they're real. If it's a short one sentence generic line something like "Hi Im Jenny and I l can f*** and s*** all night long! - it's probably bull. Most real women on aff will write in detail what they're looking for, and a lot of the time write even more about what they don't want. Remember, too good to be true probably isn't.
Hope this helps someone.

i hook up is a scam site, upon joining gold membership the woman are all asking if you want to meet up in person once they have you thinking that they are going to meet you they say they need you to become a verified member by using your credit card to submit for the verification, stating it is used to prove your age and that your not some child molester or some crazy nut. Not only that i was told that if i did not submit to this verification that i would be charged a penalty fee fining me up to $200.00 if i did not get this verification process .It was the site administrator who was telling me this and just about any of the girls i spoke to, they would start by getting me interested in meeting them then refer me to the verification process. I received a email from the site with a red alert saying i had only a limited time before i would be banned from the site without getting a refund, that message had a timer counting down the minutes left that i had along with a red flashing light. I just ignored it and hoped it was not true, after it ran out of time i was still able to get on the site but i did not have messages from any of the ladies who were not the site workers indicate with the orange letters s.h. .the few messages i did get from the girls who were not site workers were usually deleted by the time i would try to respond .the only constant email i received were from the site workers with stupid messages sent . the site has a ignore button but it does not ignore the site workers . avoid this site at all cost !

The site is owned by a company based in Malta, a small island between Italy and Africa. The site is set up very poorly and cheaply and is full of fakes, scammers and bots.

As a percentage I would guess 95% of the profiles are fake. They encourage you to become a paid 'gold' member so that you get benefits like 'priority' viewing of other 'gold' members. The problem is there is no icon on any profiles that says you are a regular(non-paid)member or a paid member so you can't tell a regular member apart from a paid member. The only priority you get from being a paid member is from the site sending you fake messages and flirts from bots.

You waste your time sending messages to fake profiles that can't and won't read or respond to the messages you sent. They claim gold members get message storage for 1 year but they start deleting your messages after about a month. It takes about 6-10 weeks for the site to cycle through all of their fake profiles. Your mailbox and flirts will be very busy at first until they run out of fake profiles, after they cycle through all of their fakes, your account activity drops to nearly zero except for a few scammers from Africa contacting you.

They also claim gold members get 24 hour customer support but if you complain to them about the site, you don't hear back from them at all. Once you've paid your money to join you can't get it back. They list a no refund policy in their terms and conditions and you have to agree to the terms and conditions to join. iHookup collects your profile info and pics and uses it to create fake profiles to be used on other scam sites.

Any profile info or pics you post becomes their property to do with as they please as listed in the terms and conditions you must agree to to join.

Use this login > http://www.ihookup.com/profile/emptysomething > pass = [protected]. The person is fake, the account is fake. The picture is an old man. 20 year old women from the other end of the nation are "asking for invites"... But you have to pay 100 + to contact them. The images are from Russian club sites and dating sites. The images are searched through Tiny Eye reverse image search. These are just "club" girls and social site profile pics this site has stolen, without permission and used them to create fake girls. There are hundreds of fake girls. All seem to want to date 40 year old men. This is simply not possible. This site is a total scam. Do not pay them money. This is fraud of the highest level.

Hey Guys, I have been on these sites for sometime now. And this is what I"ve come up with. The main culprit is Cupid.com ! And their little brothers and sisters are xxxblackbook.com, wildbuddies.com, justhookup.comihookup.com, ijusthookup.com, benaughty.com, girldateforfree.com, just hookup.com, and click and flirt.com.! With little babys...eroticadds.com, cheekylovers.com, silvercupid.com, loveagain.com, AnastashiaDate.com, ahsley madison.com...I could go on but thats enough ! All these sites have people from a different country working for them. If you listen to what your reading in your head, it doesnt sound like any American or writting American talking ! How many times have you heard this... I love for you to se me much better or do u want watch me on cam ! . Its from asians . I love u long time ? Give me a Fuc@#$kin break ! Guys, Dont Do It !If you want to spend money go on Match, com or Eharmony.com...There deffinitly REAL ! Hope this helps...Tommy...Now go get ur dick Sucked !

Paid for the Ihookup.com site and like everyone says a bunch a phone emails and flirts from fake people. None of the messages were answered pertaining to the subject and nobody had a personality or character so it really looks like they have people working for them and just running artificial profiles to suck your money out of you. STAY AWAY FROM THIS IHOOKUP.COM SITE!

I was on POF and didn't get nearly as many flirts, messages or requests to view my private photos as I got within three days on iHookup. Since I only signed up for the free membership and didn't pay until I saw what I was getting, I have no losses. I am also glad I used a new gmail address that I don't care if it fills up with spam. Google EVERYTHING before signing up, IMHO.
