so, this happened a year or so back. i was banned due to a supposed misrepresentation of age and im assuming its due to a comment ive made (in a number of occasions) in a chatroom in response to someone exclaiming im 12 turning 11, to which i immediately stated i was joking and revealed my true age. Alas, i got permanently banned. of course i disputed the claim to which i just got non stop pre made responses from the imvu support team about nothing can be done etc. i stated to them that i am of age and at the time on that account i had AP badge to which you have to send some form of ID proving you are of age to even obtain the badge. i was also offering extended proof stating i will send them my ID again, bank statements the lot (as i spent quite a considerable amount on that account) proving that i am of age etc. then i was hit with the response that nothing can be done due to the country i was living in which makes no sense. i still have all the chatlogs with the support team saved which proves everything. This is completely unfair considering their game is promoted on a global scale but if your not from the US they are unable to help you even though you are a paying customer?. i then wished to speak to someone higher i.e a manager or something to which i was told that a support officer will be in contact and alas, i was not contacted and each time i would ask it went back to pre made bot responses. i suggest staying away from this app its nothing more then a business prioritizing making as much money from its customers and provide no support whatsoever regardless if your a paying customer or not is absolutely appalling.
Desired outcome: i would like to have my account reinstated as its truly a joke if you ask me that they are unable to review my government issued ID/documents based on the fact that i reside in the UK
