This website is 101% unsafe. I used to play all the time, I got really addicted, and I was V. I. P, I had recently bought the 12 month pckage for ?50! Which is like $75 (i think) and I was just playing one day when it came up 'Smallworlds has loaded in another view'. So, I reloaded and there was someone on my account. I changed my password but they didn't log off. They took all of my things, including gold, items, places, tokens of course, which all together I have paid around... ?250 for and i THINK that is around $375. So I was heartbroken because I had so many friends on this game and I was really addicted and then in 10 minutes everything was gone. So, then I logged off and logged back on in 3 days after because I was bored, and it said ' this account is banned'. I checked my email and it said I was banned for 'phishing', and guess what? This exact same thing happened to my brother around 1 year before me. I ignored it when it happened to him because I was so addicted but of course I wish I had been cautious. And also, 2 years before I was hacked and banned aka scammed, I had purchased a package and used paypal. Months later my mum realised chunks of money coming out of her account. Until one day, when ?5000 WAS TAKEN OUT HER ACCOUNT. She couldn't stand this and went to check with her bank, and her bank said the money was taken out from 'Smallworlds.com'. It may have been paypal because after that nothing like that happened with Smallworlds, but there is a good chance it was SmallWorlds, seeing how far they can go with scamming. So long story short, this website is very unsafe, DO NOT USE IT!
Being banned for no reason
My account Maddison dollin was recently hacked then I made my way into the account before brayden dwfu changed my password, one hour later or so i get banned i have an email that says they are investigating my account I wasted my time i worked so hard to get that account and they banned me pls unban my acccount i have 81 cl and level 128 i worked so hard on my levels and clothes and my wears Please on unban me i'm begging you i'm addicted to this account i don't wanna start my hard work over again i tried emailing i got replys back but they asked if i ever bought gold i replied no but they keep sending the same email and i never got a differnant one please unban me I'm begging all my hard work down the drain .
Outsmart company
Outsmart who runs the less than popular game SmallWorlds releases faulty products in which people like me pay real money for. It's the same as buying a car and having it not run correctly. Except in the real world, the company will fix the car. SmallWorlds has far too many bugs and errors in their game. Their numbers for a worldwide virtual game is drastically poor. I've played SmallWorlds since around 2010. I am extremely unhappy with their service. I can't even buy a product that works as they advertise. Most of the time they don't bother to fix their products as long as they get money. This is a scam. People pay real money for this crap. I am from the US and am about to file a complain at econsumer.gov

I was following my brother around, he has a few ban issues, A moderator followed us, I did nothing wrong, and he said "I'm banning your account" "Enjoy the ban". I did NOTHING WRONG. I find this unfair.

Banned for no reason
My son had an account on smallworlds.com. He was banned for no reason. He is 13 yrs old. I have a program on his computer that records everything he does. After reviewing it the moderator for the site banned him for nothing. I had paid about $100 on this account for him and now all that is lost because he can not even log on. This is outragous, you can not even contact the site, I have sent emails, they do not respond and there is no phone number. I wish someone could do something about this site. They are scamming kids after they spend alot of money on it.

SMALLWORLDS IS A SCAM SITE BEWARE! My account was recently locked and under investigation FOR NO REASON AT ALL! I emailed support and recieved a response after a week saying THE BAN could not be lifted? WTF ? I tried to sign in the account and it does not say BAN. It says locked.
