For 2 years we have enjoyed the services of Indeed and we always felt satisfied. There were occasionally some issues, but they always got solved. Last week, in a crucial time of the year for our organisation in which we urgently needed to recruit new staff-members, our account got blocked. We were in touch with customer care all week to solve the issue, at some point our account was activated for one hour, and then blocked again. The last couple of days customer care stopped replying to our emails with requests to help us solve this issue and phone calls to our contact person at customer care were not answered. As we could not find any other way to contact Indeed in order to move things forward, we hope that our review may help solve the issue and/or at least make the management of Indeed aware that the customer care service is not functioning properly and accounts are blocked without reason.

my company has been using indeed for 2 years and have created a dependence on them for hiring staff. last week I was blocked from my account directly after being charged 130$. I have called and spoken to multiple people and no one is able to answer why I have been block, now customer service has stopped answering my messages and every time I contact the support team they just send me to the posting guidelines. my company is very dependent on using indeed as it is the #1 way to hire in montreal putting us at a heavy disadvantage.
This is a typical Indeed tactic. They will assign their larger accounts a rep, but in reality, the rep is a glorified secretary, powerless to help if Indeed chooses to close your account. There is no presenting a valid case to indeed and their tactics seem very consistent with many other employer reviews. Time for a class-action lawsuit.
I have sign-up on indeed and my account was blocked after one hour of sign up. I talked to its support but they keep sending me guideline that how to post ads on indeed but they are not able to help me at any cost, I asked them to send me violation that. I did but they stopped answering me for now, I don't know what to do .

I have used indeed for long period of time but now its service is getting worst day by day. One of the Worst Service by Indeed. Very Much Disappointed all my accounts are getting blocked how come a single recruiter can pay you a huge Amount of Money and the Last if You Cant provide free posting then please take that statement out because there are lot more best Job Portals compared to you but you was giving best Free Job Positing and you are degrading yourself in that only now.
My acct was blocked and when i appealed it, it was denied. I gave TWO seperate items to prove the legitimacy of my business and was still denied without explanation OR a contact person/number/email or ANYTHING explaining next steps. I seems they just like to block businesses and just leave them hanging.
We are a new start-up. Put a job application on Indeed and the account was blocked without any particular reason. We have called and been given different reasons by the Indeed personnel contacted but the issue has not been resolved. They ask you to appeal, you send the appeal and still get blocked with no reason.
This is disgraceful. I will have to complain to Trading Standards Authority.
I have been using indeed, as a job seeker, for about 3 years. Today I decided to post a few positions I have open, at my current job. I logged in and followed all of the steps, I was then instructed to call in for "verification". I called into the number, and the person I was speaking with was very confusing. In the end he assured me he had everything he needed and my post would be up within a few hours. Well about 5 mins after that call ended I received and email saying my account was blocked. I would NEVER recommend anyone use this platform, if you have ANY other choice.
