Indeed.com Very Upset Job Seeker

I have used Indeed before and have trusted them without hesitation. For the last few months of job searching, almost every job that I have been offered is not what it seemed. They ask for money to be able to work there, and it is a monthly cost for quite a few of them. These are NOT JOBS! They are employment agencies advertising on Indeed, and Indeed does not care! I will not use them anymore, I would rather be broke then stupid.

Recommendation: Go Elsewhere

Indeed.com So many issues!

In the past I used free job postings on indeed, and that went fine. When we started using the pay per candidate method, that's when we had problems, and they make it almost impossible to reach them to get problems sorted out. The chat function is not working. I keep finding things that seem to be links but they don't link to anything -- like where it says "help" or "contact customer support". There is no phone number listed. They listed an email from within out own organization! Obviously minimal or no customer servicesaves them money, but I don't think I will use their services again.

We set a limit of 9 applications in our most recent search, but when we got to 7 that we were paying for, it showed numerous applicants that we would also be paying for if the 72 hour time period ran out, and it showed a total much higher than our limit. Since I can't reach them, I had to pause the listing and decline remaining applicants.

We are a department in a University, and for some reason they show us the listings of all other departments, even though we have our own account set up. This leads to problems because we could accidentally reject candidates from other searches.

The last time we did a search a few months ago, the cost was $9 per application. This time it was $18. Apparently that is because they based the price on demand for a certain kind of job. Unfortunately, they seem to be comparing our job to some much much higher paying jobs. We are a small university department seeking a marketing coordinator. In the corporate world, apparently there are similarly named jobs that pay a lot more -- so Indeed set the price based on those jobs it would seem, which is a rip-off in my opinion.

We also have had issues with old jobs accidentally getting re-posted. In one case, we have no idea how it happened, in the other, it happened because I started to re-post something, and then realized it was the wrong job, so I did not finish out answering the questions to set that up. But the site went ahead and posted it anyway, which I did not realize until the next day. There was no feedback function where it said this is about to go live. Terrible UX functionality.

Another issue is that we required a resume and a cover letter, but the system allowed submissions without the cover letter.

I could go on. Very frustrating company.

Recommendation: stay away from the paid options

Indeed.com The worst people to deal with!

They go out of their way to prevent you from ever being able to speak to anyone who might actually be able to help you, and there is no ability to escalate a problem to be able to address it. They have these "customer service representatives" who are working from home and they talk a great line about wanting to help, etc., but really are completely useless and unable to do anything more than offer the simplest of tutorials on using aspects of their website. Gee that's really helpful. I despise this website, and yet I'm stuck having to do business with them, which makes me hate them even more.

Recommendation: If your industry isn't dependent on using Indeed, then do NOT use them. There are alternatives that are good for some industries, just not child care.

Indeed.com Unprofessional Communication and Practices: My Experience with Indeed as an Employer

Honestly, I wouldn't recommend Indeed as your go-to platform for recruiting. I've been in the recruiting game for over 30 years, and I've never seen such unprofessional practices and communication from a company.

I've been using Indeed as an employer for years, and it's been my primary source for identifying candidates at my current company. We've been posting the same position on their platform for the past year, and out of nowhere, they shut down our ability to use their service. No warning, no explanation, just an email saying we violated one of their policies. Mind you, we spend anywhere from $2,500.00 to $3,000.00 a month on sponsored ads! We've been using the same ad for the entire time we've been on their platform, so why the sudden shutdown?

What followed was a nightmare. It took me two hours to find a number to call them, and once I did, the customer service agent couldn't provide any assistance. They gave me the email of my account representative, who took 24 hours to respond and tell me I had to submit an appeal. I had no idea what I was appealing, and no one could tell me why they shut us down in the first place. I spent day two speaking to customer service and emailing account managers, only to be told to submit the appeal form again. It was a mess, and it disrupted our whole recruiting department for three days.

I work for a billion-dollar distribution company with over 2600 employees, and Indeed's unprofessionalism has cost us money and delayed our recruiting efforts. The account managers are trying to get this escalated, but no one can tell me why it was shut off in the first place. It's frustrating, to say the least.

I understand rules need to be followed, but as a paying customer, I expect more professionalism from a company of this size. If there are specific problems with my account, address them with me. Let me know what my company is doing wrong and give me a chance to resolve the issues. Don't just block our business efforts with no explanation and expect us to read your policy.

I don't usually write reviews, but this experience has been so horrific that I had to share it with other managers and leaders. It's unfortunate for our team and job seekers to experience this type of delay due to Indeed's unprofessional communication.

Indeed.com Indeed.com: A Decent Platform for Job Seekers, but Needs Improvement

I gotta say, I use Indeed to look for work and it's free for me, so I ain't complaining too much. But let's be real, it could use some work. I like how simple the interface is, but it's hard to find what you need when you're looking for something specific.

First off, it's frustrating when you come across job posts with no contact email. How are you supposed to attach a PDF or custom cover letter when they don't provide any way to do so? And don't even get me started on the portfolio link for art/design. Sure, you can add it to your Indeed or custom resume, but there's no guarantee the employer will even check it out from there.

Another thing that grinds my gears is the external job links. It's misleading when you assume you're applying from Indeed, only to be redirected to another website where you have to make ANOTHER account just to apply for a job you might not even get. And then you're inputting all your personal info for nothing. Come on, Indeed, let us sort or unsort these external jobs somehow.

Lastly, recruiters need to chill with the multiple skills requirements. Nobody knows everything, and it's frustrating when they expect you to do more than one thing for the same job compensation. Like, if you're an IT, they expect you to know web development. If you're a graphic designer, they expect you to know video editing. It's ridiculous and makes it harder for people to find work.

Overall, Indeed.com is a decent platform for job seekers and employers, but it could use some improvements. I don't wanna sound too demanding since it's free, but I hope my suggestions help make the website better.

Update: 04/17/17

So Indeed contacted me and suggested an advanced search, but it wasn't very helpful. I ended up with one job result that wasn't even in my area. And to make matters worse, I've been using Indeed for five months and haven't gotten any replies from employers or recruiters. The only reply I did get was from a company that denied me, even though I met all their qualifications and requirements. It's discouraging and makes me feel like I'm wasting my time. I've had more luck on Craigslist, which is saying something. Overall, Indeed.com needs a lot of improvement when it comes to finding work.

Indeed.com Unfair Sales Tactics and Discrimination by Indeed.com: My Frustrating Experience

So, I had a bit of a frustrating experience with Indeed.com. They disabled my account on April 12th, 2016 at 9:44am. I had posted job listings in a few different states on April 11th and received a great response from candidates. A sales rep named Kelly left me a message on April 11th asking if I needed help with my search. I didn't return her call that day, and the next day my account was disabled.

After speaking with a rep named Liz, I found out that my account was disabled just to verify that it was a legitimate account. Liz told me that after I sent in the required verification documents, my account would be deactivated within 24 hours. I sent everything in within 5 minutes, and Liz responded that she would expedite the process for me. Unfortunately, that wasn't the case.

Later that day, my Ops Manager and I spoke to Kelly. I asked her about my disabled account, and she responded by saying "oh that's a different department, I don't have anything to do with that department. The reason for my call is to see if I can help you with your search and start a national account". I asked her some specific questions, but she never answered them directly. She just repeated the same pitch and stuttered terribly with her information. Kelly then brought her Sales Manager Andrew on the phone line who tried to sell us a sponsorship for $8500! When we refused over and over, Andrew then told us that our account would NOT be reactivated until we PAID!

We advised them that the FREE option was chosen and the FREE option got more responses than the pay per click did that we paid for on previous job postings since 2015. Kelly told us that doing it that way that we were wasting money and that's what she was there for was to maximize our search. I advised that I did not trust indeed as how would I know that the amount I was paying for sponsorships was still not enough money to get the views that I needed and that it should be a price structure that matched the number of views. Kelly stated unfortunately it doesn't show that on the consumer end and she apologized for it initially and stated consumers yell at her ALL the time about it.

Well, in the end, I too yelled at Kelly for telling me that I had a free trial period and it had ended? I told her I never signed up for a free trial period with indeed but I chose the option to keep my job posting free. We conferences Andrew back on the line and he endorsed Kelly. When asked for upper management and to file a complaint as this was definitely a poor sales tactic to a consumer and truly unfair to discriminate because my job postings (same ones as in 2015) got a huge response from candidates and indeed didn't receive any benefits from it...

They are clearly upset that I said NO to them "assisting" me and that I wanted to keep my account free as it was working just fine for my company. We recently sent 4 job offers to candidates that we found on indeed through our job posting back in March but since my count was disabled, I can't update it to show who we selected for the same job postings that was clearly not the problem. Indeed, you have my confidential business documents, my EIN documentation, my receipt for payment of my Annual Renewal with the Georgia Secretary of State.

I ask that you don't DISCRIMINATE against employers that choose the free options from the employers that chose the sponsorship option. My account should be deactivated immediately with the same place that it was in when the postings first begin. Thank you for your prompt attention to this matter and for the integrity of your company.

Indeed.com Beware of Scammers on Indeed.com: My Frustrating Experience

I recently had an experience on Indeed.com that left me feeling frustrated and disappointed. It seems that scammers are using the platform to try and take advantage of job seekers. I received an email from someone claiming to be an employer, but upon doing some research, I found that the same email had been sent to others with different names. This was a red flag for me, and I knew that I needed to be cautious.

The email itself was poorly written, with several misspelled words and grammatical errors. This was another warning sign that something was not quite right. The person claimed to be a widow with two children who needed help taking care of their home while they were away. They offered to pay me $20 an hour for six hours of work each day, Monday through Friday. They even went so far as to say that they would send me a cashier's check for the first week's payment before they left the country.

I responded to the email, thinking that it might be a legitimate job offer. However, I quickly realized that I was dealing with a scammer. They asked for my full name, mailing address, and phone number, which made me uncomfortable. I knew that I should not give out this information to someone I did not know.

I now feel frustrated with Indeed.com for allowing scammers to use their platform to take advantage of job seekers. It is important for job seekers to be cautious and to do their research before responding to any job offers that seem too good to be true. I hope that Indeed.com will take steps to prevent scammers from using their platform in the future.

Indeed.com Indeed.com: A Frustrating Experience for Job Seekers

I've been using Indeed.com for the past ten years to find work, but my experience has been nothing short of frustrating. I'm not the only one who feels this way, as many other job seekers have shared similar experiences on Indeed's review pages. Despite being qualified for various positions, I never hear back from anyone, regardless of when I apply or how many times I follow the online job gurus' advice to tailor my resume and cover letter to the job ad's keywords.

It's disheartening to see that the only job offers I've received in the past year during the pandemic were for minimum wage positions that no one else wanted. Despite having a master's and a doctorate in health sciences, I was only considered for positions as a nurse's aide or young child behavioral aide trainee. These positions were in states with rapidly spreading COVID-19 cases and at facilities where many employees had recently become sick. The interviewers were condescending and denigrating, as if offering me a life-threatening job was a favor.

I've tried limiting my search to jobs that require no experience or companies that are urgently hiring, but still, nothing. Recently, I completed an application that required me to count the words in each paragraph, change the font and color, and answer specific questions in a specific order. It felt like a humiliating circus act, but I did it anyway, only to never hear back from the company or Indeed.

Indeed seems to wash their hands of any responsibility for what happens to job seekers using their services, instead favoring the employers who pay to use their platform. This is unacceptable, especially during a time when an unprecedented number of people have lost their jobs due to the pandemic, while corporations and the super-wealthy have only gotten richer.

It's time for Indeed to take responsibility for their role in the job search process and to treat job seekers with the respect they deserve. The US Labor Movement has a long history of employers doing anything to make money, even if it means treating job seekers with contempt. Indeed's complicity in this is unforgivable.

In conclusion, Indeed is a statistical scam at best and possibly something far more malevolent. Job seekers deserve better, and it's time for Indeed to step up and make changes to their platform to ensure that job seekers are treated with the respect they deserve.

Indeed.com Indeed.com: Posting Fake Jobs and Lacking Customer Service - A Concerning Experience

I recently had a negative experience with Indeed.com and I wanted to share my thoughts. I applied for a job through their website and became concerned about the security of my personal information. After applying, I checked the company's website and found that the job I applied for did not exist. I believe that Indeed.com is posting fake jobs to bait and phish job seekers for their personal data. This is unacceptable and I believe it is equivalent to an internet crime.

My second issue with Indeed.com is their lack of customer service. They do not allow job seekers to speak with anyone at their listed phone number. When I called, I was instructed to leave a message that was never answered. I was able to reach a live person by pressing 2, but they were unable to provide me with any helpful information. They refused to give me the names of their legal department, IT security, or compliance department. This lack of transparency is concerning and makes me question the legitimacy of the company.

I have formally requested that Indeed.com delete all of my personal information and respond to my request. I want to ensure that my data is not being sold to other companies or subsidiaries. I believe that job seekers deserve better treatment and transparency from job search websites like Indeed.com.

Indeed.com Indeed's Questionable Business Practices: A Review

Indeed's business practices are a bit questionable, to say the least. Some may even consider them a scam, while others may see them as an elaborate scheme to make money from unsuspecting or uninformed users of their services. While they may not be doing anything illegal, they are certainly using some very questionable practices.

Their business concept is rather simple. Indeed generates and reposts job ads mostly from your local government employment offices. So when you post your ad on a free-of-charge government website, you will also start receiving a substantial number of applications from Indeed. Then you start thinking: Why don't I create an account on Indeed and post my job ads directly on their website? It looks simple and it's free. You may post one ad and maybe another. Everything is going well and the process looks simple and cost-effective to you. However, this is where their scheme kicks in.

First, you may receive a call from your local Indeed sales representative, wanting to make sure that things are going well and that you are getting the applicants you require. They will at this point do a soft sell, trying to convince you to start using their fee-based services by sponsoring your ads in order for your ads to appear on top of their lists. At this point, most employers think that they have a choice of sponsoring or not sponsoring their ads and that they can just continue posting ads for free. Think again. It will not happen. If you refuse to sponsor your ads, chances are, they will not allow you to post any future free ads on their website. Indeed will also take it a step further, they will blacklist you and stop reposting your ads from your local employment office as well as any other websites. It is a classic "bait and switch" scenario, although they configured it so that it does meet legal requirements of most countries.

Their legal terms of use state that Indeed or Partners may reject or remove any Job Ad, and Indeed may disable any Employers account, for any or no reason without notice. They also state in the legal terms of use how they will not post your job or cancel your posting for "this" or "that" reason. My impression is that, as long you pay them, they will post an ad even if you require someone to come to your house every Thursday and scratch your cat's belly.

Don't kid yourself. Indeed is not a charity. They are in this to make money. Either you will pay or you will not be allowed a free ride for a very long time.

So how do we stand up for our consumer rights? It's simple. Beat them at their own game. Deny them the income. Do not create an Indeed employer account. Do not post any job opening on their website unless you are willing to pay their fees. Post your job ad at your local no-fee government-sponsored employment website. Indeed will repost the same ad on their website. Free of charge. Indeed will continue reposting your job ads from those websites. For most businesses, there are no real advantages of posting on Indeed's website directly.

I learned all this the hard way. My company recently spent around $500 in a very short ad campaign with Indeed looking for 50 new employees across the continental USA. We had thousands of so-called "views", hundreds of useless applications, and ended up with only 4 semi-qualified employees. It was a complete waste of time and money.

After Indeed received our payment, and we stopped "sponsoring" the ad, our account was blocked and blacklisted.

Also, please read the reviews on this website. You will notice that most of the so-called positive reviews were very short one or two sentence reviews posted in clusters on the same day. I suspect that they were written by the same person or persons in order to offset the negative reviews. I am sure that people in charge of Indeed do not like what they are seeing on here.

From our side, we will spread our message as well as share our experience with Indeed with as many people as we can, by any means possible, including creating a dedicated website dedicated to the matter. This is by no means a personal vendetta against Indeed. They do what they do in order to increase their profits. It is how they do it that's bothersome.

These days, there are way too many companies out there with similar questionable business practices, and the only effective way to stop them is to stop using their services.

Indeed.com Fraudulent and Frustrating: My Experience with Indeed Job Posting

I recently started using Indeed to post a job listing for my business. However, I quickly ran into issues with my account being disabled. I received an email stating that it was to verify my identity and association with my business, but I know someone who created an account and posted with no issues on the same day.

After providing official tax documentation to verify myself and my business, my account was back online. However, when I had a question about the platform and how to handle unqualified applicants, my account was disabled again instead of receiving an answer to my question. As a real business owner, I need to be able to respond to my applicants promptly, but this constant back and forth with my account being disabled is not sustainable.

I did some research and found that I am not alone in experiencing these issues with Indeed. I reached out to their support team, but their response was not helpful and directed me to their Help Center, which offered no further assistance.

I have already spent over $100 on applicants that I have not had the chance to fully review, and I only have 48 hours to let them know which applicants were unqualified to avoid being charged for them. However, it seems that they are going to keep my account disabled until I can no longer receive a refund or replacement applicant. This experience with Indeed has been fraudulent and frustrating with very little help at all.

I will continue to update this review to document my experience with Indeed. It is disappointing that it takes leaving a bad review to receive any sort of assistance, but I would strongly recommend doing so if you are facing similar issues. Be prepared to pay for services regardless of whether or not you are able to access your account.

Indeed.com Frustrating Experience with Indeed's Review Team: A Small Business Owner's Perspective

I gotta say, I had a pretty frustrating experience with Indeed. Don't get me wrong, I don't have any beef with their customer service reps - they were just doing their job. But the review team? Yikes. They're a whole different story.

Here's the thing - when I first started using Indeed, I loved it. The site was easy to use, and I was able to find a ton of qualified candidates. I was even thinking about sponsoring my ads to get even more exposure.

But then, the review process happened. And let me tell you, it was a nightmare. I run a start-up marketing firm, and I'm a registered business with a domain and real clients. I called customer service seven times over the course of five days, and each time I got a different answer.

First, I was told I needed to provide proof of my business registration. So I did. Then, I was told I needed to resend it because it was too big. So I did. Then, I was asked a bunch of questions about my business and what kind of background checks I would be performing. I answered everything, and was told everything should be good to go.

But then, my account was rejected again. Why? Because apparently my business registration wasn't good enough. I explained that I work from home, so I don't have any utility bills in my business's name. The person I spoke to said they understood, but the review team had decided I wasn't a real business.

So I asked to speak to a manager. I explained everything to them, and they agreed that it was ridiculous. They said they would fight for me and go directly to the review team. But even after all that, my account was rejected again - this time because my start-up wasn't three months old.

Here's the thing - if the review team had told me all these requirements before I posted my job, I wouldn't have wasted a week fighting with them. But instead, they seemed to be making up rules as they went along. It was frustrating, and it felt like a massive waste of my time and resources.

Look, I get it - Indeed is a big company. But they need to streamline their process. Have a clear set of guidelines for job posters, and have the review team follow those guidelines without making arbitrary decisions. It's not that hard.

Overall, I wouldn't recommend Indeed to any small business owner or start-up. The site itself is great, but the review team is a mess. If you're looking for a job board, there are better options out there.

Indeed.com Indeed's Unreasonable Treatment of Non-Profit Foundation's Voluntary Work Job Postings in the Netherlands

I recently had an experience with Indeed that left me feeling quite frustrated. I had posted 10 vacant jobs on their website in the Netherlands for my foundation, Stichting NuRecht. However, when I tried to sign in to check on the advertisement, I received a message that our account was "out of order". I contacted Indeed by email and phone, but received conflicting information from different employees.

The first employee I spoke to told me that the system had recognized our job postings as spam because we had placed them in several cities. He promised to contact the (Privacy) Office in the United States to inform them that the jobs were indeed vacant and that we would be able to use our account again soon. However, 15 minutes later, another employee called me with a different story. He told me that our account would remain frozen because the jobs we posted were for voluntary work.

I was surprised by this sudden change, especially since I had informed the first employee that the jobs were for voluntary work. When I asked the second employee why our account was frozen, he told me that Indeed only allows bigger non-profit organizations like the World Wide Fund for Nature to post voluntary work jobs on their website. I explained that our foundation is a non-profit organization that provides free legal advice and is ranked as a "public welfare institution" by the Dutch Tax Administration. I offered to send him all the legal documents to prove this, but he told me that we could try again in a couple of months.

I found this answer to be quite ridiculous and frustrating. I had expected a more reasonable response from a big organization like Indeed. The employee seemed agitated and unable to make a consistent argument. He also implied that our foundation was "less appreciated" by Indeed than bigger non-profit organizations like the WWF.

I looked at Indeed's general legal conditions and found no mention of voluntary work or a preference for bigger non-profit organizations. I understand that Indeed reserves the right to show advertisements from third parties, but I do not see any reason why our foundation should be treated differently than other non-profit organizations.

I would appreciate an explanation from Indeed about why I received conflicting information from their employees and why our account was frozen. I also need to use our account again soon, as we need new volunteers at this moment. A small apology would also be appreciated. Overall, I hope that Indeed can resolve this matter in a more reasonable and helpful way.

Indeed.com Your radio advert

I hear a radio advert of yours and it annoys me intensely.

It features an allegedly busy chef and he needs help; The chef yells across the kitchen: "MORE FLOUR IN THE BECHAMEL".

Either he wants to get fired and hopes Indeed will find him another job or he hasn't learned the basics of making a béchamel himself.

THE ROUX is mad up of FLOUR plus an equal amount of butter, whisked and then add milk. If you put flour in a béchamel, it causes lumps and looks disgusting.

You should advise your media company that they should re-voice this as it makes Indeed look complacent as they have not monitored the quality of the advertisement.

I am a qualified Hotel Manager and this is a mere basic! I am also a Radio Presenter and Professional Voiceover so I can even re-voice it for them just to get it corrected.

Indeed.com Indeed did not approve my small business

I created my indeed account to post job for my small medical practice. Indeed asked for verification and I called them. They asked for a whole list of documents, I submitted all to them. They denied again asking me to go through list of their terms and conditions. Even after requesting them and sending them my lease, insurance documents they denied.

I am highly disappointed that they discriminated against a small business and hampered people from applying to our small business job posting.

I will be sending my complaint against Indeed to the State Consumer complaints for discriminating us.

Indeed.com Fake jobs, used by recruifers posing as employers

I have used indeed in the uk for a longtime . Initally i found their platform to be great, but in the kast few years their services have become a pool of false advertisements. 99% of their job advertisements are fake, a majority being recruitment agencies( other agencies ie job centres) posing as employers. Over the last few months it has become more obvious in the style in which the processes are carried out . I would advise to apply directly to employers. I do not understand how they remain in business and profit off the exploitation of job seekers. Likeihood they are paid by the government

Claimed loss: Time and money

Desired outcome: Indeed be investigated and shut down

Indeed.com APEX Group Ltd

This company is a fraud.

Went through process after contacting them on your website. They interview via Microsoft team. I was approved for data entry with them. They indicated they would send a start up check to cover buying software and supplies from them. Bank determined check was fraudulent. If I bought from their venders I would actually be using MY funds to obtain their products.

Total fraud take them down and do your due diligence to report them to authorities.

Claimed loss: Avoided loss by doing research and involved my bank

Desired outcome: Please, Please report this company to allow appropriate fraudulent claims to be processed.

Indeed.com Indeed.com

Indeed.com keeps sending me low paying jobs even though I placed a block on this company bypassing my filters on gmail. I have done my fair share of manual labor and they just ignore my 122 U.S. , Canada, and EU copyrights, several trademarks, and Ph.d Computer Information sciences. I am not interested in low paying manual jobs at 60 years old. I would like to add if indeed.com thinks I am low value and worthless than I view them the same way as a worthless company who has nothing to offer me.

Desired outcome: To sending insulting email

Indeed.com Advertising a job

I am going around in circles trying to get my positions advertised. I have paid the money. I have done everything asked. Sent copy of business details, removed wording that was asked to be removed, even though this is a legal requirement for one of the positions and yet my Ads are still not live for people to apply for the jobs. I am just going in circles and not getting any where with the system you have in place

Indeed.com Algorithm

This email is in reference to the Indeed created resume I paid $155, my email address was wrong on the Indeed Resume even though I submitted my own resume to assist with the information.

I spent the money because I felt I needed to invest in myself, to get work other than what I am exactly doing.

I have a problem with the algorithms that are used to search a resume.

I am not getting any hits for any work in IT, clerical or, Data Entry, only for DSP’s, DCC or nurses.

I am sorry, I have no desire to be a DCC or DSP or anything in that nature.

I am not a nurse, I worked at Visiting Nurse Service of New York as an IT Production Specialist.

All I desire is a job at a desk, at the computer doing what I love most.

This has me extremely saddened and dismayed.

I would like to know how can we get pass the algorithms that are picking up on the unintended information?

How can we get the algorithms to point to IT, clerical or data entry jobs?

Please advise.

Desired outcome: I would like to receive hits in reference to IT, clerical or, Data Entry work.

Indeed.com Indeed destroying my business

I'm reaching out as the owner of Arshop LLC to share a frustrating experience I had recently while using Indeed. I decided to expand my team and hired a scheduler and a project manager via your platform. Everything seemed fine until about a week later when my account was blocked without any prior warning or explanation.

I tried reaching out through disputes, contact tickets, and multiple phone calls to customer service, but sadly, I received no response or clarity on why my account was blocked. It was especially frustrating when customer service claimed to have sent information via email, which I never received even after updating my email address.

The repercussions were significant, as Indeed's actions led to a hired scheduler not showing up for work after a message was sent to all applicants labeling our business as fraudulent. This has caused disruption and reputational harm to our legitimate business.

Desired outcome: Indeed to apologize for branding us as fraudulent, damaging our reputation. Reactivating account . Request a clarifying message to all applicants and compensation for the inflicted damages and defamation.

I recently got hired at a driving company by the name of Unicorn LLC / TPA Cargo Solutions which I found when I typed CDL in job subscription and Jacksonville, FL as my City/State. This company does in fact use both names. This company uses INDEED Jobs to advertise $2,400 - $3,000 per week to the driver after all deductions are made. This company issued a...

Hello I was made aware by a current employee that a negative review about our company had been published. I understand this is going to happen as we can't please everybody, but this one particular review is accusing us of a bullying culture and this is so far from the truth. We won employer of the year in 2019. We have only had one employee leave us thi...

Indeed.com Nicholsons Solicitors

I believe you have been hacked. Over the past few months i have received multiple e-mails from "Nicholsons Solicitors" to pay a debt to "Aviation One Maintenance & Mod". I have never worked for nor have done business with Aviation One Maintenance & Mod. My research shows that Nicholsons Solicitors is out of Australia and Aviation One Maintenance & Mod is out of Orlando Florida. Over time, the e-mails have become more threatening. The names connected to these e-mails do not match Nicholsons Solicitors' list of employees. The attachment does not allow for a preview; download only.

Desired outcome: Stop threatening and scamming e-mails.

Indeed.com Canceling ads

We set an ad for a graphic designer and we cancelled all applicants that we were not interested in. Indeed has billed me 553.00 for what I don't know because I cancelled everything. I tried to cancel the ad but found that it wasn't cancelled. I don't feel that I owe indeed for applicants that I didn't use or had any interest in or every saw. I need a refund of the 553.00 that was overcharged.

Desired outcome: DELETE ALL CHARGES EXCEPT MAYBE ONE

Indeed.com Indeed job posting

Submitted numerous resumes to Companys of interest. Only to find that the Companys do not receive the resume only a short application. i.e. Name and phone number. Then they call and ask a battery of questions that are clearly stated on that resume. Obviously wasting both of our time. There is a reason for a resume it has everything in place so that the receiver can make an educated decision as to weather the applicant would be a fit or not.

I'm sure that I do not stand alone.

Desired outcome: Making something.. so simple.. into pure, aggravation.Wake up... send the resume.
