CALLING ME!
CALLING ME! I mean, I get it, they want to sell their payment processing services, but come on! I already told them I'm not interested, but they keep calling and calling and calling. It's getting really annoying. Plus, their website looks kind of sketchy. I don't know if I would trust them with my payment information. Overall, not a great experience.

So, I told Inkas Payments to quit calling my biz, but they didn't listen. I already said it before, but they still rang me up. These telemarketers are really getting on my nerves.

I had a problem with Inkas Payments Corporation just like everyone else. They kept spamming me with calls, and this was the third time this week. I tried emailing them through their website and warned them that if they continued to spam me, I would leave negative reviews everywhere I could. But judging from their lack of response, it seems like they don't care at all.
Got a call from Inkas Payments Corporation today
Got a call from Inkas Payments Corporation today. I told them I wasn't interested, but the lady kept talking and talking. I told her to take my number off their list, but she just hung up. It was annoying and now I won't do business with them.

So, I was getting a lot of calls from Inkas Payments Corporation, and I finally said I wanted more info. Next thing I know, they sent me an email to sign for payment. What payment? I never said I wanted anything! They need to stop bothering me with calls and emails. I'm done with it. They should put me on their do not contact list.
They ain't honest 'bout who they are and what they do
They ain't honest 'bout who they are and what they do. They say they're Canadian, but they're really from the US of A. They'll make you pay $2,440.18 USD just to close your account, even if you ain't used it yet. Their contract's got links to their website, where they can change stuff that's important without telling you. They're pushy and don't wanna let you go.
Got a call from Inkas Payments Corporation and this lady named Sophia said she was checking on our **** rates
Got a call from Inkas Payments Corporation and this lady named Sophia said she was checking on our *** rates. She said we should be getting a discount from credit card providers starting January 2022. I didn't believe her because credit card companies don't usually lower their rates. I just said I'll call back when I feel like it.
I did some research on the internet and found out that they're just another telemarketer. Now I know who they are and I can just hang up when they call.
inkaspayments
inkaspayments.ca is a bad company. They lied and said they were partners with our current provider, but they're not. The guy named James B kept asking me about our current rates, but I said no. He called me childish and hung up on me. They're not professional and I won't do business with them again. I want to warn people about them. Don't call me again.

This company tricked me into thinking they were from my debit/credit processing company and said they could lower my fees if I sent them my recent statement. When I asked about it, they said I already gave them the info before, maybe every year. When I questioned it, they said someone else in my office gave it to them. The person I talked to was really pushy and wanted me to fax the info right away. I said no, so he hung up and kept calling me two or three times a day until I answered. When I told him he was lying, he got mad and said I was wrong.
So, I got a call from Inkas Payments today
So, I got a call from Inkas Payments today. They didn't hide their name on the call display, so I answered. I was a bit suspicious, as I get a lot of merchant service companies calling me, but I gave them a chance to explain. A lady asked who was in charge of payments and billing (I'm a sole proprietor), and then asked for my name. I didn't give it to her and asked if she was trying to sell me a new merchant service company. She said she wasn't and that she was a "watch dog" checking to make sure my credit card rates were being applied correctly. After I gave her some basic info, she wanted me to email her my statement. I said I would check out her company first, and she got annoyed and hung up. I checked out Inkas and found out she was trying to sell me something. Legit companies don't lie or misrepresent themselves. I'm not happy about wasting my time, and I hope I'm off their list now.
Been with Inkas Payments Corp since 2015, but we switched to another provider with lower rates in mid-January
Been with Inkas Payments Corp since 2015, but we switched to another provider with lower rates in mid-January. We called Inkas to close our account, and our last transaction was on January 14th, 2022. But on February 1st, they debited our account for bill and statement fees. We called again to confirm closure, and "Darren" said he would close it immediately. But on March 1st, we were debited again, and we called for a refund. Darren claimed he had no record of any calls to close the account, but he would close it now. On April 1st, they debited us again, and we called Darren on April 12th. He said he had no notes on our file to close the account, but he would issue a refund and close it immediately. But on May 2nd, we were debited again, and Darren claimed he had no notes about account closure. We asked for email confirmation, but he refused to send one. We asked to speak to a supervisor, but he said the buck stops with him. He promised customer service would call us back, but they never did. On May 2nd, he said, "what does a few bucks ($31.55) a month matter to a corporation like you." We're tired of being charged because of his poor note keeping. We want to go public about this behavior and help others make the switch.

This company called me up last year (2021) and said they were hired by the Canadian government to check out the fees charged by different merchants. I'm usually pretty smart, but I fell for their trick. I gave them my credit card statement and they said they'd talk to my provider to lower my fees. They called me a few times over a few months, but the last call was from a guy who said my provider wouldn't lower my fees and I should change providers. I said no, but he hung up on me.
Yesterday (March 1, 2022) they called me again. The lady was nice and said they were still working on getting me better rates. I told her about the last call and she said they fired the guy who hung up on me. She said I'd get a report the next day and my fees would go down. But today, I didn't get the report and a guy called me. He was nice at first, but then he asked for my statement details. I said no and he started talking about changing providers. I said no again and he said they wouldn't call me again. Good riddance!

I called Inkas Payments Corporation on February 27th/2020 to cancel my contract
I called Inkas Payments Corporation on February 27th/2020 to cancel my contract. I talked to Giovanni and he said my account would be inactive from that day. But they still took money from my account every month. I left a message for Giovanni on March 16th, but no response. When I called customer service, they hung up on me. My new service provider said it's illegal to not cancel my account and still take money from my account.

so I got a call from some dude named John sayin' he was from my payment processing company, but then he started askin' for all sorts of info about my rates and fees. After we talked, I looked up the number he called from and it turns out it's actually from INKAS payments, not my actual company! They're tryna pull some shady stuff and trick businesses into givin' 'em info. Don't trust 'em!

I was talked into signing up with Inkas Payments Corporation by a guy named Mr. ***. He said I could save a lot of money if I switched to them for my credit card processing. He told me he would shop around to find me the best deal and I could save between $250 to $300 per month. He said he found a company called *** that would give us "Level 1" savings and our monthly charges would be much less than what we were paying before. I agreed to switch and even bought a debit/credit processing machine for $2000.00. I didn't really need it, but I thought it would pay for itself in a few months with the savings promised.
The first month went okay, but then I got my invoice and it was $300.00 more than what I was paying before. I should have looked into it more, but I checked the ComplaintsBoard.com and they had an A+ rating and no ethical issues. But when I looked into it more, I found out that they trick people into signing up by promising savings and acting like they're helping businesses save money. I think Mr. *** is lying just to get people to sign a long contract. I signed the contract on December 8th.
