I will make a website soon to tell you Nightmare at InnSeason. Makes there beds using the same blankets and do not wash theme according to Housekeeping gross. Also the Jacuzzi had mold growing on the walls and floors. Also the jets and vent above was never clean so mold was growing in the shower. I brought my own blanket they put there dirty blankets on the beds that throw on the floors before vacum the floor. I was told by Asheville at Front Desk rooms all ways clean. Here is the pictures link below of how Innseason makes there beds and take of your blankets and makes the beds. Great service go Innseason.
Front Desk say 1, 300 towels missing. I over hear a Housekeeping staff member is stealing the towels hiding theme on Management.

Also, leave dirt in room from other guest before you. I been there last year Feb 2008 and room was cleaner. My blanket was put on my bed under the bed sheet the way I like my blanket since Disney world at Old Key West did this many other timeshare locations. I saw mean signs the read Do not Distrub because Housekeeping is not train correctly.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
Unit 439 at Streamside Building.
Very true and someone needs to fine Pollard Brook Innseason for not having clean rooms. Also need to invest new bedding. I just hope people do not get sick in Streamside Building.
Are you freakshows kidding? First, if you want anyone to take you seriously don't write like a ###ed three year old. The pictures you posted make the place look nicer than 99%. of the hotels/motels/resorts. It appears you're actually doing Innseason a service by posting them.
By the way Lord Thunder, I find the blankets at Innseason to be very soft.
Thanks for sharing your photo album with the entire world, including the family cat in the pool? As far as I know Innseason is not pet friendly, so curious as to how your family album is relevent to this post. If you ever decide to move out of your parents house it may help relieve your stress and make you a happier person. Just make sure to ask mom if it's okay to bring along some of their blankets.
Dear Thunder; As the Executive Housekeeper from Pollard Brook, I beg to differ with your assessment of our property! First, I would like to corrrect your error in stating that Ashville is not the name of the guest service attendant that took care of you. Her name is Ashley. If you are going to use someones' name to give off false information, I suggest you get it right!
I will have you know that each unit is cleaned to the highest standard after guests depart. Our Vellux blankets are all washed regularly and incidentally are hyper-allergenic. We do not have a habit of throwing our blankets on the floor when stripping beds to change linens. We bleach out all jacuzzis for 20 minutes then rinse them out again with an eco friendly product to avoid any possible allergic reaction to the bleach. We steam clean all our bathrooms several times during the year to prevent any bacteria, mold or other microorganisms from growing.
As for accusing my housekeeping staff of theft, I will not validate that remark since you obviously seem to believe that in your mind you are "all knowing"!
