Complaint Regarding Incorrect Game Code Region

I hope this letter finds you well. I am writing to express my disappointment and frustration regarding a recent purchase I made on your platform. On September 9th 2023.I bought a game code for Fifa 23, Order No. but unfortunately, the code I received is for the wrong region.
When I made the purchase, I specifically selected the region that is compatible with my gaming platform. However, upon redeeming the code, I realized that it is not compatible with my region, rendering the code useless. This has prevented me from enjoying the game I purchased and has resulted in a waste of my time and money.
I understand that certain games are region-locked due to licensing and distribution agreements. However, as a customer, I expected Instant Gaming to accurately provide game codes that match the selected region during the purchase process. It is disappointing to experience such a discrepancy, especially considering your company's reputation and the trust I placed in your platform.
I kindly request that you rectify this situation promptly by providing me with a valid game code for the correct region. Alternatively, I would appreciate a refund of the amount I paid for the game code. I believe this is a fair resolution to compensate for the inconvenience and the inability to enjoy the game I intended to purchase.
I have attached a copy of the purchase receipt and any other relevant documentation that may assist you in resolving this matter. I trust that you will handle this issue with the utmost urgency and professionalism.
