I never before in my life wrote complaints in internet, so this will be my first time. Because this awful company charged me 364 dollars to my credit card, didn't collect the items the day I booked and then they tried to collect it when I was absent (without my authorization), a few days later! I had to pay another courier to ship my stuff to U.S. and they refuse to refund me, they look like scamers. Very suspicious, shady attitude. I had to dispute the charge with my credit card company and it will take around 90 days, in the meantime they are keeping the money and all they say is they cannot refund the money because of the company policy. Also they asked to send a copy of my passport (?!). Of course is very easy to do this when you are 7000 miles away from their office and when they have your credit card details. So be aware of this company. Absolute cheat. Do business with these people at your own risk. I'm very regretted I didn't read these complaints here before booking with them. Hope this will help potential victims.

Intercargo looks as a thieff company. I shipped my Cargo ( 32'' LCD black Television with it, from UK ( hartlepool Marina) to Malabo Equatorial Guinea, i paid all shipment cost and all insurance cost on 27th August 2009 until now 08th september 2010, good not arrived, the robbers of that thieft company say my tv lost, i told them if Tv is lost they can send me money throug waster union or by for me alternative tv, Tv cost: 330 Pounds, shipment cost:156, 17 pounds included insurance. My INT or referance number is:[protected]

They don't tell what shall i do or what they are going to do for me about that, they even don't reply to me back, more than ten messages no repplyed.

I have used Intercargo twice now, and i think they have been great personally.
Both times i shipped some of my household goods from Uk to the US, and they were very pleasant, understanding and they answered any questions about the process of sending my things, including sorting out Customs for me, and explaining all throughout, by keeping me informed.
Although the first time i contacted i didnt get a reply for a few days, however after that, they have really helped me, ive gone to other shippers, and they complicate everything. Thank you Kerri for the last shipment, you were lovely throughout.
P.S. May i say Intercargo were also ALOT more reasonably priced than other competitors too!

I wish i'd read these complaints before i booked.I booked a container for my car and household goods.I was told to transport them to Pentavler Transport in Felixstowe.When we got there.They had to idea about the household goods, only about the car. We had to practically beg them to take it and they didn't accept the rest to go in the container even though there was space and we paid them quite a bit for it.Tried calling Intercargo UK Ltd but they were closed until Tuesday and our flights were booked on Monday.

Due to their incompetence we had to pack everything onto 2 pallets and leave it outside in the care of neighbours to pickup on Tues.The courier came to pick it up 3 times and made trivial excuses, apparently it wasn't on concrete.We moved it to concrete so easily a child could do it, then they decide to charge me £25 for each time and a further £296 for apparently the height was incorrect on both pallets now.I
called to explain what had happened and they were very abusive and rudely arrogant.How i'd wished i'd paid a bit more to other more reputable companies.They are the cheapest for quotes but it will cause you alot of headache and cost you much more in the long run.Trust me on this guys.DO NOT BOOK WITH THESE PEOPLE.YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED.They care more about financial gain rather than reputation and their quality of service.If you want to send anything.Go directly to MSC etc..the shipping company.I WISHED NOW THAT I PAID MORE.My stuff has not arrived yet.How much do you wanna bet there will either be stuff missing of alot of damage.PAY A LITTLE BIT MORE FOR A BETTER SERVICE.YOU WON'T REGRET IT.WISH I DID.You again have been warned.Cheapest isn't BEST.

Forgot to mention.I had to book the 2 pallets with them as well.Cost me an additional £456 more as well.Bunch of thieves.I've reported them to BBC Watchdog, Trading Standards and requested their removal from BIFA.Alot of people are complaining about them.You may see them of shady traders very soon.STAY AWAY

Thought i'd let everyone know.Its arrived now and all my stuff is missing.Who would have guessed.They left the cheap stuff but stole all my computers and tools.Intercargo refuses to pay out for insurance even though i took out the extra insurance cover.Apparently they do not pay for broken seals.The thieves would obviously break the seal to get in.Bunch of idiots.I'm taking it to court.SAVE YOURSELF THE HEADACHE AND STAY AWAY FROM THESE GUYS.

I agree. I booked 47KG of air freight with intercargo.co.uk exactly 1 month and 3 days ago, UK to Perth door to door. The website promises delivery within 5 - 10 working days. I'm still waiting for it to depart the UK. I have repeatedly emailed and phoned and there is always an excuse, and they always promise to email me back shortly with information, but always fail to. They are pathetic. And the joke was we decided to pay the large cost of shipping these parcels air freight as it was all essential bits for our new baby that we wanted immediately after we arrived in Perth!

Please dont waste your time with this company. Web site prices look great until you add this and add that, in the end you may as well DHL and know that your goods will arrive. They dont mention that each box incurs a collection charge (when all boxes are collected together?) . When my cargo 70kg arrived at the depo they informed me that the weight was in fact 71kg so thay charged me an extra GBP3 for the addition weight and then GBP 25 admin charge! As I stated most customers rely on a bathroom scale which is unlikley to be that accurae, I dont mind paying the addition 1kg weight by the admin charge is extortion. I requested a waver of the fee... no chance. I would say you get what you pay for but with these guys you pay a LOT and get very little in the way of help or customer service.

Please watch out for this company. I've been ringing their no [protected] many times for the last two days but it is always automatically switched to the fax mode after two rings. I sent an email to zia.raza@intercargo.com asking for a status update on my last shipment which is over two weeks ago. So far this co. seems to be un-contactable. Does anyone have any idea what's going on with INTERCARGO (UNIT 655 RIVER GARDENS, FELTHAM TW14 0RD)?

Avoid at All Cost

Intercargo are by far one of the worst shipping companies I have ever had the displeasure of using.

I used them to ship two flat screen TVs (air freight).

First I was promised that the delivery will take 7-10 working days from the drop-off date and boy was I wrong. Not only did they misplace my shipment in their warehouse but they also forgot to send me a packaging list to fill out which I was only notified about after 3 WEEKS of my initial drop-off.

During that period I was in constant contact with them asking what the delay was, and Luke on the other end of the line (he always answers the phone and has no clue on how the company works by the way ... completely useless) and not once was the packaging list mentioned until I spoke to a manager (Zia) who was avoiding me for days until I pinned him down! He accused me for not filling out the packaging list form, let me repeat this ... he accused me for not filling out a form that was never sent to me in the first place thus blaming me for the delay! But he compensated that by expressing the shipment after the form was emailed to me and emailed back to them as a good will gesture ... now notice the express order I mentioned just before, that also took 10 days for the TVs to arrive.

Drop-off date 23-Mar... received 26-Apr ... total delivery time 34 days

Conclusion: AVOID AT ALL COST, better to go for a reputable company and pay a little extra than go through the hassle, unprofessional, non-existent customer care, unresponsive team that is intercargo.co.uk

Totally agree with Ayman's conclusion. Mine was kept in their warehouse for three weeks after pick-up on 12 April 2012. This going-no-where was only discovered when I eventually, after days of desperate attempts, got hold of someone.

I have used Intercargo London to ship my 100kgs of belongings to Nepal which reached after a month although they promised to deliver in 3-10 working days. I panicked and contacted them several times to get details on my cargo status but never get email reply and would never pick up the phone. Since I have already left UK leaving my cargo with them, it was hard for me to contact and trace my cargo. After 3 weeks they sent me declaration form by email, I completed the form and sent them, but they wouldn't reply a thing about the status of my cargo. After few days again, they emailed me Air freight manifest saying the cargo has been sent by Oman Air and other details on my cargo. Then I went to check with Oman Air office and their cargo office at KTM Airport but failed to see my cargo, not even on their list of cargo arrivals. Finally after many failed email requests in between the time, I received my cargo in very dusty state after 34 days.

I must say "pre-sale" service of Intercargo is excellent, they will take care of you a lot and reply every phone calls and emails until you pay and hand-over your shipment. The price is reasonably cheap compared to other cargo around.

We used intercargo to transport 5 pallets from UK to Doha by airfreight and arrived within 3 days and sent another 4 to Sydney and arrived within 5 days. Our clients have recieved there goods and have asked us to keep on using Intercargo to get the goods to them. The price was very economical and the customer service was excellent. Would definitely recommend these guys!

I have used intercargo once, and i think they have been great. My recent shipment was from Uk to Us, and i recieved it in 7 working days, and they were very nice and pleasent. They had answered most of my question about the process. Thank you intercargo.
P.S recommend using intercargo.

I DISAGREE.
Intercargo, has very good service and think they have very good prices, i would recommend people to use this company as the prices are unbeatable and they will help you out through the whole transaction.

I needed to send some Important Documents from UK to Leabanon.
I took my chance and chose to use Intercargo and The Documents were delivered in 2 working days. Just Perfect. I am impressive by their Service.
I have to say that Intercargo is the best company i have used so far.
I will from now on use them all the time.

I used Intercargo to ship by belongings from the UK to Riyadh. My boxes were collected . I was very pleased by the way the had dealt with my goods and it arrived 39 days later. I would recommend using Intercargo in the future. And they were very polite. THANKS.

Intercargo are very quick and polite, i had sent out my goods from Uk to US, and it was very quick, the service was good and i had received it in 7days i would recommend every to use intercargo and have very good prices.

Im not sure about you guys? but when i choose to go to intercargo they were very good, i had recieved me items in 8days and the prices were the cheapest i have ever seen. I am going to be using Intercargo as they are very good, and all theese scamming comments are not true, because i used them 4 times now and they have been great with me.

Intercargo are 100%, I had used them and they were very quick and reliable i had recieved my goods in 8 days, i would recommend people to use intercargo, because they were very helpful towards me and the prices are unbeatable so i will use them in the future.

I had used Intercargo to ship to Canada and found them to be very good, they had amazing rates, and were very helpful i would carry on using them in the future, and i disagree with them being a rubbish company they are very professional and had great service.

Inter-cargo are very reliable, i had shipped from Us to India and i had received them in 9 days, they have very good prices, the cheapest on any company i have seen so far! I would say inter-cargo are far the best company, very polite and there service is amazing! I will use them more often!

I shipped from United Kingdom to Dubai and they were great! I received my goods in 8 days. They have very good prices and the service is good, I would recommend everyone to use intercargo. Thank you;did a great job.

I used intercargo to ship from Ireland to India, and it went great! The goods i had received were in the same condition as i sent them, also i had received the goods in 9 days which was excellent. The prices intercargo has gave me was incredible;go check intercargo out.

Intercargo were a great help! I used them recently and it went good. I had shipped from Uk to Thailand and received my items in great condition. The service was great! I had received my items in 8 days, I would recommend to use intercargo.

Read this or you will be next RUBBISH THIEVES
First time I booked with intercargo to Seychellles, My Items were not collected after making inquiry I was told that I selected General Cargo then on Invoice I wrote personal items, They Told me General Cargo means Business, (are they having a laugh..?) so they said we have canceled the transaction and charge me £30.00 .Disputed no success as they had the money. so I accepted a defeat,

This is the second time I gave them a chance again, Cargo collected on 16TH June14 today is 27th June, 14 no tracking nor email reply, every day out of office reply, no phone calls, so I called them yesterday, to ask and they told me Oman Air have closed their cargo freight they don't know when they will open so they advise to pay £70.00 more for other carrier but they halved it to £30.00, I told them on website the carrier u wanted me to upgrade the difference was only £30.00 now u are telling me that was a discount while it is exact on the web.
So we disputed and told them send back my item, they said I have to pay £30.00 cancellation fees, plus return fees.I told them you failed to deliver why I have to pay, they told me read T&C the same thing happen before they asked me to read T&C.
and they told me I have to decide either to
Upgrade for £30.0
or wait for Oman air they don't know when and pay storage until Oman air open their booking
I paid them upgrade today is 27th June my cargo has not moved.
UK LAW couriers are not regulated in UK so they use this opportunity to scam people so
