La Rosa Del Monte Televisores, carros...

Jamas pero jamas confíen en esta compañía. Transporté mi apartamento de fl a pr, mis 2 televisores llegaron rotos, como es posible que los 2 televisores hayan llegado rotos, yo creo en los accidentes, puedo creer que uno se haya roto, pero los dos, wow es increible. También llevo en espera de mi carro, el carro se envió en julio 2022 y estamos a finales de septiembre 2022 y todavía me siguen diciendo que 'el carro está en tránsito". Es inaceptable como tratan a uno en el dpt de transporte cuando uno llama a preguntar por un update. Hoy llame al dpt. Y me trataron super mal y llevan 3 semanas diciendome que"hacienda no ha ido a hacer la verificación para el carro". Gente, no le brinden confianza a esta compañía ni por todo el desespero del mundo que tengan por mudarse, mejor contacten a panamerican latin si estan en florida, ellos me mandaron mi otro auto y en menos de 2 semanas ya tenía el otro carro en mis manos. Es inaceptable aparte te tratan mal cuando pides un update de tus propias pertenencias! Les doy un cero en calificación. No sirven.

La Rosa Del Monte Lot pror-0787-22

I have been calling the office of Rosa del Monte in Toa Baja, PR for the last 2 weeks in order to get the status of my shipment that was made, supposedly back in June of this year.

I keep getting the same message, that they have a full log of phone calls and cannot answer my call. I can see this happening once in awhile, but everyday that I call for the last 2 weeks?

Desired outcome: I need my shipment. It was suppose to be deliver in Orlando, Fla.

La Rosa Del Monte Una mercancia completamente rota de un barril

Se envio una melcancia desde NY asta PR el 25 Junio del 2022 donde la rosa del monte envio a una empresa alquilada para su entrega el 16 de Agosto del 2022 donde se reuso entregar la mercancía por la cuesta luego el dia 24 de Agosto del 2022 envian otra conpañia de alquiler por la rosa del monte donde al abril la mercancía uno de los 3 barrile estaba total mente rota toda la mercancia y parte de una vinera rota y la barra despegada la mercancia del barril tenia un valor mas de 5mil dolares en figuras altesanales

La Rosa Del Monte Damaged items after a 5 week lateness.

I am irritated. The rep at Philadelphia, PA promised me a 4 to 6 week delivery. It took 3 months. On top of that three of my big items that were packed by the men at pick up, are damaged. Dining room table, home office desk, and porch love seat. These items had a month of purchased when picked up and packed. I go t the website and it doesn't tell you how to file a claim. I'm at a loss. The move was from Philadelphia, PA to Humacao PR.

Desired outcome: I either want my items replaced or tell me how to file the claim. I sent a message to administration because it says I only have 3 days to file a claim. Lot # PAPR-1160-21, reach out to me if you need pics.

La Rosa Del Monte Service and care of items during move

Made a move from Worcester MA to Bayamon PR. 8 to 12 weeks for arrival of items. When recieved and started unpacking around 40% of the items were destroyed and the packing was done correctly. The boxes and containers were crushed. Very disappointed and upset due to most items are of personal and emotional value. Most of the items are hard to replace.

La Rosa Del Monte No Response

My moving was pick up by this company on 7/17/2021 today is 10/4/2021 and I have not receive my furniture and boxes. Every time I call I receive the same answer its on the port and this week will be pick up and delivery next week. They have entertained me with the same response and nothing happen. They already received my money and they have not delivery for their services. Please help me to solve this issue my Contract No. is MIPR-0524-2.

La Rosa Del Monte Moving service

This is the worst company EVER! This is a Racketing/Extorting people this company should be investigated! I had just moved to Puerto Rico from New York. When packing my items in New York they didn't charge me to go up and down the stairs mind you this was a lot of stairs I lived in the 3rd floor. Everything was fine now in Puerto Rico that was a complete different story 2 days before I got my stuff the company called me letting me know of my appointment for the men to bring my stuff. I had informed them that the previous address I put down wouldn't be the address to send my stuff (I just bought a condo). I proceed to tell the lady (her name is Janice) that it is only one flight of stairs which in turn she said it was ok not to worry. Fast forward 2 days one of the movers said that they are going to have to charge us to bring our stuff upstairs. I in turn said why didn't the lady notify me when I spoke to her. So I called the company and she told me how many stairs is it I counted 17. The gentleman that worked for them said anything after 18 they will charge. But the lady (Janice) said 5. So why then would she made me count the stairs for no reason if she knew 17 would be too much. So I said whatever I'll pay it by check (The same way I was going to the company the same way I paid in New York.) she said no it has to be an extra $215 in cash!. I know for a fact the money was going to the movers which. Not only that They asked for extra money that they shouldn't have gotten. They also stole a box and a couple of extra items I'm missing that I new for a fact that I packed. Just to let you know I paid $9600 so that I could have a container to myself so this problem wouldn't happen because they told me once I purchase the container for myself it would not be opened until it gets to my place. But guess what it still happened anyway! Be careful with these people and DON'T GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY!

En la mudanza que vino desde Port Richey, Fl a PR y que salió el día 02/26/2019 hacia PR, y se me entregó el día 04/02/2019 en Cabo Rojo, PR y verificando me percato que me falta una caja con alguna mercancía de la mudanza, que incluye ropa, artículos del hogar y pesas de ejercicio.

La Rosa Del Monte Amazing company

I have moved 5 times in my life, and this was my first time using La Rosa Del Monte Exp. and the experience was unbelievable, the estimator came to my house the next day after i called and he gave me a good price, I informed him i needed to move out of my apartment the next day, and he told me no problem, and the next day they came to pack and pick up all my stuff early in the morning. They even held onto my belongings while i tried to find a place here in NY city. Such a great experience i recommend them to everyone, not one item came scratched or missing. Every time i called they were honest and informative. I find it very hard to believe these other reviews are real because compared to the other companies I've used, La Rosa is by far more dependable and professional. I hate when people come onto sites like this one and try to defame such a reputable company as this one, you should be ashamed of yourselves! I work as a lawyer and just watching these reviews they seem false, not one of them state a real move number, for example mine was "MINY-0110-11" these must be people working for a competitor moving company, and that's just disgusting to think of, i don't know what this world has come to but this site should ask everyone for their lot #'s just to prove these unprovable accusational reviews.

La Rosa Del Monte Deliberately bad customer service

I chose La Rosa del Monte based on their competitive price and respectable service partners. However, it turned out that their seemingly competitive price was just a way to get customers hooked - their real business model seems to be in tricking customers with inaccurate payment information and then charging extra for the delayed payment.

Furthermore, their customer service representatives are not capable of listening. Trying to explain to them the situation I got really frustrated with their representative who never let me finish a sentence - but instead kept interrupting and talking simultaneously on top. Considering that US is a country where customer service is key to success for any company the complete lack of it is not only annoying for their customers - but also a recipe of disaster for their business in the long term.

Another thing that I am worried about is the status of my furniture when they eventually arrive. The packing crew worked fast, but also packed some items carelessly. When my container finally arrives (let's hope that it does) I will post further information and pictures.

Meanwhile, I advice anyone not to use La Rosa del Monte, as their price will for sure not be what they quote. They will find a reason to increase it - and threaten you, the consumer until you pay the difference. And as per customer service, there is none - which of course means that you the consumer will loose.

La Rosa Del Monte Worst company on earth

Damaged 7 furniture items; then offered to fix some of them. Without saying, the items were not fixed. Now as we embark in the 'insurance claim', this company takes a rude stance instead of one to help their customers.

They are thieves. My mother sent 15 boxes with them but they only shipped 14. They insisted that my mother removed 4 boxes before the move, yet somehow they still managed to ship 14. To the day, they have not replaced anything, even though we had insurance. Stay away for this den of thieves!

La rosa de monte is the worst shipping company. They stole my money and I didnt get my stuff. I paid 1175 dollars to ship my belongings, there were 3 pieces and now they want to charge me 500 more due to "taxes". And they havent shipped my stuff since jan 14, and its april 14 today. I dont recommend anyone to use this company. They will steal your money and keep your belongings and ask for more money. if you dont pay the remainder of the money they dont care because they have all of your stuff already. DO NOT USE LA ROSA DE MONTE SHIPPING COMPANY.

We used Rosa de Monte back in 2000 to move from New Jersey to Orlando Fl. At first everything was fine they came and packed our stuff, with my supervision of course, and they did a good job. They said 4 weeks and it was 4 weeks. They delivered as expected and they unloaded everything but did not unpack it. They said it was not part of the quote. They told me to sign the the paper and I did not want to sign but they threatened to take my stuff back. They said if anything is wrong with the things to call and they will reimburse me because I had paid for extra insurance. Well there was damage to my things and missing boxes so I called and what the women over the phone told me that I had signed a waiver saying that they were not responsible for the damages. Now why would I sign a waiver to release them of the damages when I paid $1, 500 extra for this insurance? Any way it went back and fourth and they never paid me a dime. So If anyone uses them be careful they are scammers. Even if you read the papers they will still rip you off like they did me.

this review is complete nonsense. I have used this company more then 3 times and I have never encountered any problems with customer service or the condition or my furniture and other items when I received it. I completely disagree with this complaint and I feel as if this an attempt to defame the character of this company. La Rosa Del Monte is the most responsible, pleasant and highly decorated moving company my family, friends and I have ever used.

La Rosa Del Monte Damaged Goods

La Rosa Del Monte is UNPROFESSIONAL company. Don't give them your business. Moving from CT to Florida was a disaster! My furniture arrived 3 weeks late. And some things were broken! I moved to FL. Oct 3, 2008 and I'm still waiting to get a refund check for my damaged goods. If you do decide to go with this company, READ THE FINE PRINT ON THE CONTRACT. This is why I had to reported them to the Better Business Bureau. I suggest anyone that has a problem with this company do so as well.

I have moved 3 times with this company so far, from Puerto Rico to Chicago, Chicago to Orlando and Orlando to NY. Everything is always on time and in the same condition I sent it in. They employees are always attentive to me when I call or have any questions, and not to mention THEY HAVE THE BEST RATES AROUND! I will always recommend this company as long as they maintain they're quality service and competitive rates. They prepared me for every move I had, and that kind of assistance is hard to come by. I give them 10/10, give them a try.

La Rosa del Monte is an absolutely irresponsible company. They came to my home in Guaynabo, PR, on Oct. 29, 2008 to pack my furniture and personal belongings. I was told that I will receive it in 3 to 4 weeks or at the latest in 5 weeks. 6 weeks has passed and I have nor received my furniture . Every time I call the Orlando Office of La Rosa del Monte they shamelessly lie to me. I have been told that the shipment "just left Orlando", your furnitures left for Texas "yesterday", "wait for the driver to call you", next, on Oct. 4, 2008, they told me that the "truck is on his way to Texas", of course the truck never arrived. Today, Dec. 8, 2008, the telephone operator told me that "probably a truck will depart for Texas the next weekend". All of this were outright lies. It has been impossible for me to receive an answer from a responsible officer of La Rosa del Monte, Orlando FL office. The managers are always having breakfast, lunch or dinner. They must be heavily overweigth and obese for eating all day. I feel I have been ripped off $ 4, 500 that La Rosa del Monte charged me.

On December 5th, 2009 I arranged and hired La Rosa del Monte Express to manage my son's moving from New York to Miami. They came at December 8th and said that the move was going to be in miami by the 16th. Today is the 22nd and the move is neither in miami nor en route since they decided to stay with all my Son's belongings in New York City. I have been frantically trying to reach someone at their office and it has been impossible to talk to a human being. this irresponsibility has cost me an incredible amount of money since I have had to incurr in extra expenses including some furniture and a very expensive bed. My son was supposed to start a new job and all of his business attire was with the move. PLEASE DO NOT USE THE SERVICES OF THIS COMPANY AS THEY ARE A SCAM!

Si algo se rompe ellos no quieren pagar..aunque uno tenga seguro..me rompieron una TV de 52 pulgadas, nueva y solo me ofrecen $300.00 dolares. Cuando yo pague $1800.00 de seguro, por si se rompia algo..uno llama nunca te resuelven..asi ya a pasado siete meses..no la recomiendo a nadies, mi gente busquen por otro lado. NO AYUDAN AL CLIENTE! No Cojan LA ROSA DEL MONTE ni para mover una caja..

I moved from the USA to Puerto Rico. The movers said they would be there at 12:00 pm they arrived at almost six in the afternoon. Then they packed everything without bubble wrap. Unfortunately, I was not present but my husband was... Then they began to charge extra for our table, the gazebo and my sons bike, when it was already included in the rest of the furniture and pricing. When my things arrived to Puerto Rico my sons bike was bent, my vehicle scratched as if something was placed behind it with pressure. All of our stuff was scratched, the boxes were flattened on either one side. It was terrible. The movers told us two weeks. After 5 weeks they arrived. They charged us for our boxes which were smaller then there's the same price as there's. They did not even unpack our belongings at arrival.They have no idea what people have to go through and certain circumstances you have to confront. This was our personal things. We placed our confidence in this company because they were Spanish and we believed in our own to do a good job. We are very unsatisfied, never again...This is why we never progress we need to take care of our own as we do it with others and stop trying to get over on others...We all need to learn to take care of others as if they were our own. You pay for a service and you need to deliver. Would not recommend them to anyone! I am calling the Better Business Bureau...

I moved to FL a month ago and La Rosa del Monte charged me extra for my shipment and to my surprised half of my boxes contained broken items I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone. The workers are unprofessional. when you call them they don't know anything. How dare they open one of my boxes and repackage it and charge me for it when everything in it was completely broken couldn't even fix it. I honestly believe they take longer to get more money out of you for "storage" reasons. I would have been better off renting a Uhaul truck and doing myself.

I used La rosa del monte for some shiptments to Puertorico, my family and also some of my friends used to it to ship boxes to PR never had a problem with them i understand they say between x to x weeks but you have to understand the service they offer is cheap because of the time the items take to be deliver. and also since the shipments coming out and going to PR go on a ship thats why there might be some delays, in my opinion i will keep on using the company.

I recently contracted la rosa del monte for my move from NY to NC. I was given the wrong estimate, items were not included, the estimator (Baez) was very unprofessional. The movers were lazy. Pricing was outrageous. Will never move with them again...Hate this company...
