Investin PLC review: real estate scam!

DO NOT BUY FROM INVESTIN PLC!

It is a SCAM! Ask them to confirm if they own the property they are selling. They do not own anything! They put a fraction of a deposit to reserve a property from a legitimate developer and then try to sell it on for a massive profit! I exchanged on a flat from them in June 2015 at Greenwich Collection through CBRE and it transpired that Investin Plc and the CEO John Downer are scammers.

I dont understand how the actual developer - Family Mosaic (http://www.familymosaic.co.uk/) who are part of Peabody Group, one of the largest housing association in the UK, would agree to sell the development to Investin PLC who then sold it to PRIVATE BUYERS at 25% PREMIUM+ !

It even shows on the CML form what INvestin Plc is creaming the UK TAXPAYERS whilst being registered in Jersey which is offshore!

It was so hard to get a mortgage on a resale and finally after months are speaking to every mortgage broker, I managed to get a mortgage but Investin told me that my flat will be completed in Summer and it is NOT completed and my mortgage has already expired and if they send me the notice now i will have to default as I cant find £200, 000 in 10 days!

Their solicitors never reply and no one from Investin return my calls or emails!

DO NOT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE!
