Investin PLC review: Scam properties

I paid a deposit on 2 flats I bought from the developer Investin plc and his CEO John Downer via Remax Central
Investin Plc is not the actual developer but they are buying form another developer and then selling to Foreign buyers adding 100% margin on top, also they lied to us saying we could get mortgages and then the bank came back to us saying you can not get mortgages because the contracts are wrong.
