I am writing this mail with a heavy heart and I feel being cheated by iqoptions. I opened an account in 2017 in iqoptions and purchased ripple for around $600.
Soon the crypto currency trade being banned by Indian govt. I could square off the currency and also the value of the currency reduced to much low that I have no option but to hold the currency. Just around a month back I recieved a mail from iqoptions when I was coming from hospital after been suffering from covid that all my assets have been squared off and all money has been withdrawn from my account. I contacted the customer care regarding that and to my utter surprise instead of helping me out they blocked my account and till now I don't have access to my account even after sending the original document that I produced on account opening. I contacted iqoptions many times but they never fail to disappoint me. My account has been blocked and the account which I am sure now hacked from thier side because they gave ample time to the hacker to withdraw the money to the account linked to the account which was never opened by me.
My query is, why has not been my account unblocked yet even after some 20 days of repeated requests?
Why has I not even recieved a single mail or call from IQ options yet even after a month regarding my account.?
How can a third person open a account and withdraw all my money ,without the proper intimation by the company?
The agony and financial loss that the company has given me till now , not only I feel being cheated but also guilty as I motivated dozens of my friends to open a account with iq options and create assets.
Pls you are my only hope this time ,I hope you will listen to me on humanitarian grounds atleast

Desired outcome: They not only make unauthorised debits but also blocked my account. Since then they never replied to my mails.
Unfortunately my issue is still pending and roughly my 65000 INR is too lost to some fake account in name of third person.
This complaint has been resolved automatically due to user's inactivity.
