I have had no power on the 27/03/2021 from 10am until 21:30.
I have checked my consumption report and i was billed for this entire day...even though i had no power...is this even legal?
I have contacted RMS - Ismart and they advise that my billings are correct.
They are thieves and have done this on numerous occasions.
When we ask for a senior personal to assist they do not call back to resolve this.

They deducted an amount of R999.00 from my cheque account without m even having an account with them.Which resulted in my debit orders being returned and I had to pay that charges and it is a bad reflection on my credit record. When I contacted ISmart, all they had to say is sorry its a sytem error and I have to go and reverse the transaction.I told the consultant I am not doing this because its noy my mistake;she then said then I'll have to wait 7days for my money to be reversed.I am sorry I am not waiting 7days for my money back.I need my money.The supervisor promised that I'll have my money in my account by Monday 05/11/2018. This is now really annoying.
Your agents are the worst , very bad service they don’t know how to work with customers but to quick to request thier money after paying they take their stupid time lying saying our switch on command is on , really frustrating been over 40 minutes waiting for my lights .

I would like to complain about the above mentioned mobile company
I am a very worthy customer
However I bought a k lite smart tab from them, of which the lcd gave up on me and I sent it back it was repaired, upon return after 3 months
The tablet does the same thing I sent it back and now they quoting r1200
For physical damage... The phone was not physically damaged when I gave it to the courier guy
I am not happy with this

no monthly data given but debit order going through
I have taken a contract with ISMART in October 2016, the phone was damaged, not used for four months, Ismart then converted my contract account to pre-paid without informing me, I had to call 80% of the customer care for me to have my data back loaded, which has now disappeared and now no more data but I am on the 15th month but still struggling to get data loaded but they are the first to debit my account.
Please help with these company, knowing we cannot easily call their 021 number.
I will never recommend anyone to take a contract with ISMART.

Why am I being harassed? I've never taken a contract with ismart
I've never taken a contract with ismart! I'm only aware of them because of the number of calls I keep getting! Please stop harassing me! I've never taken a contract with you! I only have a contract with vodacom! I will not spend my petrol to go to a police station for an affidavit of something that has nothing to do with me! Remove my name from your database! I'm even getting calls at work! This is harassment. I'm sick of this! No phone was delivered to my workplace in 2014 or ever for that matter! If I have a contract phone with you then why are you not calling me on that number? For goodness sake I am being harassed at work!
early debit orders
Hi I have had ISMART debit my account for December on the 25th of November correctly for December and again on the 5th of December for January as according to them i get paid earlier in December how do they know that?
If that is the case i want to see actual evidence that i agreed to this as my contract does not say this.
They sent me a generic SMS that they have sent to all clients which i did not receive .
My email back was i do not agree to this and they must reverse this and take the debit order on the 26th as per my contract.
They refuse to reverse the transaction.
I do not agree to an early debit order and want this reversed immediately.
