This complaint is in regard to 3337082 booking from Itravel2000 via West Jet.
We got our ticket on Sun Nov 12th and right after due to some personal matters we had to cancel or postpone our vacation, so I called customer service and office was closed.
I called on Mon morning and extension 27164 told me that we have to pay $100 each and we cannot cancel! We can just exchange to a different day.
Then my wife called extension 27037 Mital and he said that we might be able to cancel just with $50 penalty per person since its less that 24hrs and he will call back.
He called my wife back and since my wife was at work he left à voicemails for my wife saying: he is on the phone with someone & he needs an immediate response from me. My wife called him after 3 minutes and he didn’t pick up. She left him a voicemail; he didn’t call her back. Then I called him and he picked up & said it’s more than 24 hrs and he cannot do anything!
When we started the process it less than 24 hrs.
This is not fair and clear…
Desired outcome: We need a response and compensation from Itravel2000
