Fraudulant signing of my name on work orders. Terrible customer service. Misled about the services/costs. Services not performed. I have attached a letter I have sent them to their customer service email.

I've been charged twice already for services that weren't done 'cause I cancelled 'em. I called and asked for my money back, but every time this happens, I gotta wait 'til they go through a bunch of steps to process the refund.

On October 27, I gave Ehrlich $265.00 to put rodent traps and bait in and around my crib. They said they'd come back to check the traps in 5-7 days. The dude said he'd be back on Tuesday, October 4. But he didn't show up, so I called the call center and they said they'd call me back. But they never did. The next day, I left a message for the guy who came to my place, but he didn't call me back. The salesperson and the worker both said they'd come on the same day if they found something in the trap. I called the call center on Wednesday, but they said their system was down. On Thursday, I talked to Amy and told her I wanted to cancel the service. She passed me to another customer service person who tried to schedule a visit for another 7 days later. It's been over a week now, and there's been no follow-up. We still got traps that might have rodents in 'em.

No response on disputed invoice I got a payment reminder yesterday for account no *** for $240.75. I've disputed this invoice many times without a response. I called Erlich to dispute this invoice many times, explained the issue, and haven't gotten a call back. I emailed Erlich's account manager on the invoice many times and haven't gotten a response. We asked for bug spray service just like last year. When the technician came, he didn't have notes for what was done last year. Most importantly, the technician didn't fix our problem. We called Ehrlich 5 days after the technician's visit to see if he could come back. Ehrlich didn't respond to the request. We paid someone else to take care of the issue and have damages. Since Ehrlich didn't do the services properly while on site, didn't respond to our request to fix the issue, and we had costs to fix it ourselves, we're disputing the amount due.

The pest control expert who serviced my home was wonderful, and extremely helpful. The service also helped keep away bugs from the local woods. However, after I moved and cancelled the policy, the company continued to bill me. I was in touch via email several times with a company representative, who continues to send me monthly bill statements no matter how many times I forward emails that verify my account is closed, and no matter how explicitly I state that I closed this account. I paid off the account before closing, and yet now I am receiving emails that my account is delinquent. The billing and customer service for this company is truly bad. As a prior customer, I'm really frustrated that I cannot get Ehrlich to stop trying to collect money for services I am not receiving nor subscribed to receive. I want Ehrlich to remove my contact information from their email list, mark my account as completely satisfied and not owing any money, and to stop contacting me. I want their billing agents to be given proper procedures for not billing accounts that are closed, so customers do not feel harassed after ending services. Discontinuing service should be easy, not a giant hassle.

She said it would take 10-15 business days and I'd get it by 2-10. I called on 2-14 and talked to Gabriella. She said refunds go out on the 16th of each month and I'd get mine by 2-20. On 2-22, Kianna asked for my card info and said I'd get a refund in 3-5 days. I wanted to talk to a manager, so they transferred me to Jennifer. She said she'd speed it up and I'd get it by the end of the day or 2-23 at the latest. She said she'd call back, but she didn't. On 2-24, I spoke to Cee. He looked at all the notes and told me Eve asked for a check refund, not a credit to my card. I thought they'd credit it the same way I paid. He transferred me to his manager, Belinda. She couldn't call the credit department, so she emailed them and said she'd call me with the result. She didn't call back, but she gave me her extension, ***. On 2-25, Ray went through all my notes again. He couldn't put me on hold with his manager, but he put me on the callback list. No one called back. I called later and talked to Rhonda. She couldn't connect me to a manager, but she left a message for Greg, the local sales manager, to call me. He never called. On 3-1, Kevin said it would take 4-8 weeks for a refund. He transferred me to Carin. She said she talked to someone and would call me back. She actually called back and said they'd send a check refund, arriving the week of 3-7. I never got the check. They kept giving me different answers on how they refund. I just want my money back.

The past few years, I've been using Ehrlich to treat mosquitos and ticks outside my house. The service has been great, even though it's a bit pricey. They only charge for the months they treat, which is May through September. However, this year I've had some issues. First, it was really hard to get in touch with them when I wanted to start my seasonal service. I was put on hold for a really long time or didn't get a response to my electronic request. Eventually, I got through and they explained that they were short-staffed because of COVID. I understood and thought the problem was resolved, but the lack of communication caused more problems. Second, I found out that my annual fee was increasing, but my neighbor's fee stayed the same. I asked about it multiple times throughout the summer, talking to Mark in June, July, and August, and Gabriella in October. They said they would look into it and get back to me, but I never heard anything. Lastly, I asked for an extra service to deal with spiders and bees outside my house. They sold me their Pest-360 program and the technician said he would do the evaluation while doing the monthly mosquito and tick service. I never got a report of the evaluation and assumed he did it another day. Then, in July, I got charged for the new service and the evaluation. I called to ask about it and they showed me the paperwork where I approved the evaluation. I finally talked to Mark in August after playing phone tag for a while. I accepted that there was a miscommunication and was willing to pay, but I asked for a refund for the Pest-360 fee in August and to cancel the service going forward. However, they didn't refund the August fee and kept charging me in September and October. I called again in October and spoke to Gabriella. She promised to escalate my concerns and request a refund for August, September, and October. She said I would get an email confirming this by the end of the day, but it's been more than three days and I haven't received anything.

I recently bought second hand furniture that turned out to be infested with bugs. I removed the couch that day and a few days later I called Ehrlich pest control to first identify and then discuss treatment of the bugs. A lady named Kristen came to my house and although we couldn't find any bugs, she said it was definitely bed bugs. She then described 2 treatment methods they offer, conventional for approximately 1500.00 and took a total of 45 days to complete and listed extensive preparation that must be done by homeowner before treatment. The second option was a heat treatment that costs 2700.00 plus tax, that she said took only a couple hours with no follow up visits and extremely minimal preparation. To be exact she said , after walking through the entire house save the basement, she told me that I only need do the following; remove all outlet covers, remove all unused hangers from closets and spread clothes out a little, remove all window blinds, put shoes is a tote so they could use a treatment strip to kill any eggs on shoes. I informed her that we were having brand new furniture that we paid nearly 4000.00 delivered on Saturday and for that reason I wanted to go thru with the heat treatment as she said it was more effective and would penetrate the entire sofa all the mattresses and clothes and pillows and plushes and it was a time sensitive issue.We scheduled for monday and I did what I was supposed to. They were due to be here around 8 am, they showed up about 15 minutes early. I was due for work at 9 and had to take my kids somewhere for what I was told would be a few was hours. My husband was waking our 5 year old son and taking him somewhere to kill a few hours. After I left the technician told my husband that he had to bag up all of his clothes and take them to a laundromat and run everything thru a dryer and so as my husband is trying to care for our son and get out the door, he then had to bag up 10 30 gallon garbage bags of clothing and struggle them into the car and and take our son to laundromat and spend another $20 to do what he was told to do, he then told my husband we couldn't come back for 6-8 hours! My husband was livid and had a full blown anxiety attack. I then text messages Kristen and asked her why she had misinformed me so badly, she out right deceived me. She told me she was sorry about the misunderstanding and still maintained that we didn't have to remove the clothes although the technician already made him do it and told him that she was wrong. She did not offer any explanation or resolution for any of the problems she caused. After 6 hours the technician called and said they were done and that they opened the windows to try to start airing out the house and left and that they had covered our TV in the livingroom with a blanket and that it caused it to lean forward so badly that theh had to take it down and lean it back against the entertainment stand. When my husband came home he found that the technician had taken all of the shoes out of the tub she had told us to put them in and then lined up approximately 30 pairs of WORN shoes with the soles DOWN all along the top of our 2 day old brand new beige sofa that just cost us nearly 4000.00. Not only would that be unacceptable for any couch of anyone's, but we both specifically told the technician the sofa was brand new, expensive, andbthe main reason we went forward with the more expensive treatment. Our TV in the living room was so bent forward I had to repair the legs, my son's lamp and some personal items were knocked off of his nightstand just laying all over his floor. They had gone thru ALL of our cupboards. When I turned on my 65" tv in my bedroom there are too large circles burned into the plasma ( I suspect from thumbprints from moving tv or moving whatever they covered tv with...another thing we would have done OURSELVES had she simply been honest with me. My son's tapestry was ripped off of his wall and flung on my other sons bed. None of their bed linens were removed. In addition they didnt make mike take the children's or my clothes but made him take all of his. There is so much more I can add and I also have pictures of these items and of my conversations with Kristen. I feel like we were lied to and hustled into doing this. It was so inconsistent and unprofessional. A complete nightmare from day 1. The technician was supposed to collect our money but left before he called us to return, I suspect because of the couch and TV's and the conditions in which they left. I have not been contacted at all by any of them about the money for the service or anything else. I find that to be an admission of guilt myself. I dont ever make unjust complaints or attempt to shirk my financial obligations. I work in sales and customer service myself so I give every single one the benefit of the doubt knowing how difficult it can be to work with the public. I have never experienced something so terrible in my life as far as services and business is concerned. These people are dishonest, reckless, and incompetent. I dont know what exactly but something has to be done about this. I will not be paying any money for this service, should they even bother to bill me or try to collect, until and unless something is done in response to my complaints.
