Left hearing aid stopped working. Took a wwwk of much aggravation ro finally get a new receiver ordered. Now I have to wait at least another week before I get the part.
They show no urgency on helping you. Email is very slow and must wait a.lomg time on hold. Not reasonable that I have to be without a hearing aid for 2 weeks. Also I haven't had these hearing aids that long.
Recommendation: Expect slow support.
These are much better than my old ones
These are much better than my old ones. With the app you can adjust it the way you like it with several choices.. The volume is also controlled by a button on each hearing aid. An android phone won't work on bluetooth streaming, but works with the app for adjustments. Great customer service. Don't worry about the app. The government won't track you down as previously mentioned.

I made the mistake of responding to one of Lively's online ads about their hearing aids. I should have known that it was a mistake to give them my information and I never consented to be contacted by phone. So far, I have been contacted 4 times by sales people over the phone pitching their product and I have told each of them that I was not interested and to please stop calling me. My request has no effect because I keep getting the phone calls. I have worn hearing aids for over 20 years and was not impressed with their product or their price. I have since discovered that I qualify for Eargo hearing aids at zero cost to me verses $2250 for an inferior product from Lively. I was not inundated with sales calls from Eargo like I am being with Lively so the choice between the two companies is an easy one to make. Lively's high pressure sales tactics with seniors should be investigated and I am looking for the correct avenue to initiate such a complaint.

Horrible customer service and shipping. Been 2 weeks and still havent received my hearing aids. I call them everyday that they say i am suppose to receive them to tell them they havent come. NOT ONE PERSON AT LIVLEY COULD REACH OUT TO ME TO LET ME KNOW ANYTHING. Then they blame *** its livley because they havent shipped them. Your better off buying from a dr or business you can deal with face to face.

I lost much of my hearing above *** Hertz (or cycles if you are an old guy like me) while working in a factory environment back when they thought that the ear protection headphones were sufficient.Over the years I've had many types of hearing aids as the quality evolved. They all worked as well as technology would allow. (Some of them cost more than a down payment on a small house!)Based on my many years of experience, I am really looking forward to getting my new hearing aids from Lively. My many years of experience tells me that their approach to hearing problems like mine, are exactly what is needed. My purchase experience was simple and flawless. My initial phone contact with the company was great and the person on the phone had the answers I needed. (I do think they could use a web page or two for accessories.)Ill write another follow-up review when I get the new hearing aids next week.
