Work was good...office staff very poor to deal with.First they couldnt " find " my water shut off- then they refused to do so, stating it wasnt their responsibility to do so. Asked me if I got the permits, which I was told would be taken care of, condo association had no clue. Took them a month plus to have it done. Also asked only for email, insisted on calling.Would not recommend at all. Also very expensive.

I have been putting off this job for over 8 years. Opted initially to have the tub sprayed. That didnt last long. I was so hesitant about which company to use. Last summer they had a table at an outdoor event and I got to speak with the people there. I agreed to have a salesperson come to my house. She was wonderful and spent quite a bit of time with us. Everything was explained and we took a chance on them. I am so happy I did. They did everything they said they said they would do. They were neat and didnt leave a mess for me to clean up either. Thank you so much Bath Makeover by Capital and right in time for the holidays. Its greatly appreciated.

Very professional job. The make over looks fabulous and certainly makes a statement. From the start, Bath Makeover by Capital provided an excellent overview of the product(s) and process for completing the makeover. They provided us with cost effective options and an affordable finance package that enabled us to get the job done. We were most thankful for their understanding of the need for a very short turn around time. They diligently scheduled the installation within a few days to accommodate the homeowners return from the hospital after a recent amputation. The installation team were professional, neat and did a great job cleaning up. They helped us determine the best location for the grab bars to help the homeowners disability. Very pleased we picked Bath Makeover by Capital. Would recommend them to anyone interested in updating their bathroom. The bathroom is now beautiful & safe. Thank you to the entire team!
