Hello i recently brought your 50g of tobbaco, amberleaf, i always buy this i have never ever had a problem until now, when i went to open the packet it wasnt sealed properly and the tobbaco was just vile, didnt taste like your normal amberleaf at all im not happy as this has happened to me, i was so angry i just threw it away and went and got stirling tobbaco
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer's satisfaction.
I have recently returned from Florida and bought 250g of Amber Leaf, upon returning to the UK I started to use the duty free only to find it was very dark and smelled completely different, smoking was very harsh and unpleasant in comparison to the same product bought in the UK. I have bought Amber Leaf for over 25 years and been very brand loyal but find this is the 1st time I feel compelled to complain. This product is almost un-smokable but due to cost find myself on the 3rd pouch which was no better than the 1st. I have tried contacting Amber Leaf via their web form only to get an error message on Safari Mobile, Safari Laptop and Chrome Laptop browsers. Very disappointed and this hasn't helped by the lack of easy communication and out of pocked cost for an product that is an unacceptable quality.
My wife bought me a 250g pouch from Sao Paolo duty free, this is exactly the same. It certainly is not Amber Leaf.. dark tobacco and smells different.. nearer Old Holborn which is disgusting..
I have also emailed JTI as per the reply to most other users and will try and post back so others can understand if this truly gets resolved.
Weight not proper 13 gram short in last packet awaiting reply to resolve this hate to have to switch produce after 2 decades of only smoking amber leaf but tobacco too expensive to be getting 13 gram short on a single packet. Will keep updated with outcome
13 gram short on last packet past few packets been short the odd gram or two but 13 is beyond a piss take its not cheap to buy I have emailed and awaiting reply will keep your updated
