It says that the order had to be cancelled within 24 hours for a full refund so that is what I tried doing and it won't let me. The money has t even processed and I can't cancel.i tried calling my bank and they couldn't stop it either. There's no phone number to contact customer service either. I am a very disappointed customer. I bought a GORGEOUS ROUND CUT WHITE SAPPHIRE STERLING SILVER DOUBLE HALO ENGAGEMENT RING. (HA). Well in looking at the advertised ring it has 3 tiers. When I got my ring it has 2 tiers. My purchase looks nothing like what was advertised. I asked for a refund also asked for them to supply the return postage seeing this mess came from China. They advised they would refund but I would have to send back on my own. This is false advertising. The ring is made to order and apparently every order someone different makes it. This is very bad business and has left a very bad taste in mouth. I WOULD ADVISE CUSTOMERS THAT BEFORE YOU THINK ABOUT MAKING A PURCHASE TO PLEASE BE AWARE THAT WHAT YOU SEE IS NOT WHAT YOU GET. I did advise Joancee that I would be a satisfied customer if they send a return label and refund my money. PLEASE DO YOUR RESEARCH ON THIS COMPANY BEFORE YOU SPEND YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY.

I order my ring on April *** of 2020. I paid the extra 15.00 dollars for the shipping to be 4-8 days. I finally got the shipping notification on April ***. I have contacted *** who will be delivering my ring and all I see and hear is that there has been a shopping label created but *** hasn't recieved the package yet. I asked for a shipping refund was told I would get it.. still HAVENT recieved it... o feel like i paid for this shopping for no reason and shouldn't have to wait this long to receive it when i paid to get it shipped wothing 4-8 days.. and i just want my ring.. and feel like I should get the ring and the WHOLE refund because o feel like this is falsely advertising and shouldn't be told its shipped until the ring is actually shipped!

I recently ordered 2 rings for my fiance and I on July 9th for our wedding day. I paid $18.00 to *** to me in 4-6 business days and still haven't even received an email about it being shipped. I tried to email the company but they haven't responded to my email. To this day I have no idea what's going on with my order and I have photo proof of my receipt proving what I paid for.

I bought 2 white sapphire ring sets a few months ago from Joancee Jewlers. I paid $230 for both sets. I had the rings tested at a jeweler's shop. They are not white sapphire. They are actually cubic zirconia and have no value. Joancee has violated their end of the contract and I want a full refund. I will not purchase anything from them again and I encourage others to do their research on the purchases they've made.

I order the wrong ring on accident. I ordered the correct one and then asked for a refund back on the first one. I sent a message on *** and 2 emails. I haven't heard any response. I know there return policy states that you have to be within the 25 to 48 hr window to get full refund. How am I supposed to do that when customer service doesn't get back to me.

It said yeah your oder confirmation email will be on its way. I have not received an order confirmation email or a shipping email. I payed for 3 day shipping. The money has already came out of the account $159.85. I just want my ring. I contacted customer sercice it took 24 hrs to get a response and its been close to 48 hrs to get another response. Yall claim customer service 24/7 that is a lie. I just want my emails confirming my stuff and I want my ring. I did choose to engrave it so it may take longer but still doesn't explain why i have yet to receive an order confirmation email and an explanation.

On 4/24/22 I purchased a ring for $96.60. It was promised to arrive within a specified timeframe with shipping. After 10 business days, I inquired about the order status and was informed it had been shipped, but the tracking showed only a label created, with no further updates. I've tried discussing this with customer service, but despite the clear tracking details, they maintain it has been shipped. I'm at a loss for what to do next, as the evidence suggests I won't be receiving my order, and the customer service seems unable to interpret their own tracking information or is misleading me.

I ordered a pair of couple's rings from Joancee.com, which were terrible quality. My fiance's ring had nicks in the silver edge upon unpackaging and and the gemstone came right out of the setting on my ring when a thread of my shirt caught between the prong, which should not be an issue with any quality ring. I have made multiple attempts at contacting the website through their customer support *** address, and have received the same automated message twice and no reply to anything else I have sent. The website claims to have a 1 year warranty on all jewelery, and as a rightfully paying customer I need these rings returned & my money back, or at LEAST an exchange. The terrible customer service makes me feel like I am being scammed. I payed them $101.11 in a pay in 4 payment plan through paypal. I have exhausted all options of contacting this company and need help. Thank you!

On 04/04 I placed a order for a engagement ring. I paid 25$ for expedited shipping in three days. After I placed the order I was going through the website and after digging seen that processing could take 6-8 days. Well I emailed them on 04/05 and was informed that processing was going to take 7-9 days. Well here I am ten days later, I have barely been replied to, I have not received a tracking number, and they are failing to reply to me. I showed screenshotted proof that the only thing about shipping on the product page is that I paid for 3 day shipping. And all they do is apologize. I want my ring so I can propose to my girlfriend, and I want my money back. This is terrible customer service, and terrible way of handling business. I ordered a ring from the Joancee website on the 6th of July. I paid $124 and that included the expedited 3 day shipping. It finally shipped out on the 18th, its been over 3 days so I paid expedited shipping for no reason. It was $24. The ring was $99. They have no customer service number. They have a *** page that you message and I think its a robot or something that you talk to. Theres no real people to talk to, they dont know where my shipment is and every time I mention a refund, they send me a link for a website that doesnt even work. So basically they took my $124 and have no idea where my stuff is nor do they care they I paid extra for fast delivery and still dont have my stuff. They dont care, theyre rude, and they take peoples money without caring and I just found out from someone else that they dont service there products either so I wasted $124 on garbage and they dont care nor wanna try and help me at least find it.

I then contacted Joancee Jewelry via *** messenger and spoke with someone who advised me to ship the product back to their wear house in ***. I spent the money to send the item back to the address they provided. While the item was In transit, the company stayed in contact but then once the item had arrived, they stopped contacting me. I continued to message them but to no response. I then filed a complaint with my bank to get my money back. Several weeks went by and I got a email from Joancee Jewelry stating they would refund my money and it would take *** business days to appear back in my account. Its been after the 15 days and nobody from the company will respond to my messages. I still have all the messages saved from our correspondence back and fourth. They told me to check *** for my refund but I did not use *** to purchase the item, I used my bank account.

I order my ring from this company april ***. I received an email saying it is was in production which is what the website track my order still says. I emailed them at the beginning of this week just wondering if I would see receive a tracking number and if it would be shipped out on time. I paid an extra $20 for 3 day shipping. I order from them because I thought they were STATE bound. I even emailed the company from a different email asking if they were in the states and I got a yes reply. Well I got a response back about my order number the other day with a tracking with *** services. I was told in that very same email that my package has ALREADY shipped out, when the tracking states that the label was received up item has not been picked up. This company has already lied to me about my ring shipping out, and this is what will be holding up my wedding as well. So I would like to know why I have been lied too for started. On March *** I sent an email asking why my rings still were not shipped, Ivy responded saying my order was still in production it was not ready to ship (so there "tracking" gave my false information. I emailed numerous times asking for a manager to call me and i got no response. A few days later i messaged on facebook and got a response saying they called the warehouse to expedite my order and that my rings would me shipped out on Monday March ***, and that she would personally message me the tracking number. On the *** around 5:00pm i never recieved my tracking number so I went online and it still said ready to ship, i messaged the person on Facebook and she replied on Tuesday saying there was some issues it didnt pass inspection that i needed t0o wait a few more days. I said im not okay with this... On Friday March *** at 6:00am i said i want a refund i have been lied to cancel my order... at 10:00pm i finally went onto the live chat on Joancee website and the lady said oh your package was sent out today i said unacceptable i want a refund because i dont want this product... then she replied well the package was picked up a few days ago.. (how was it shipped out today but picked up a few days ago?) she still refused a refund said i want a phone call from a manager she refused. The name i was speaking with on the live chat was Elisha, she said my tracking number would be updated today.. here it is today March *** still no tracking number, still shows ready to ship. I placed an order on Joancee.com on April ***. According to the website my order should have been shipped within a day and arrive 9-15 days later. Of course the company withdrew the funds from my bank account immediately on April ***, I received a confirmation email after the order was placed as well. On April *** I still had not seen a change in status on the merchant's website nor had I gotten any communication from the merchant stating that there were any issues with my order. I reached out to the merchant via email and social media, as there is no phone number listed on their website or in any emails from them (and their website states they're located in Hong Kong) and I got a reply from "Ivy" apologizing for the delayed communication, advised me my package had shipped out already and would provide me with a tracking number as soon as possible. On April *** I wrote back expressing my thanks for the update, as well as my disappointment in the lack of communication and their poor customer service seeing they only reached out to me in a reply to me initiating contact and communication. On April *** I was finally provided with a tracking number in an email from the merchant. According to the tracking number my estimated delivery date was for the next day, April ***, by 10:30 am. On the morning of April *** I reached out again to the merchant via email and social media to confirm that my order had actually been shipped because my order status on the merchant website still showed my order to be "in production" when it should have shown a "shipped" status, and the *** website was only showing that they received shipping information on April *** at 8:04 AM when the label was created for my package. I felt it to be a bit odd for that to be all the updates *** had, since my email went out to the merchant about 10 minutes before my package should have arrived, especially since it showed that my package was shipping from Dubai to Milwaukee. When the time of the delivery came and went on April ***, with no delivery arrival I contacted ***. *** stated they hadn't actually received a package from the merchant to ship, only notification from the merchant on April *** that a shipment would eventually be made, and they advised me to contact the merchant for another update. Once again, the merchant didn't have the integrity or common courtesy to advise me of any issue with my order or its delivery. On the afternoon of April *** I sent another email and social media message asking for further updates, and included screenshots of what the *** website was saying, showing that my delivery date was now changed from April *** by 10:30 AM to just showing "PENDING", AND nothing had changed as far as the shipping details that shows the shipping information being sent to *** on April *** and then no other shipping updates. Once again *** stated that they update the shipping details once shipment of the package actually begins, meaning although my status on the merchant website was updated to "shipped" on April ***, the merchant still has yet to physically ship my package out. The representative at *** stated once again that they had been notified on April *** that a label was made for a package to be shipped, but stated as of April *** no package had been given to the courier physically to be shipped out. On April *** I received an email from the merchant in REPLY to my email to them the previous day (not because they have decent courteous customer service), which stated: "Hi, Sorry for the long waiting time. For the issue that the package's status has not been updated, we will contact the courier company and ask them what is going on. Sincerely, Ivy" In addition to that email, the merchant wrote back via Instagram stating they weren't sure what was going on, that they'd contact the courier, and said that more than likely the delay is due to the pandemic. Since that email on April ***, I have tried to contact the merchant daily, trying to find out why *** is saying they dont have a package from the merchant to deliver to me, yet they (the merchant) keeps telling me the package has shipped. I acknowledged to the merchant that I understand that shipping backups can occur, especially during the current pandemic, however I have ordered multiple orders from different online merchants during this pandemic and have had ZERO issues with receiving other packages that have shipped to me from all over the world. At this point there have been no more updates from ***, suggesting they STILL don't have my package yet, which implies that the shipping still has yet to get started. It also has been 4 straight days of being ignored by the merchant, which although isn't a huge shock since their customers service has been way below par since the start of when I placed my order, but to be completely ignored by someone who took my money THREE WEEKS AGO and has yet to supply me with my order or anything else to compensate for the delay and frustration they've caused, that alone is inexcusable. It's hard enough to make ends meet during this whole pandemic situation, so to choose to spend around $100 in an effort to support a business and get something to treat myself at the same time, and then to be shown lack of respect and repeatedly be lied to and quite frankly dismissed is simply wrong on all levels. At this point I just want my money back because I don't trust the merchant to actually make this better. And if I'm being honest, based on the delay in shipping (over three weeks and STILL WAITING for shipping to even START), in addition to the lack of communication and common courtesy from the merchant, and due to them collecting my funds 3 weeks ago while I have nothing to show for it- I should get my money back AND still be shipped what I ordered. Joancee Jewelry has done similar things like what they've done to me me too many times to too many people without making things right. They should have to fix this in a way that's a true satisfactory resolution, period.

I ordered my wedding ring on 1/27 and still have yet to receive it. I get married in 3 weeks and need it asap! You can’t get a hold of anybody through the phone number. And they are never available through messenger and it just tells me to email. I’m worried this won’t get resolved in time!
