A delivery boy of jollychic wanted to buy my laptop which I posted online. He contacted me and made a deal and wanted to check the laptop as soon as possible. So I sent my location. He came and everything went fine until he told me that he wanted to suck my [censor]. He waited outside for like 20 mins untill I got mad and confronted him and saw that he works in Jollychic so I took a photo of him and here I am reporting and hoping that you'll find a way to deal with this thank you so much.

I had placed an order 4 tops from jollychic. It is with great expectation I placed these orders. I was excited as the products looked good on the site. My friends had in fact warned me and told me about the bad service of this company. However I didnt listen. However when I received the products, I found that products were not as described by them; one top was damaged, one was of completely different color, one of small in size, one was totally different looking. I took approval for return, wherein I mentioned all the reasons for return. Got approval, however in the approval mail they mentioned that return is at my cost. I contacted their customer service agent and explained everything. Told him why should I bear return charges as the mistake was jollychic's. I didnt get any satisfactory reponse. After several continuous follow ups, they said they will bear return charges, if they found the return was due to their fault. I was happy as I was sure about their mistake. However after receiving the goods, they refunded the purchase price after deducting a good amount towards customs charges, without adding my return charges. When enquired they said, they didn't find any mistakes on their side and accordingly return charges cannot be refunded. I asked them sending damaged goods is not a mistake? No answer to that.
I lost all the money I spent for this order... What is my remedy. How can we stop such cheaters; who post incorrect and misleading information on their sites and cheat people by sending incorrect and damaged products

I am very disappointed for the dishonesty and misleading information provided in jollychic website.
When I placed my first order 17 Feb 2018 for 2 iPhoneX total of $2386 (SAR 8, 947.50) with order number JI18021716321060970600 it indicated the items shipment from Saudi Arabia
I called their customer service which confirmed to me that the items will be shipped from China because they are out of stock in Saudi store and due to the Chinese new year holiday shipment may take up to 15 days.
After writing to their customer service a big complaint, they canceled the order rather than Shipping it from Saudi store!
Now I am trying very hard to make them refund the money they charged my Visa card I provided them with bank statement proofing to them that the amount has been charged but they are not even responding to my emails!
They only have big name but in real life they are just very dishonest and unprofessional.

I am not sure u will be able to help me with my matter. however I will try my chance.
I submitted an order with my family from Jolly chic, I received some good stuff and others had really bad quality and other stuff did not even fit for being very small, so I contacted jolly check for a return that took a lot as their system did not recognize that I have received the order. however after I requested the return, I received a call from one of their agents telling me to send them pics that their is an issue and they will refund me my money. I actually did that and they agreed on refunding me and since then I have been going through a lot of hassle. I requested this to be refunded to my PayPal account. I gave them my Paypal account and they kept saying this account is incorret. I provided them with another account and they said it has been approved. after the approval. I waited for almost 3 weeks but still nth refunded. then I emailed them again and again and again. they said that they cannot refund the money because of regional restrictions?! what does that even mean! how can they take money from your credit card and nth like these restrictions were mentioned and now it suddenly appeared when I wanted my refund. then they said that they can refund me but I will have to pay a transnational transaction! I do not get what is that as well. this fee that they want me to pay is more than the money I should have for the refund. ow come someone can do this to their customers. it's my money and they won't give it to me. it was the most humiliating experience I have ever been through. please help me get my money back.

I am not uncertain about other people's experience but mine was just awful and i would not recommend dealing with them at all as it will be tiring with no resolution to their endless problems. My story in brief is, i ordered products that took 2 months to be delivered, despite all the promises to deliver from their side and multiple follow ups from my side to ensure the shipment will arrive and never be cancelled, they then ended up cancelling with no excuses, trying to communicate a reasonable solution, or take my opinion on this matter, just as if customers do not matter at all. I honestly take that as complete waste of time, as not meeting your promises towards your clients is complete deception.

This happened to my kids on Black Friday
1- On 26th November, , we placed an order on Jolly chic online website order No: JL17112701185435031320 of total KD 193.20. and there was a Sales & Events Discount of KD 0.21 and Coupon code discount of KD 28.95 in addition to some extra fees of KD 6.71 for Custom duty & Clearance that made our total amount KD 170.74 (Attachment 1)
2- While we were going to pay using credit card a notification of KD 32.81 appeared as a discount for using credit card ). (Attachment 2)
3- The total amount to be paid after the discount was KD 137.94. (Attachment 3)
4- Once the payment was submitted .. a notification of successfully payment appeared with a total amount of KD 164.64 (Attachment 4) and Not KD 137.94 as per the discounted screen appeared earlier in (Attachment 3)
5- A call was made to Jolly chic Kuwait contact number (Attachment 5) clarifying about if every thing about the order is ok and it was a chance to inquire about the discount of KD 32.81 that disappeared during payment process unfortunately we got no clear answer about the discount od KD 32.81.. we understood that something is unclear that may went wrong. and we ignored the discount of KD 32.81, , since it shows that there was a discount for using credit card of $ 20 (not at all like KD 32.81 but better than nothing) .. and during the call we inquire about the order status and we were informed clearly that everything ok and under process and order on it is way for delivery as scheduled.
6- On 2nd December there was a miss call (attachment 6) while we were a sleep from Jolly chic - Saudi Arabia office as well as on the same missed call time there was a notification message (Attachment 7) on our Jolly chic website account stating that order is cancelled due to out of stock.
7- on the same day 2nd December 2017 .. we called Jolly chic Kuwait contact number inquiring about this cancellation (Attachment 8) and their reply was that : "the order was cancelled because we failed to answer Jolly chic order confirmation calls on 3 different occasions (which never happened and didn't received any call or email or notification else than the missed call on the same day morning while we were sleep). And we may place another order (while most prices became at least double and some other items out of stock) They advised they they are trying to solve this issue and get back our order with the same prices and they suppose to get back to us within 72 hours which till 4 days now no one approached us .
8- We assure that no kind of any contacts was made by Jolly chick to us, , Log calls shows this in attachment 9 and we can proof it by providing a call registration from Communication company.
we spent almost a week hours and hours with kids trying best ways ever on their demands and needs to come to a final conclusion to place this order.
Kids were waiting and waiting and waiting for this order to arrive until they were shocked about order cancellation ..
Till today morning kids think there is something wrong and the order will arrive any moment ..

I have been contacting jolly through chat from the day I returned the product and each time I got a different reply. I have to explain the situation from the scratch to every chat guys I chatted with. The chat guys don’t have any record of my previous chat. And each one give me different answer. They are not concerned about solving my problem they just give me reply to close the chat. And the reply is no were close to my question. Their standard answer is please contact us after 72 hours. And from past 1 month I have been contacting you for this.

had order four products from Jolli chic on jun 7th and got it on july 2nd week.Of which 2 products wer not the correct size. I place my oder "order# b17062218550882239841 with naqel tracking no: [protected]" since 22 june 2017 and until now I don't receive it from naqel i. e. 35 days!?
I called jolly chic on 28 june after arrival to riyadh airport and they bypass me to naqel (the worst delivery co. ever).
I follow up with naqel on daily basis since 28 june till 13 july 2017 with no action.
On 13 july 2017 I left saudi arabia for vacation and contact naqel and give them contacts of my friend whom I authorize to receive my package. naqel didn't call him and called me during vacation although my friend contacted them and ask for receiving the package.
24 july 2017 I came back and contacted naqel that i'm ready to receive the package. I follow up again on daily basis with them and exaggerate my issue to their complains dept. next with management dept. with no result.
I received two sms on 24, 26 july 2017 that my shipment will be delivered on the next day and nothing happened.!?
In view I need a solid action from your side to solve this issue immediately otherwise cancel the order and refund all my money back.
I promise that this is the first and last I deal with jolly chic and will inform all my friends and family.
