Jomela Properties review: Irresponsible and don't take care of things

Jomela Properties is irresponsible and They don't take care of things, because They are afraid of black tenants and They scared of black tenants! They closed down the 3103 Wells Street office and the 835 North 23rd Street office, Because Jomela employees are afraid and scared of black tenants, They said that black tenants complain too much! Every time when a black tenant gets a eviction notice to move out, That black tenant goes to the Jomela Properties office and threatens the employees & curses them out! The white maintenance men are rude, disrespectful and smart mouthed, They mistreat you, They be smoking and dropping toothpicks on tenants floors! Jomela rents to bad black tenants to get the apartments filled and rented out to get money out of tenants! They cause good tenants to move out, because of bad black tenants wrongdoing to their own apartments, They cannot keep good co-workers working in their offices, Jomela Property Management cannot be trusted, because of Kayla Pierce, Tyler Still and Lucas Koenings! They are just money hungry, Hungry for money. Stay away from Jomela Properties and Do not rent from them! That's why Berrada Properties are fixing up all of Jomela's old and ex owned apartment buildings with new windows, doors, doorbells, wooden fences, metal fences, wooden railings and apartment lights!
