Amazing! Quick response, friendly, and no snake and mirrors. They are exactly what I would hope for in customer service and professionalism. They gave an honest assessment of the source of my leak and didn?t try to find problems that didn?t exist. I can?t say enough, I need more than 5 stars!

I have used JTM 2 times now. Once for business location and for my home. Both times the JTM team was responsive and fixed the problems. Paul did a great job repairing both issues and he did an amazing job. I?m very impressed the quality work they do and will continue to use them in the future.

JTM Plumbing did an excellent job! Chris came over and went over what was wrong with our disposal and then made some suggestions on what to replace it with (our disposal was over 10 years old). He was very professional, timely, and fast worker! He went over how to use the new disposal and warranty information.

I cannot say enough great things about JTM Plumbing! Alec was very friendly and professional. He made the fix on my water main valve quickly and efficiently. And kudos to Jeff for being equally friendly and professional when he came out to inspect the damage before repairs were made. JTM Plumbing has superior Master Plumbers and customer service!

JTM Plumbing Service did an outstanding job on fixing our blocked pipe. Their service team is courteous, respectful and hardworking. They are dependable and arrived when they said they would. They kept trying different methods until the problem was fixed, explained it, gave us preventative tips for the future, guaranteed it, and cleaned up after themselves. They went above and beyond!

JTM Plumbing was great today! A pipe broke on the coldest day of the year and I called JMT in a panic because there was water all over the floor. One of the owners, Jeff was kind and told me exactly what to do until they got here. Which was very soon after I called. Their employees are great and helpful! He had the water back on and everything working as it should, quickly! I am really grateful!

JTM agreed to come to work on toilet not flushing properly. Several calls and promises later, Jeff never appeared nor did he send anyone. Very disappointed with that behavior as the company had previously worked on another house of mine and had done excellent work both on plumbing and inspecting my air conditioner. I was left scrambling to try to find service from unknown and less well reviewed contractors. Gail T.

JTM Plumbing is awesome! I had a defective part on my water heater the day before Thanksgiving. Rather than scheduling an appointment after the holiday to get hot water restored, Jeff squeezed time, they didn't have, into their schedule and sent Pete out to replace the part. He was fast, professional, and efficient. In 2-hours I had hot water again! These guys are great and I recommend them for your plumbing needs!

Water heater had a crack. We had water everywhere. Jeff, gentleman in the office, was super nice and made sure to get someone here right away. The first gentleman/plumber was very nice and told us everything he would be doing. Since our water heater went out, we had to wait for a second guy to show up to help move the tank. All the gentlemen were nice. They did not leave a mess. Minus extra water in the basement from my old tank. (to be expected) Thank you JTM!

We had sewage back up in our floor drain on a Saturday morning. I looked up on my phone to find a plumber in my area. They had all 5 stars and local-small business so I called. Spoke with Jeff - he was able to give rough pricing and probably about an hour later, they were at our home. We have exterior pipes so they were able to ?snake? it and solve our issue quickly. They were friendly, efficient, and did great work-with a 6 month guarantee. We will most definitely call them in the future and will refer them to friends and family.

JTM provided me a reasonable quote to replace and upgrade my water heater. They were able to install it within 24 hours of my initial contact to the company. Their installers were courteous, on time, and worked quickly without leaving any kind of a mess behind. I will definitely use JTM for any plumbing issues in the future.

Major disappointment. Had a plumbing issue. Paid JTM $49 for a service call for them to inform me that issue was caused by not being installed correctly. When I reminded them that they where the ones that installed it, they made up other reasons for it to fail. Jeff also made the statement that the house passed inspection so they are not at fault. My last conversation with Jeff, I asked what it would cost for the repair, still haven't heard back. Pretty sad when a company doesn't stand behind their craft even worse when they ignore the request from the customer to pay...

Outstanding company. They were very patient with my questions and allowed me time and space to make an informed decision about how to proceed with our main line repair. The crew that did the work showed the same respect and answered questions as I had them and had no problem stopping to show us things as they were working. They did their best to only dig up what they absolutely had to from our yard and steps, as they were very conscious about trying to keep the cost of our repairs as low as possible. And they answered my eight year old son?s questions, as he was also very interested in everything they were doing! I would highly recommend them for your plumbing needs!

JTM did a great job! They came to install a new sink we had bought and discovered that the previous owners had cut a custom-sized hole that was just slightly too small for a standard sink. They don't cut counters, but they immediately got on the phone, found a guy who could come the very next day, and they also made room in their schedule to come back the next day to install the sink. Even though it wasn't their fault, they went above and beyond to get the problem resolved as soon as possible. They also worked with us on various options for what we needed so we could pick what made the most sense for our budget. We were very pleased with their work and customer service!

I would not recommend JTM for any plumbing needs. We hired JTM to assess and fix several plumbing problems including a leak in a bathroom sink, a problem with the guest bathroom toilet and a garbage disposal issue. The only thing correctly fixed was the disposal. The plumber did talk my 82 year old mom into the top of the line commercial disposal. At least that should work for a while. After being called back to redo the attempted faucets in the sink, JTM will no longer even answer messages. The plumber "fixing" this sink stated several times that this is going to be hard. Evidently he was right alas he was unable or unwilling to get it correct. We will never use this company again.

We were immediately impressed with how quickly were were able to get an appointment and a date set for our project. They initially sent two very young and somewhat inexperienced gentleman to complete the work. The first day they were here over 5 hours. They had to return the following day to replace a drain and finish caulking. Once I inspected the caulking in both batteries I was mortified. A five year old could have done better. I called the owner and he agreed it was poor work. He sent someone over to re-caulk. It was a total of three days to complete this project which I felt was excessive but, it turned out very good in the end. I was very pleased that the owner went out of his way to guarantee his services and make sure we were happy with the finished product.
