I bought a camper from Kamper City in March 2022
I bought a camper from Kamper City in March 2022. When I got it, I saw that the mount on the passenger side rear was coming off the body. I told the salesman and they took off the sewer hose holder to see inside the wall. They put big washers on the bolts and said it was fixed. But in May, while I was driving, the mount came off completely and left a big hole in the camper. I sent pictures to Kamper City and called them. The sales manager said I had to pay to fix it. I paid a lot of money for a 2018 camper and I'm not happy. I'll attach a picture of the damage.
I bought a broken travel trailer from Kamper City on April 15 for $7,361.81
I bought a broken travel trailer from Kamper City on April 15 for $7,361.81. They said they'd fix it up, but it was a big hassle to get them to do anything. I had to call and leave messages a bunch of times before they finally called me back after I wrote a bad review. When I went to pick up the trailer, they only fixed one thing and didn't even try to fix the slide like they said they would. They said it was "As is" and they weren't going to do anything else. I talked to the person who promised to fix it and they tried to do something, but it was a bad job and they didn't even try to get new parts. When I complained, they just hung up on me.
Bought a new travel trailer from Kamper City on April 9
Bought a new travel trailer from Kamper City on April 9. Was supposed to get it on April 24, but it came early. Dave did a quick explanation of how to use it and said to call if there were any issues. Drove it home, but the keys didn't work. Called Anthony, the salesman, and he came out and put the right keys in the storage. Six hours into the trip, the door wouldn't close with the steps down. Called Anthony again, and he gave complicated instructions to try and fix it. Had to travel with a broken door to CT to get it fixed. At the RV park, the heater, slideout, and electric outlet didn't work. It's a bad trailer.

I went to Kamper City in Hudson, OH on September 19 to get my 50AMP electrical cable's head/end replaced
I went to Kamper City in Hudson, OH on September 19 to get my 50AMP electrical cable's head/end replaced. It cost me $92.22 for the item and labor. In December , while we were staying at an RV park, we saw sparks and smoke coming from our TV. We turned off the breaker to our Motorhome and unplugged it. We went to another RV park in FL and called an electrician on January 4. He found out that the new head/end had loose wires that caused reverse polarization, which damaged our TV, Coffee Pot, and converter. We had to pay $654.29 to replace them all. I called Kamper City and talked to Anthony, who asked me to send him photos of the damages and receipts. I did, but he never replied. I went to Kamper City and showed Anthony the damaged wire and head/end. He said it could have been caused by a bad electrical post at the RV park and they couldn't do anything. I won't do business with Kamper City again.
