Ken's I went to Ken's in June to get my audio system installed

I went to Ken's in June to get my audio system installed. I bought it from Scott for $1076, which included installation. They called me after lunch and said it was ready to pick up. When I got in my truck, I saw a big crack in the middle of my dash. I went back into the store to tell them about it. Scott came out and took photos of the damage. He said they would take care of it and that Kenny would be in touch soon. It's been almost two months and I've made a lot of phone calls, but Kens Audio still hasn't paid the $360 to replace my dash. I talked to Scott, Austin, and Pam and they all said Kens would pay for it. Can someone help me out here?

Ken's I got a whole stereo subwoofer system from Kens stereo in *** Georgia ***

I got a whole stereo subwoofer system from Kens stereo in *** Georgia ***. Kens stereo did the installation of the whole system. Wires were run, custom built box and subwoofers. The day I was told to come pick it up that it was ready I picked it up and had it for 30 min before them amplifier shut off. Called kens they told me to bring it back which I did and a temporary fix was done bc it worked a few days and then cut back off again. Once again I was told to bring it back in and they would reassess. They kept my vehicle for 3 days and then I was told to come get it so I did and once again same issue. This has now happened 4-5 times and I keep getting told to bring it back but they don't understand the inconvenience it is causing me to do so. I just want what I paid for that's it. The excessive screw holes in the plastic panels I have to deal with and the system still doesn't work properly. They keep telling me to bring it back but nothing is getting fixed, nothing. I just want to know how this can be handled and a resolution to my problem without having to go back to this location and or store.

Ken's I bought a stereo and backup camera from Ken's for $1,069 with installation on July ** 2022

I bought a stereo and backup camera from Ken's for $1,069 with installation on July *** 2022. The installation was scheduled for July XX XXXX. I dropped off my car on July *** 2022 and picked it up the same day when they called me that the installation was done. But when I got home, I saw that the technician drilled a hole for the USB in the wrong place. I asked them to route it to the cell phone bin in the console, but they drilled through the top of the bin and also punched through the bottom of the bin and into my center console. Now, I have two extra 3/4" holes and a damaged center console. I went to another shop to get an estimate for the repair, and it was $1,437. I took the estimate to Ken's, and Scott said that they caused the damage and took some pictures. He said he would talk to the owner and get back to me by the end of the next day. But it's been 8 days, and I haven't heard anything from them.
