I have been dealing with Margaret Gathuru since 2nd July, 2023 in regards to Case Number 230702-000021 due to Kenyan Pilot's strike on 5th November, 2022. She has been most helpful, but when I had to change my email address, my emails kept bouncing back. I was asked by Kenyan Air to alter my email address to the current one [protected]@hotmail.com so I could continue corresponding with Margaret. I did this, had change confirmed but still my email bounces back.
I'm becoming extremely frustrated for due to the Pilot's strike, my traveling partner and I had to pay for extra accommodation in Nairobi, meals, taxi fares and another ticket each from Johannesburg to Hoedspruit, South Africa as we'd missed our flight. Jennifer Timewell and I arrived at Nairobi Airport for our flight to Johannesburg only to find out about the Pilot's strike. NO-ONE from Kenyan Air advised us of the strike which they had known about since 0600 hours on that day. PLEASE can you assist and advise Margaret Gathuru of my current situation in not being able to contact her. Refund is desperately needed as is contact with Margaret. Thanking you in advance.
Claimed loss: See incident case number 230702-000021 currently with Margaret Gathuru. She has all the information and $amounts needed to be refunded. (Some charges were in US$ and Kenyan shillings.) Margaret has all the receipts.
Desired outcome: Please refund and I'd appreciate a quick response.
