I was sent numerous email trying to entice me into a sale after I pulled out of initially purchasing the product. I eventually fell for the 75percent off offer. I only wanted to purchase 2 month which from the communication sent I thought I would be billed per week as they quoted a weekly rate. However somewhere along the line they have flipped me to six month membership, stating that 75%off only related to that and should of seen the change to the subscription when checking out. I requested, multiple times and once prior to my PayPal payment going through to cancel the subscription and have a refund. The payment was in USD and a ridiculous price for something I wanted to just try for a couple month. They are point blank ignoring me refund requests offering me free months ( I have deleted the app I am so annoyed) . Further to this on PayPal it looked as thought I had set myself up for a rolling subscription which I promptly cancelled . Deceitful and terrible customer service. Why pay almost a hundred dollars for salmon and salad receipts for lunch and dinner over and over again .
Desired outcome: Want the refund I requested prior to payment even being finalised through PayPal
