Skinny Bunny Ultimate tea set

So I placed my order a month ago got the biggest set you could purchase looked for a number to call to contact found TWO DIFFERENT NUMBERS, and what do yanno NONE even worked. So I emailed them what's happened and they told me a bunch of things they want me to do that I have already done so I told them I've did that already I just want my refund and guess what?! NO REPLY, WHAT A JOKE

Skinny Bunny never received my order

I would like to cancel my order #50144, where ever it may be because I never received it, and when I tried to call the numbers on the site they come up bad, and i've also sent many emails and no response, so please close my account, and send me my money back, i've seen you all on facebook and really wanted to try the tea, and it wasn't cheap, so I do ask you all to please refund me my money.

Skinny Bunny my order

I had ordered skinny.com tea before 1 month ago of $ 90 and still I didn't receive anything and no emails no call Nd no email and no one responding either. I just want my many back . This is the worst website ever and u guys sucks . Just give me my money back . I dnt know where is my order and my money is already deducted from my account. I want my money back

Has anyone received their money back? I ordered items on 2/22/19 and I have not received an email with the shipping information. I emailed them about this and still nothing and today is March 6. I wish I ordered the other products I saw on a different site.

Hello, i would like to cancel my order #50144 where ever it may be, because i never received it, and when i tried to call the numbers on the site they all come up no good, and i've left many emails, and nothing, so i ask you all to please close this account and send me my money back.

Skinny Bunny never received my order

I placed and order and was told it would be in the mail in 5- 10 business days. It has been almost three weeks and still nothing. I no one has contacted me since the day I ordered and I have called and emailed numerous times and no one has replied or even called me back. I am definitely not happy because I was so excited about this and I don't even get it in the mail.

Skinny Bunny never received my order

I placed my order April 23rs, 2018. Waited 7 days with no tracking info. Called their customer service line and was told by "Justin" (the only person who answers that number) that they are behind on orders. The company was inexplicably relocating from New Jersey to California in the middle of me playing my order and much of their merchandise got damaged so they were working to ship orders out as quickly as possible. Well...30 days went by, yup a whole month and "Justin" kept yanking my chain every few days saying it would be shipped out within a few days, next week worst case scnario and a month went by. I have received things I have ordered from China and korea faster than this crap. Sadly, I ended up getting a refund. Happy I got my money back but really dissapointed that this company does this to people and keep promoting their Instagram like they are having these great deals. Great deals are great when there are actually products to back them back. If I had to guess this company is [censored] and they don't have the merchandise they are advertising. Safe to say i will never order from them again

Skinny Bunny skinny bunny teas customer service

I have ordered $69 of product and the only contact I have received from this company is from the original day I ordered. I check daily under my account and it just says completed since the day I ordered. My credit card has been bille of course. I have emailed four times with no reply and have not received my product. I also have called every customer service number that I could find and they are all disconnected. Is this a scam?! I would just like my money back if the product is not going to show up!

Skinny Bunny worst website/customer service ever!!!

I placed an order thru skinny.com on 12/15/16: Transaction ID: 6fw1zc6c and was emailed a letter from Kim Customer Experience Coordinator that same day stating "Stay on the lookout for an email from us in the next 2-10 business days with your tracking information" so far I have received no email. I have emailed [protected]@skinny.com, [protected]@skinny.com, [protected]@skinny.com, & even [protected]@skinny.com several times and no one has replied with information regarding my order. I spent $80 on a product I have yet to receive. I would like to know the status of my order and most of all be reassured this isn't a company stealing my hard earned money.

Right now I'm in the process of making a fraudulent report to my bank to get my money back. It's been well over a month and I still haven't received my order and I get replies from "Kim" and "Steven" from skinny bunny that literally says the same thing EVERY TIME I email them. "It will take 7-21 business days to arrive" and I say it's been over 21 business days and I haven't received anything! I want a refund and they still send the same thing. Never ordering from them again. Save your money

YUP! I Agree with you. I ordered my stuff on March 29th, 2017. I rcvd my tracking order # within the same day or next day. A week later I tried tracking my order on the website and it said 'incorrect tracking order #'. Which doesn't make sense, because I rcvd the email with the tracking order #. So i emailed all of those emails that you have posted above, and I rvd an email within the next day stating that they are 'behind orders' and she told me to wait another 2-5 business days. So it's been a week now, 04/13/2017, and yet, I haven't rcvd my order. I'm definitely going complain and email all their emails, call all their numbers, complain to every website that i can find.

Skinny Bunny worst website ever!

Ordered a weight loss tea from SkinnyBunnyTeas and did not get the product. They are completely ignoring me and do not reply! It seems like they don't even exist, but they update their instargam page almost every day, so actually there are people working for this company. I do not understand why are they ignoring me! I need some information about my order and I want know when it will arrive!

My feelings exactly. I have emailed and called multiple times and have not heard anything either! i was told i would know something within 2 to 10 business days and nothing. Did you ever get your order? i have been waiting a month now since that "2 to 10" business response.

I too am having this same issue I have emailed four times with no reply. My money was of course taken the first day! I just want to know am I going to get what I paid for? I feel like stopping the payment! I also have searched for a phone number only to find all numbers associated with this company are disconnected!
