stopping all purchases of keurig due to pulling sponsorship of sean hannity
I was planning on buying 3 Keurigs this Christmas for my adult children but will no longer do so due to your pulling sponsorship from Sean Hannity show. Very disappointed in your trying to shut down free speech.
In this country people are supposed to be innocent until proven guilty. You chose to go with the left's suppression of any dialogue that does not match their talking points. Shame on you.

I had the original Keurig for about 3 years and it worked great every day however I wanted to replace it because I wanted one that could also brewed a pot of coffee as well as pods so I purchased the Keurig 2.0 from Bed, Bath and Beyond in Pensacola, FL. However, it really never brewed the k-cup well, but since I really wanted it for the pot, it didn't seem to bother me as much. However, after a few months, it decided it didn't want to brew the coffee. Every time I would go to brew the pot, it would indicate I have a k-cup and vice versa. It did not recognize the carafe. After playing around with in for about 20 minutes each time, it would brew the pot, but it is frustrating and time consuming. Also the LCD screening is going out. I have only had the Keurig for about 10 months. This weekend I decided to go look at other coffee makers because I am so upset with the Keurig brand. I noticed there are a lot of complaints about the Keurig 2.0. I would like to have it replaced with something else or my money returned. Please respond. Thank you.

I purchased the commercial series one for my home thinking it would last a long time, I was wrong. Had a backup one stored in my closet still in the box, open it after my commercial Keurig went on the blank and it don't work. Both are out of warranty even the brand new one still in the box. Go Figure, please people, don't waste your money on this company products.

I had an original Keurig for years and sent it off to college with my neice and bought a new one in December 2015.
We purchase a Keurig 2.0 from Target in December 2015. Every since I started using it, it is very noisy and clunks when pumping the water and I have had problems with no water coming out, some water and a lot of coffee grounds, too much water. This thing is all over the place. Each time I take it apart, cleaned it completely, unplug and let it reset itself hoping it will work properly. Now, it won't stop pumping the water! I only use it once each morning.
I paid more money for this coffee maker than I paid for my vacuum and it still works! This coffee maker should not be having all these problems after less than two years. I'm about to give up on Keurig all together and just go back to a regular coffee maker.

Hello, let me start by saying I have always loved my original keurig. I had it for four years and it worked every day. I decided to upgrade to the 2.0. After six months it just won't brew anymore. I have tried cleaning it and replaces the cartridge everything that could be done. I paid alot of money for this coffee pot and I am very disappointed. I have also purchased one for my company and clients, but I think after this experience I will be purchasing another brand. I am unsure what happened with the 2.0 but I loved my original. I recently purchased a new home and was looking forward to adding a new keurig to my kitchen, but I'm so upset, Nothing is more frustrating then not having coffee for a potential client while trying to make a good impression. I hope you work out the kinks with the 2.0. Best regards.

I was first introduced to a Keurig at my sister's house. She has owned one for many years . I never had a bad cup of coffee from her Keurig. So I was very excited when I received my Keurig as a birthday gift in July of this year. It worked for a month and then it stopped working. It does not turn on nor brew coffee. I am very disappointed as I have no way to exchange or return the product. This surely cannot be typical because my sister has had a Keurig that has worked for years. Dawn McClanahan

I would first like to start off with how amazing I think you product is. My friend gifted me a hot/cold mug that I can drink my coffee out of while at work. It has been great keeping my coffee hot/warm for hours. However, when I went to clean my cup I discovered there was no way to take the lid apart and the top had disgusting coffee mildew in it. It was disgusting. I had to get a sharp object to get further down in the lid and the amount of goo was mind blowing. This could really make someone sick. There has to be other cups that are top removable?

Keurig machine ordered within 15minutes tried to cancel the order and was refused. I made a mistake and now I have to pay?

I would say it was poor CS but it is NO CS. Your representatives were rude and poor reflection on the company.

I was given a Keurig coffee maker for Christmas 2016 by my son and his family. I was excited, brought it home and brewed my first cup. Great! But the 2nd cup would not let the water come out. I checked the manual and consulted with friends that had one for answers and tries all of their suggestions. It worked another time. Great! But only once. I called customer service and was walked through a number of steps to get it going. Good! It's working again. But only 1 time. CS sends me a. We canister and assures me this is the problem. I get that and it helps nothing. I call again and am told it is the "pin" that sticks into the cup that's clogged. Ok! I did everything I was told and it has not worked. I have had it sitting on my counter all this time thinking any day it may just work. Well today I summons the courage to chunk it. Yes, throw it away. I feel better now! Just hate that my son wasted his money. Thanks for letting me vent.

I.received it as a gift 6 months ago. It was amazing for the first 3 months. Then less n less coffee was coming out. After cleaning per instructions it only got worse. It started making a hissing sound. Then a few days later the screen went out. Now it won't even make coffe. I am very disappointed that I now have no coffe maker. I purchased a 5 dollar coffe maker from dollar general and it seems to be more reliable that this high dollars piece of crap

I am a teacher and am getting ready to head back to school. I use my keurig every day, so I was devestated when my keurig quit working yesterday. I've had it just a few months over a year. My husband looked at it and believes the pump motor is bad. I'm devestaded since my coffee is what I look forward to to keep me going all day at school. I tried going back to my regular coffee pot, but it's just not the same. Really disappointed my keurig only lasted a little over a year!

I have enjoyed my Keurig for years. The only complaint I have is that the coffee wasn't hot enough. When the Keurig HOT came out, I assumed it meant the coffee was hotter. After waiting for a year or so, my husband surprised me with one a few days ago. How disappointed I was that the coffee is NOT hotter. I certainly wasted my money' upgrading' to what I thought would be a hotter cup of coffee. I am very disappointed and feel like you used misleading advertising.
I'm going to tell all my friends about this, sending out a message to not bother purchasing the Keurig HOT.

When I bought my Keurig, nothing on the box noted that only newly packaged coffee pods would work. In fact local stores continued to sell the old pods and I had a stash of pods, so called the company to complain. Keurig replaced all the pods I had purchased with ones that would work. Since I like to grind my own brand of coffee, I was advised by the Keurig rep to purchase a micro-etched filter to use with paper filters. That system has worked for two years. Yesterday the "Oops" message came up on my machine stating I was using the wrong pod. Another call to Keurig I was told I somehow manipulated the machine all those years to get the micro-etched filter to work. "Pamela" from Keurig suggested that I don't look at online videos for help, because any company can make a filter system that they claim will work with a Keurig pot. Then she said I would have to buy a new Keurig filter for $14.95. When looking online, I noticed that the new Keurig filter says that it has been re-manufactured. That indicates to me that Keurig has been having problems; however, Pamela certainly didn't admit that possibility. Very disappointed in Keurig's tactics.

I tried to place my order via phone
I received a promotional code from Keurig and decided to order coffee from them. I tried to place my order online but something went wrong and I got an error screen. I found Keurig contact number and contacted their support service. Woman who picked up the phone told that I could make my order via phone. She tried to place my order but was unprofessional and made many spelling mistakes. And when I told her about the code I had she said that she was not able to apply it. I asked her what was I supposed to do with the code and she replied - nothing, just don't use it. I told her that I changed my mind and disconnected. No way I'm buying anything from them! These people are absolutely ridiculous!

When I bought my Keurig, I did not realize that the useful life is only about one year. So many of my friends have had failures at 1 year and gotten a full replacement. Mine was 1 year and 2 months when I made my first call for help, so I would have to purchase my replacement for $99. How does a company up-sell their products through their customer service? If I have an unresolved complaint, do they think I want to buy their product again?
I am tired of paperclips, descaling and partial cups of coffee. You know what I am talking about! My last call with Customer Service informed me that I need the water reservoir filled to the max line to ensure the best performance. Really? My coffee machine is higher maintenance than my dog!

I received a Keurig elite K-cup coffee maker for Christmas from my daughter. I do not drink coffee anymore, so I tried to return the machine to best Buys for a in store credit, I had planned on buying a land line phone with the credit (not a cell phone) anyway I was old that the store did not give an in store credit over 35.00, I gasp and said everything in here is over 35.00, but that was it, the sales person said ''what is your Daughters name?'' I told her and she looked in the computer, I told to check her husbands name because he could have purchased it, and it wasn't found, well sorry about your luck we can't find the persons name in our computer, [WHAT IF THEY PAID CASH?] Do you give your name number in a cash transaction?

Shut up. I did not ask for your opinion. As a matter of fact this whole experience made me angry. I called my daughter stupid for getting me something I don't need. I told her she is my daughter and should know that I don't drink coffee anymore. I told my five year old grandson that his mother is stupid and because of this my daughter does not want to leave me with my grandson because it upsets him when I call him stupid. She did not want him in this kind of environment. She told me whenever I called her stupid as a child and blamed her for the divorce with my ex she felt bad and she did not want her son to go through that " verbal abuse" I also told her how stupid she was to pay cash and finally got her to return the gift and give me the money for it so I won't have a stupid Christmas gift.

I placed an order with Keurig on 6/28/2011. They tried delivering it and were unsuccessful so it was returned to the company on 7/7/2011. I called and they informed me that they cannot just resend the package out that I needed to place an entirely new order. I did. Now I have paid for two orders. I received the second order, no problem, however I still have not received my refund for the first order. Therefore I paid for two but only received one. I have contacted the company via email, no progress, and not one, two, three, or four calls but FIVE. Yes, I have called five times and still no refund. I'm just curious if this is a common practice for the company? I am appalled at their customer service !
