Dog [censored] waste treated better than I
Since sept 1st I have had many problems after problems with KPMM Allentown, as you can see I had to get my own repair s done because every time I put in for a repair KPMM never received than , they would state the land lord is out of the country , I spoke to the landlord yesterday he knows nothing of it , he had no acknowledgment of me being one of his tenants that was renting the house as well as how they tried to evict me , Nichole is the most racists individual of the company , Nichole is a liar and my attorney knows ,I have recorded every phone call we had from the court to every phone call we had on the phone I have filed housing racial discrimination on KPMM and I will not stop until me and my lawyer shut them
Completely down , look out for the reporters and news footage ... the best is yet to come
If I could give less than one star, I totally would!
If I could give less than one star, I totally would! I called them up and asked them to come reset my breaker so I can have power, but they said it's not an emergency. My lease says I have two parking spots for my apartment, but I can never find a place to park and end up parking by the dumpster. The ceiling in my bathroom is falling apart, but they won't fix it. I've asked them for help multiple times, but they keep refusing. If you're thinking of moving into one of their properties, you'd be better off living in your car than living in one of these places. The hallway always smells like weed and there are junkies hanging around, but they won't put a lock on the outside door to protect us renters. This company is a real piece of work, happy to take your money and not do anything that needs to be done. Please, do yourself a favor and don't rent from them! I even tried to move to another property managed by someone else, but for over 6 months, they've been telling me there's nothing available or opening up anytime soon, so I'm stuck in this apartment dealing with a useless property manager. They really need to be looked into. If someone from this company would actually be willing to help, maybe people wouldn't leave such terrible reviews.

My dishwasher has been broken since March
My dishwasher has been broken since March. There's water at the bottom and a lot of mold, which is making me sick. My shower constantly runs with a hard stream. It runs even when I don't turn it on. I have breathing problems and kids, aged 16 and 17, but the mold and the smell are really concerning. I need someone to talk to or someone who can fix these issues. I might hold back my rent, but they don't seem to care.
From April till Nov 30th 2020 me and my fiancé rented an apartment at CedarWoods Apartments in Bangor Maine *** we were always on time
From April till Nov 30th 2020 me and my fiancé rented an apartment at CedarWoods Apartments in Bangor Maine *** we were always on time with our rent payments often paying early! On October 22nd my step dad passed away with him being gone my Mom was facing losing her house due to lack of income the only solution was for my family to move with her we tried to give the office 30 day notice but it was pointed out in the lease we would have to pay 200 for the company to re rent which was paid plus an initial rent payment for December which was paid! I was assured by the Orono office that the unit could and would be re rented in that time frame! That was the last I heard from the office in Orono! The maintenance person personally thanked us for leaving the premises so clean! After I paid the re rental fee and rent for another month I never had a call or correspondence from the office! I got a bill tonight from a collection company for 926.54 they didn't even attempt to contact.
Keystone Management Co
Keystone Management Co., Inc. renovated our apartment after we moved. They charged us for it and used our electricity for 3.5 months. They sent the bill to collections. Keystone accused us of running a "chop shop" in the parking lot while we were fixing our vehicle. They started eviction paperwork, but we moved before they could continue the process. Then they renovated the apartment, but instead of switching the electricity back to themselves, they kept it in our name. They charged us for the renovation and sent it to collections for over $6000. We lived there for more than 7 years. Throughout our time, the apartment was filled with mold. They would spray a mold spray and repaint each spot. The black mold ruined most of our furniture, which we had to leave behind. They also kept our security deposit and consistently provided us with terrible references. They took our money for 7 years. I want them to give us a good reference since we made sure they received their payment. Additionally, I want the bill removed from collections as I refuse to pay for a full renovation, including a dishwasher that we couldn't have. Furthermore, I expect them to pay the $900+ electricity bill for the 3.5 months that we didn't live there. They refused to put it in their name until it was turned off due to nonpayment in January. We moved out on October 1st.
