Kitchen and Bathroom Cabinets
I ordered kitchen and bathroom cabinets from Kitchen Classics in Pleasant Hill, California on October 2016 to be delivered within 8-10 weeks, and paid the required $33, 000 deposit when the order was placed. Delivery date came and went and Kitchen Classics kept stalling for months blaming Belmont Cabinetry, then saying the salesperson had left and didn't leave the measurements, etc. then they stopped answering emails/calls. Finally I decided to stop by the store to be told Eileen will contact me, which never happen, weeks went by and I kept trying to get my cabinets. Weeks later I stopped by the store again to find out they had closed for business. In the meantime, I had waited months and lost thousands of dollars. While searching online I learned Kitchen Classics had been defrauding consumers by getting deposits and keeping their money without making any deliveries of their cabinets and/or counter tops. Part of my deposit was paid with United Mileage Plus Credit Card and the bank doesn't want to acknowledge there was fraud and reimburse my money. Now I am out of thousands of dollars and not sure whom to contact.

My wife and I provided the Hubbards, Bill and Eileen, who are the owners of Kitchen Classics, Inc. of Pleasant Hill, CA with over $43, 000 in deposits for Bellmont Cabinetry and Dekton Countertops, and they NEVER delivered anything. They put us in touch with a contractor who they'd worked with before who started demolition before plans were finalized. Then they disappeared claiming Bill had experieced health issues; heart attack(s). After three months with zero results, no cabinets had been ordered for our new kitchen. Eileen Hubbard called us on 7/13/17 saying she still had not placed the cabinet order, her husband drove the business into the ground, and asked me to be 'patient' with her. Red flags went off and so we demanded a refund, but no such luck. Now they've filed Bankruptcy to further screw customers from whom they stole large sums of money and never delivered. They're just all around bad people. She even has the balls to post a complaint on this site on 9/15/17 after filing bankruptcy about a dispute she has over work performed at her Walnut Creek home; even thought they owe us $43, 000 + in addition to the ten to fifteen other customers they defrauded. CAVEAT EMPTOR.
I ran into the same issue with this company. They asked for a deposit of over $32, 000 for Bellmont cabinets that were never delivered, I contacted Bellmont and they never responded either. After my delivery date came and went, numerous attempts trying to get a hold of them and being ignored for months, I left a message cancelling the order, finally then Eileen Hubber called saying I could not cancel and refused to refund my money. This company is being investigated by the District Attorney office as they have defrauded many, many people.
